Mega Thievul
New Ability: Stakeout
New Typing: Dark / Fairy
New Stats:
HP: 70 ----> 70
Attack: 58 ----> 58
Defense: 58 ----> 58
Special Attack: 87 ----> 137
Special Defense: 92 ----> 112
Speed: 90 ----> 120
Base Stat Total: 455 ----> 555
New Moves: Moonblast, Mystical Fire
Description: Mega Thievul is a solid special wallbreaker by virtue of Stakeout paired with its high Speed and Special Attack, two immunities, and decent special bulk. However, its Defense is very lacking, so its desire to take advantage of choiced special mons can cause it to take a lot of damage from U-Turn.
Sorry for the inconvenience guys :( but I have to start voting now because of online class. Anyways, here are your voting options! Don’t worry, it will resume back to 5 days submission phase after Slate 3’s voting phase! Voting phase will still last 2 days, though. Expect me to change submission phase duration back and forth in the upcoming slates, since I’ll be EXTREMELY busy.

By the way Scoopapa is Gravitas a clone of the Surge abilities or an entirely new ability? If it is the latter, please provide code in your post.
Once again, here are all the entries organized into one neat package.

Mega Corviknight has a ridiculous amount of bulk, which allows it to pretty much get a guaranteed Defog off to help out the team, and can eat hits while spamming Roost better. Bulk Up sets have a much higher Atk stat to use and eat hits extremely well. Its higher speed makes its Defogs and Roosts a bit faster. Its counters are mons who can eat hits from it while cleanly 2hkoing it (some can OHKO). Intimidate makes it able to switch in on and force out most physical attackers in the tier, here's a couple calcs which show its bulk.
-1 252 Atk Cinderace Pyro Ball vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Corviknight: 152-182 (38 - 45.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
Megastone - Corvinite Movepoll Changes - Swords Dance, Spikes Competitive Corner - Mega Corviknight can make use of Speed Boost and slightly higher stats as both an offensive or defensive path. Swords Dance or Bulk Up allied with Speed Boost makes Power Trip sets quite strong, with Iron Head or Body Press being also useful coverage options. Defensive sets with Spikes or Defog are also valid, especially since Speed Boost can allow Corviknight to get a fast Roost and thus gain a turn. That should be about it!
Just like Dragapult, another big favorite of mine this generation is Corviknight! Here is my take on a mega for my favorite Steel-type Pokemon!
Mega Corviknight New Ability: Pressure / Unnerve / Mirror Armor ----> Sheer Force New Typing: Flying / Steel ----> Flying / Steel New Stats:
HP: 98 ----> 98
Attack: 87 ----> 97 (+10)
Defense: 105 ----> 120 (+15)
Special Attack: 53 ----> 98 (+45)
Special Defense: 85 ----> 100 (+15)
Speed: 67 ----> 82 (+15) Base Stat Total: 495 ----> 595 New Moves: Heat Wave, Whirlwind
Flavor Changes: On its Galar Pokédex entry, Corviknight is said to "reign supreme in the skies of the Galar region". Upon Mega Evolving, Corviknight justifies why it boasts such a title; its wings grow bigger and stronger, being able to flap dangerous, devastating hurricanes with few wingbeats. Its body, while relatively unchanged, gets more resistant with extra patches of armor. It's now more intelligent as well, being able to recognize its Trainer's feelings and dangerous enemies on a first glance, facilitating its job of carrying people from one place to another.
Competitive Changes: This iteration of Mega Corviknight intends to improve standard Corviknight in about every area while not making it over the line. Corviknight is already a top-tier OU threat, so I thought it only needed discrete patches for it to not be overbearing for the tier to deal with. The extra Attack and Special Attack boosts, coupled with Sheer Force, Heat Wave and Whirlwind makes Corviknight much less of a set-up bait wall, meaning it can find a place on Balance teams that struggle to deal with sweepers such as Scizor, Kartana and others. Mega Corviknight has other forms of viability as well; classic Bulk Up sets now get a subtle improvement with Sheer Force Iron Head and higher overall stats, while Nasty Plot wallbreaking / stallbreaking (+Taunt) sets are opened up thanks to the +45 boost to SpAtk and the addition of Heat Wave alongside Sheer Force-boosted Hurricane and Flash Cannon. (Should be noted this is the first ever Pokemon to get Sheer Force and Nasty Plot!)
Yes, this wallbreaks (and hits surprisingly HARD) with only 98 SpAtk, all thanks to STAB Hurricane reaching 215 BP factoring in STAB and Sheer Force boosts. Flying + Steel + Fire is remarkably good coverage, only being notably resisted by Rotom-Heat and Rotom-Wash. 82 Speed is a really good number; Modest natured Mega Corviknight can outpace fully invested base 70's with a positive nature. Timid can be ran to outspeed Gyarados and base 80's, but the drop in power is really noticeable. One might think the set is entirely outclassed, but it has some perks over other wallbreakers; it has much more bulk than other NP wallbreakers and, more importantly, cannot get Toxic'd, meaning most special walls lose 1v1.

Corviknight-Mega @ Corvinite
Ability: Mirror Armor -> Sheer Force
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Roost
- Iron Head
- Heat Wave
- Whirlwind / Defog
While such a set might seem like done just as well by regular Corviknight, Mega Corviknight's +15 in both defensive stats allows it to take hits slightly better (even factoring the lack of Leftovers). Sheer Force-boosted attacks in Iron Head and Heat Wave means Pokemon like Mega Tyranitar, Mega Scizor and Clefable need to think twice before setting up. Last slot can be used to either phaze dangerous set-up sweepers that can 1v1 Mega Corviknight or remove hazards.
Corviknight-Mega @ Corvinite
Ability: Mirror Armor -> Sheer Force
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD (or whatever defensive investment; this spread is versatile)
Bold Nature
- Roost
- Nasty Plot
- Hurricane
- Taunt
Probably the closest-to-broken set. This just screws standard Stall up extremely badly with Nasty Plot, Hurricane, Taunt and Corviknight's Toxic immunity. No investment Hurricane 2HKOes Quagsire, meaning Clefable stall variants are the only ones able to survive this menace (and even then, Flash Cannon might be opted for!).
Mega: Mega Orbeetle New Ability: Frisk / Swarm /—/ Telepathy ——> Levitate New Typing: Bug/Psychic

Since UFOs are known as Unidentified Flying Objects, yet Orbeetle wasn’t given the Flying-type or Levitate, and I’m implementing the latter for Mega Orbeetle in order to maintain the flavor.
Mega Orbeetle
Type: Bug/Psychic Ability: Analyze (Forewarn, but it reveals all four moves)
HP: 60
Att: 55 (+10)
Def: 150 (+40)
SpA: 100 (+20)
SpD: 160 (+40)
Spe: 80 (-10) Moves: Teleport
The energy from mega evolution not only increased the range of Orbeetle's psychic power (now effective over a 20 mile radius, large enough to cover most of New York City... from almost anywhere in New York City) but it also made it much more effective, granting it total omniscience of everything in its range.
Its bulk was designed to be a bit better than a Toxapex with switched defenses (50/142/152 vs 60/150/160). Of course, Mega Orbeetle isn't as effective of a wall as Pex due to lacking Regenerator and having a horrid defensive typing, but it's not designed to be a proper wall. With U-turn or Teleport, Mega Orbeetle can use Analyze to scout an opponent's full moveset and then pivot out to an informed counter. In terms of offense, its Body Presses have gotten significantly stronger.
Extremely versatile, Mega Orbeetle's very good bulk allows it to live the majority of hits, which allows it to make use of its large amount of options. It could be an offensive Calm Mind sweeper because of access to Recover + is able to run only 1 or 2 attacking moves without worrying as much about mons resisting everything because of Tinted Lens. It can also run a Sticky Web support set with U-Turn, which makes of use of its surprisingly high speed allowing it to get webs up and U-Turn out pretty quickly. It could also mirror Reuniclus in being able to set up Calm Mind + Acid Armor (Iron Defense in Orbeetle's case), Recover, and spam Stored Power, although it doesn't have Magic Guard, Tinted Lens allows it to spam Stored Power against resists rather than being walled. Mons who KO it in one or two hits counter it quite well as it does have to rely on set up to be dealing a significant amount of damage in most cases. (Also Body Press is great on it.)

Base Stat Total: 455 ----> 555
New Moves: Focus Blast,
Flavor: Mega Thievul takes on a thinner appearance, turning into an agile assassin. Likewise, its tail takes on a bushier appearance, and has a sharp tip at the end. The mustache on their noses are removed, and its body takes on a jet-black color, which enables Thievul to cloak itself in the darkness and attack their victims when the moment is right. Through mega evolution, Thievul becomes one with the darkness, as it's fur allows it to blend in with the darkness behind it. In addition to this, even its footsteps are cloaked in darkness, so you can't hear when they're coming... until it's too late.
Competitive Use: Mega Thievul would likely be used as a fast Nasty Plot sweeper, similar to its base form down in PU and NU. However, Mega Thievul no longer has to worry about being OHKO'ed by any physical attack, having poor strength before setting up, and not really having that good of a speed tier. 130 special attack is no slouch, and neither is 120 speed. Although that physical defense still isn't great, 107 base special defense is pretty good actually and allows for setup against quite a bit.

Description: Set up a Nasty Plot, then proceed sweeping with Dark Aura-boosted Dark Pulse. Fighting coverage allows it to hit Dark-types such as Urshifu and Hydreigon.
I don't have any flavor for this one. Thievul already has a fantastic ability in Stakeout, it just needs actual stats to make use of it. The speed is tuned to be faster than Greninja by one point, because this is Nat Dex for some reason (assuming it hasn't changed its type with Protean, Grass Knot is your only move to hit Gren with; it doesn't OHKO, but it deals decent damage despite its lower power) and the special attack was originally much higher (like 125 or something) to compensate for needing the opponent to switch until I remembered this thing gets Nasty Plot.

Mega Thievul has a somewhat usable amount of bulk which allows it to more easily get a Nasty Plot up, and because of its higher speed is able to OHKO a majority of the meta with either Dark Pulse or Flamethrower. Out of the mons that do outspeed it, the majority of them are counters as its physical defense does leave it vulnerable. Its new Fire typing allows it to counter things it would usually lose to, such as banded Rillaboom.

Bolt Beak gives it powerful coverage against bulky Water-types such as Toxapex and Slowbro.

Description: Flavor-wise, Gumshoos' elongated body makes it a sensible candidate for Coil. Coil further increases its Hustle-boosted Attack stat for extra wallbreaking power, alleviates the accuracy nerf, while also giving it extra Defense to survive priority moves. Body Slam gives it a reliable physical STAB that replaces its loss of Return.

New Moves:
Description: Honestly not too much flavor here in terms of stats and moves, now that Lycanroc-Dusk has a fantastic ability in Tough Claws, all it really needs to do here is to have a way to abuse it effectively without death to any and all forms of priority. It's basically MMeta but without the brokenness or the hax factor of it. Although most of its coverage options are not particularly strong even with Tough Claws, at the end of the day, you have 150 base attack. What's not to love about Lycanroc-Dusk-Mega?
Mega Lycanroc-Dusk is an all around improvement on its base form, in boosted Attack, Speed, bulk and a STAB Close Combat. Its added bulk would allow it to be able to get up a Swords Dance in some situations, and its insane firepower makes it hard to deal with a lot of the time. Its counters are mons who outspeed it, since they can usually OHKO it (Mega Lopunny and Rillaboom are the main ones). Other than that, a majority of mons can only safely come in on it after it's had its moveset revealed (example would be Lando-T not being able to come in until it knows it's not running Ice Fang).
Mega Gumshoos had good bulk with 88/100/100 which allows it to get Glare, or one of its other utility moves (Yawn, Super Fang, Taunt, etc) off, before getting out with U-Turn and getting its Regenerator off. Its high Atk stat may also warrant it to run an offensive set due to its pretty big movepool. Its bulk however isn't amazing considering that its speed will usually make it have to take 2 hits before U-Turning out, even after a Glare.
Mega Toucannon
Ability: Keen Eye/Skill Link/Sheer Force -> Aerilate
Typing: Normal/Flying
Mega Toucannon makes great use of its extra speed which allows it to outspeed a chunk of the meta, and the added bulk makes it live the majority of hits. Offensively, Aerilate makes it lose Normal STAB, but gives it Aerilate Return or Boomburst. -Ate Boomburst is, on most mons, absolutely broken, however Mega Toucannon has only 85 SpA and can't run an item. This makes it an extremely strong option but not broken. On the physical side Aerilate Return hits hard from a 140 Atk stat and its nice coverage makes it decent.
Ah, Toucannon... what a big disappointment you were. (Where in the HELL would a fast, nimble woodpecker evolve into a toucan of ALL things? And a slow ass toucan? Yeah, Game Freak owes me an explanation to that blasphemy)
HOWEVER, I am here to (try to) fix that with the new(?) found power of MEGA EVOLUTIONSSSS!!111!!1
Mega Toucannon New Ability: Keen Eye / Skill Link / Sheer Force ----> Ignite (-ate ability; turns all Normal-type moves into Fire-type, boosts their Base Power by 1.2x) New Typing:Normal / Flying ----> Fire / Flying New Stats:
HP: 80 ----> 80
Attack: 120 ----> 140 (+20)
Defense: 75 ----> 85 (+10)
Special Attack: 75 ----> 95 (+20)
Special Defense: 75 ----> 85 (+10)
Speed: 60 ----> 100 (+40)
Base Stat Total: 485 ----> 585 (+100) New Moves: None
Flavor Changes: When looking at Toucannon's Pokedex entry, I couldn't unnotice the fact it is closely related to the physical phenomena of generating heat (which, in real life, requires energy conversion from a form to another. In Toucannon's case, that toll would be quite high; hitting 100 degrees Celsius translates to being able to evaporate liquid water). Its Pokémon Sun entry says "When it battles, its beak heats up. The temperature can easily exceed 212 degrees Fahrenheit, causing severe burns when it hits." Similarly, Pokémon Moon states that "Within its beak, its internal gas ignites, explosively launching seeds with enough power to pulverize boulders."
Going back a generation, Mega Evolutions seem to unleash the real power of Pokemon by elevating its offensive capabilities to the maximum. Some Mega Evolutions' Pokédex entries cite pain and lack of mercy as some feelings the Pokemon undergoing the process have to get through - that's apparently why they are temporary. In this Mega Toucannon's case, Mega Evolving instantly grows Toucannon's wings and ignites up Toucannon's entire body the same way. Its beak, the epicentre of its thermal energy generation, glows brightly white - just like melted metal - and can, therefore, hit insane temperatures. (Note: it doesn't turn red or orange like 99% of Fire-types, and it doesn't have embers attached to its body (cough cough M-ZardX); that's why I like Mega Toucannon being a part-Fire type with a different take design-wise)
Competitive Changes: We all know how Mega Glalie's Refrigerate turned it into a terrifying wallbreaker in Gen 6 with 20 less attack points. This Mega Toucannon concept aims to renew that concept with a buff to meet power creep requirements, but with its Normal-type moves turning into Fire-type ones (and getting SD + Work Up at its disposal!). A huge +40 boost in Speed enables Toucannon to reach the crowded 100 base tier, enabling it to not be a deadweight Pokemon against more offensive teams. All in all, Mega Toucannon has the potential to be really good in MFA OU as either a physical or mixed wallbreaker.
While buffed Returns (and Boombursts) might be extremely deadly, it gives up its excellent Skill Link coverage moves, meaning Fire-resistant bulky walls (most notably bulky Water-types) can still take on Mega Toucannon. A 4x weakness to SR doesn't help it, either; it mandates reliable hazard removal. Despite the huge boost, 100 base Speed still leaves it prone to be revenge killed by faster threats as Mega Toucannon is still a frail Pokemon.
Mega Toucannon's Return, in tandem with Ignite and STAB boosts, turns into an absolute wrecking machine. Brave Bird works as its secondary STAB, while last slot can be either Seed Bomb / Bullet Seed (pre-Mega) to mow down 4x Grass-weak Pokemon or Knock Off for utility.
