Move Filters

My suggestion is that Smogon could use search or filter criteria to narrow down possible pokemon.
Kind of like this: http://www.serebii.net/games/moveset.shtml
So the user could search depending on various criteria like
Type
Moves
Tier
Ability
So a person could search for example ground type users of stealth rock in UU, for example. Am I getting my idea across well enough?
The viewer would be able to enter these criteria through drop-down menus and a search box for more awkward necessities. This would be make the experience of using Smogon a lot easier for users who need to fill slots with specific moves or types etc. rather than having to search through the lists of pokemon.

I've found myself at the same very boat countless times, so personally I think this is a great idea if possible. Maybe some of the programmers could spare some of their time to make this happen if it's not too much of a big deal. I support this.
