Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
You know what I think of Mega-Sharpedo (I think it's extremely bad), but considering you wanted a team that uses a "weak" Mega and try to make it shine I thought
Mega Tyranitar would be a decent suggestion. You mentioned you struggle versus Trick Room, and I feel like Mega Tyranitar wins most Trick Room matchup (shutting down Cresselia entirely, Hoopa-Unbound, Porygon2 having a tough MU) as well as being able to beat Fire-attackers such as Mega Charizard Y.
Putting Mega Tyranitar over Mega Sharpedo makes your Sun match up a lot better so I don't feel like you should be forced to run Stone Edge on Virizion. It allows you to run Taunt on
Virizion now, which makes dealing with Trick Room even easier.
I don't know about your Amoonguss/Breloom matchup, you might lose to Spore spam considering your only Grass-type is Virizion and you have no Safety Goggles. That's why I'd consider running Safety Goggles on
Aegislash, but I can see Weakness Policy working as well.
Fuck this
Latios set man, I feel like it's so easy for people to see when you're gonna Draco, I personally think you should run a different set, namely Dragon Pulse / Psyshock / Roost / Protect. Tailwind Latios is crap and my suggestion below is a different Tailwind setter which is a bit more reliable in my opinion. You've also mentioned the weak Mega Diancie matchup, and I personally think you could run Hidden Power Ground over Roost as well, which allows you to dent it if you win the speed tie.
Last suggestion: you struggle with beating Landorus-Therian and Mega-Diancie, I personally think you should run
Suicune over Heatran. Heatran doesn't really do anything as it loses to Mega Diancie and Landorus, and whilst it might be a good win condition, I feel like Suicune is a lot better in this situation.
safety goggles zap could help you switch into spores from amoong and shit. landot over virision could help with the diancie matchup (diancie talon!). it sounds really boring but you could use some cool shit like bulky band since you got double tailwind already.
ps. houndoom is gross!
I'm on mobile/too lazy to analyze your team rn but my initial suggestion would be to change Zapdos back to bulky Thundurus, given 2 of your mons are base 108+ speed, Shark is gonna get a Speed Boost, and Aegislash doesn't want to outspeed much since it'll just get dropped in Blade form. Thundurus improves your TR matchup and TWave is good so you can be a
Better shark spread:
200 HP / 252 Atk / 16 SpD / 40 Spe
Bumps up speed to pass thundy premega, did some some minor efficiency calcs vs some resisted or non stab hits. I didn't realize how large an impact investment has on not naturally bulky mons.
agreeing with omega, bulky thundy helps your matchups and you don't really need twind. Fast thundy is also an option, gives you a second unconditional diancie check.
