Monotype Mega Aggron in Monotype

I have a question about mega Aggron, is it allowed for use on mono-rock teams, since it loses rock typing? I know it can be done, but is this allowed, or is it an oversight? Just curious.

Monotype uses the base form of a Pokemon to decide if it's allowed or not. Mega Aggron is allowed on rock teams, while things like Mega Pinsir are disallowed on mono flying teams. Next time I recommend trying the simple question simple answer thread rather than making a new thread.

Aggron when not mega is Rock/Steel, so without question would be allowed on monotype. Regardless.
