Reasons:
Salamence: The main focus of the team. I prefer a ddance set on him as it can allow a nice setup and allow me to sweep teams easier (however due to recent battles the more important thing is the speed boost) I find him to be a great physical or special sweeper, but i personally prefer physical due to that he has much more options as a physical. The ev spread is very basic, but I'm open to being a little more creative with it.
Sableye: My personal favorite counter to the beasts known as mega kang and lando-T. Sableye is my physically wall and way to harass the opposing team while also being able to run his own form of priority recovery, similar to gale wings and roost. Anyways, I chose mental herb on sableye as to the fact that if he gets taunted, he is a sitting duck, and mental herb prevents this for one turn. that being said ive swapped back and forth between quash and taunt, as both are very good for opposing fast pokemon or pranksters. Similarly, I've swapped between getting rid of an opposing item with knock off, or ko-ing physical attackers faster with foul play, as both have been good and bad in certain situations.
Milotic: Milotic is my favorite special wall, and another way to become a problem for those running Lando-T thanks to competitive (raises SP. Atk by 2 for each time a stat is lowered). There's not too much else to say, she can take care of genies and fast mons thanks to icy wind, scald get rid of heatrans with ease when she has a comp boost, recover + leftovers makes her harder to kill, and protect allows for more sustain.
Tyranitar: My other physical sweeper alongside salamence. Originally i had him as a fast, rock slide spamer, but after teaching salamence rock slide, his main purpose is for weather counters (Ex: politoed, charizard-y, etc). I've thought about taking him off, but considering he can survive a hyper voice from a sylveon with choice specs, i figured I would keep him around. Again ev spread is very basic while also giving him a slight boost to bulk.
Gengar: Gengar is one of my two responses to fairy types in the meta right now. Both of his stabs can hit a mega gardevoir hard, and can overall be a really great late game sweeper, though recently I haven't been using him as much. I choose a focus sash on him because he is very frail and I wanted to make sure that he managed to get at least one hit on the field.
Aegislash: My (other) counter to fairies in the meta right now. Out of the two I prefer Aegislash as he has a pretty good defensive typing and allows him to soak up a super effective attack, activate weakness policy, and then return the hit. I wanted his Ev spread to primarily make him be able to take special attacks rather than physical attacks: Also wide guard helps out a ton with rock slides, hyper voice, icy wind, etc.
So yeah thats my team as of right now, I am open to any thoughts or suggestions. Thanks!

Hello Superbioman , and welcome to Smogon!

Unfortunately, this RMT is currently not following the rules which can be found in the RMT Resource Thread; specifically, this thread violates rule #4, because you lack sufficient descriptions for each Pokemon on your team. As such, I am afraid that I will have to lock this thread for the time being. If you would like this thread to be reopened, feel free to PM me with your updated RMT, and I would be happy to reopen this thread for you. If you need help making an RMT up to the required standards, I recommend that you carefully read the RMT Resource Thread and check out other RMTs from the Team Showcase and RMT Archive for some examples.

Good luck with your team, and have a nice day!

Edit: Reopened!

Hey there, cool team man! Dragon Dance Salamence has really fallen out of favor lately, but I feel that a lot of people are sleeping on it. Before I get to the meat of your team, there are a few a changes I suggest you make.

First off, change Milotic's spread to Guru Fernandez's spread of 236 HP / 156 Def / 100 SpA / 12 SpD / 4 Spe with a Bold Nature. Milotic is SUPER weak without any Special Attack investment, even if it has a Competitive boost, so it kind of needs Special Attack investment or else your opponent can pretty much ignore it. Milotic already has a lot of Special Defense, to the point where only 12 EVs can allow it to survive powerful Electric-type attacks, such as Mega Manectric and max Special Attack Zapdos's Thunderbolt, and Hydreigon's Specs Draco Meteor, so using 132 Special Defense EVs isn't needed at all; while 236 HP + 156 Defense EVs allows Milotic to survive Adamant Mega Kangaskhan's Double Edge.

  • 252 SpA Mega Manectric Thunderbolt vs. 236 HP / 12 SpD Milotic: 132-156 (66 - 78%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
  • 252+ SpA Zapdos Thunderbolt vs. 236 HP / 12 SpD Milotic: 134-162 (67 - 81%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
  • 252+ SpA Choice Specs Hydreigon Draco Meteor vs. 236 HP / 12 SpD Milotic: 145-172 (72.5 - 86%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
  • 252+ Atk Parental Bond Mega Kangaskhan Double-Edge vs. 236 HP / 156+ Def Milotic: 153-181 (76.5 - 90.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

As your team doesn't completely revolve around Salamence setting up and sweeping, I suggest using a bulkier spread to allow Salamence to set up easier, such as DaWoblefet's spread of 52 HP / 172 Atk / 4 Def / 84 SpD / 196 Spe with a Jolly Nature. One big problem about running Adamant Salamence is that Gengar and Terrakion can outrun it, which means that you'll be hit with a strong super effective hit, Icy Wind and Rock Slide. Running a Jolly Nature alongside 196 Speed allows Salamence to outrun +Speed Mega Lucario and anything under; after a Dragon Dance boost, it allows Salamence to outrun Suicune in Tailwind, Scarf Landorus-T, and Modest Venusaur in the sun. The HP and Special Defense EVs allows Salamence to live an Ice Beam from standard Suicune. Rock Slide is a super redundant coverage move on Salamence to be honest. Charizard Y is setup bait for Salamence and there's a chance to OHKO it with Return anyways. The only somewhat justified reason to use Rock Slide is that it can 2HKO bulky Thundurus at +1, but Thundurus can severly cripple you with Thunder Wave, so I don't know why you would stay in against it in the first place. The same can be said of Dragon Claw. It is a 2HKO against opposing Mega Salamence, like Return. The only relevant thing it hits is that it has, again, a chance to OHKO Hydreigon. So I suggest replacing Rock Slide with Protect and Dragon Claw with Earthquake. Protect is super important on Mega Salamence, as most people will tend to target it down once it gets a boost. You'll easily be able to capitalize off of a careless double target into Mega Salamence by using Protect and eliminating a threat with Salamence's teammate. It also helps to block against potential status that will cripple Salamence. Your team also lacks a reliable way of beating Heatran, which is actually a pretty big stop to Salamence, so Earthquake is used so you can break through Heatran.

Defensively
  • 132 SpA Suicune Ice Beam vs. 52 HP / 84 SpD Mega Salamence: 144-172 (81.3 - 97.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
  • 252 Atk Terrakion Rock Slide vs. 52 HP / 4 Def Mega Salamence: 78-92 (44 - 51.9%) -- 8.6% chance to 2HKO
Rock Slide Calcs
  • 172 Atk Mega Salamence Rock Slide vs. 252 HP / 120 Def Thundurus: 76-90 (40.8 - 48.3%) -- 99.2% chance to 3HKO after Sitrus Berry recovery
  • 172 Atk Mega Salamence Rock Slide vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Charizard Y: 160-192 (104.5 - 125.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Dragon Claw Calcs
  • 172 Atk Mega Salamence Dragon Claw vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Mega Salamence: 114-134 (66.6 - 78.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
  • 172 Atk Mega Salamence Dragon Claw vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Hydreigon: 152-182 (90.4 - 108.3%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO
Return Calcs
  • 172 Atk Aerilate Mega Salamence Return vs. 252 HP / 120 Def Thundurus: 67-79 (36 - 42.4%) -- 1.6% chance to 3HKO after Sitrus Berry recovery
  • 172 Atk Aerilate Mega Salamence Return vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Charizard Y: 144-169 (94.1 - 110.4%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO
  • 172 Atk Aerilate Mega Salamence Return vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Mega Salamence: 93-111 (54.3 - 64.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
  • 172 Atk Aerilate Mega Salamence Return vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Hydreigon: 127-151 (75.5 - 89.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

As for Gengar, Dazzling Gleam is redundant coverage; it doesn't hit anything relevant. It's also really weak due to the reduction from it being a spread move (it only has a chance to OHKO Hydreigon, which is pretty bad considering it is 4x weak to Fairy-type moves...). I suggest replacing Dazzling Gleam with Will-O-Wisp, as that allows Gengar severely cripple physical attacks and completely shut out Mega Kangaskhan.

  • 252 SpA Gengar Dazzling Gleam vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Hydreigon: 152-180 (90.4 - 107.1%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO

Now as for bigger changes, I suggest replacing Sableye with Amoonguss. Now that I added Will-O-Wisp to Gengar, Sableye isn't doing anything else anymore. While I do agree that Sableye helps against Mega Kangaskhan and Landorus-T, Amoonguss also does the same. Amoonguss also greatly improves your rain and Trick Room matchup, both of which you're super weak to, gives you a way to redirect moves away from Salamence so you can set up a lot easier, and checks most bulky Water-types, which your team has trouble breaking through, such as Rotom-W and Suicune. It also resists Fairy-types, which, when your team had Sableye, you're super weak to.

Once again man, that's a pretty sweet team! While Amoonguss helps a lot in the Trick Room matchup, its not a foolproof counter so be very careful when playing against it. Hope I helped man and good luck with the team!!! :]

Hey thanks so much for checking out my salamence team it really means a lot. I'll definitely take all of ur advice into account. My only exception is the amoonguss. Now I'm prepared to sound like a hipster when I say I don't like to use any pokemon in C.H.A.L.K. (cresselia, heatran, amoonguss, lando-t, and mega kang). So for rain teams I had t tar as a way to switch the weather and I might just swap out gengar then for a wide guard special swampert. Originally this team was for mega sableye and I personally just really would like to keep him on the team, again mainly because of how much he can annoy and harass opponents. But aside from the amoonguss I really liked all of the other spreads and I honestly wasn't sure for a good bulky spread on salamence so this definitely helps. Thanks again!
