Why this should be on site:
-Can defend specially and physically after an acid armour
-Takes up to 31% from special mixape c-comat and up to 37% from a physical one after an acid armour.
-Can also act as a teams ceric/baton passer depending on last moveslot.
-Can take out Gyarados with HP:Electric

Teammates:
-Pokemon that can draw out special attacking sweepers or walls so it can set up acid armour eg.Scarf Jirachi and Flygon draw out skarmory.
-Entry hazards help it deal with troublesome sweepers.

Counters
-Choice specs celebi can OHKO with leafstorm after stealth rock and 2hko with energy ball when timid.
-Spore puching Breloom can sleep it and take it 1-2HKO with seed bomb.
-Any Jolteon or Electivire
-Zapdos if vaporeon lacks ice beam

Vaporeon has horrendous 4 Moveslot Syndrome, and this set is especially easy to set up on. What's the point of buffing your Defense if you become auto-lose setup fodder to Gyarados, Dragonite, Kingdra, etc?

I think i faced an Acid Armor Vaporeon before, dunno if it was you, but i countered it easily.

I don't think this is a good set, while your setting up Acid Armor, Pokemon will just set up on you, just like SDS said.

Vaporeon has many, many good moves to choose from apart from the standard Surf / Wish / Protect, Acid Armor, however, is definitely not one of them. Disclaimer: not QC.

Not qc but d-dance roost dragonite eats this set alive along with CM Jirachi and Cune. Also without baton pass it can't pass and really support the team, and kinda fails without protect as it will still die to unboosted special attacks. Also without heal bell it dies to toxic. It also loses to gyara and drag without ice beam, and may STILL lose to gyara with ice beam if it taunts vaporeon. If that wasn't enough you can just get phazed out and lose your boosts no matter what you are running. Four slot move syndrome to the max in my opinion.

acid armour is a wasted moveslot on vaporeon, when it clearly has MUCH better supporting moves in Wish, Toxic, etc. As the above people said, it is utter set-up fodder for Suicune, Kingdra, Dragonite, anything that resists surf.

Overall i think it is
