Pokemon Name: Meganium
Set Name: Toxic Stall
Move 1: Toxic
Move 2: Protect
Move 3: Synthesis/Leech Seed
Move 4: Energy ball/ Leech Seed
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 6 Special Def/Special Attk

This set is designed to take advantage of Meganium's amazing defensive capabilities. Great base stats, movepool, and typing has made Meganium an optimal physical wall in the Underused/Neverused tier and is maximized in terms of efficiency with this set. The strategy is simple, switch in, get a toxic off on something, and us protect/leech seed/sythesis to stall out the hp of your opponent. This is very effective because it allows Meganium to take out many (nearly all) of the physical threats in the lower tiers without even losing a single hitpoint at the end of it all.

Since no real attacking is required, I can not provide calculations for toxic and leech seed, but i can provide how well Meganium is able to weather many blows. Keep in mind that leftovers alone recovers 1/16 and leech seed recovers 1/8th of health. Therefore, if a pokemon's attack does less 11/16th's or less Meganium will be able to stall it out without losing a single hitpoint.

MEGANIUM VS ADAMANT MAX ATTACK LIFE ORB'D HITMONTOP CLOSE COMBAT
Damage Per Hit: 178 - 210 / 48.9% - 57.7% (Number of Hits: 1)

MEGANIUM VS LIFE ORB ABSOL'S NIGHT SLASH AFTER A SWORDS DANCE
Damage Per Hit: 235 - 277 / 64.6% - 76.1% (Number of Hits: 1)

MEGANIUM VS CHOICE BANDED GALLADE CLOSE COMBAT
Damage Per Hit: 226 - 267 / 62.1% - 73.4% (Number of Hits: 1)

MEGANIUM VS. CHOICE BANDED AZUMARRIL RETURN (MAX HAPPINESS)
Damage Per Hit: 146 - 172 / 40.1% - 47.3% (Number of Hits: 1)

As we can conclude from these damage calculations, Meganium is able to successfully wall the majority of the physical underused threats and proceed to stall them with toxic and protect combinations.

Individual move analysis

Toxic: Main method of withering down an opponent. Must be used on all opponents that are not steel typed.

Protect: Essential for leftovers recovery, PP stalling, and scouting.

Leech seed: Wears down opponent further while regenerating health.

Synthesis: Access to a fast recovery move. Essential in effective stalling.

Energy Ball: Provides immediate damage and a STAB grass attack.

Possible partners:

Nearly all special walls. Chansey and clefable make great partners in underused also.

Other toxic stalling sets: When partnered with the infamous mantine toxic stalling set this duo can stall out every non-steel type in the game.

I would like to hear all your imputs on this, and will continue to improve and update it so do not be coy, feel free to speak your mind.

This set has been tested on several occassions by me and has done very well so far.

Hi.

I'm sorry to inform you that we cannot allow you to submit this atm. Your analysis is lacking the correct tags and isn't written correctly. I'm afraid I will have to lock this due to these reasons.

If, however, you have a more formal write-up with the correct html and such, I will consider re-opening the topic.
