Multi Gen Mega Rayquaza still not banned from Doubles Ubers

Today I was battling in Doubles Ubers when I saw a person Mega evolve his Rayquaza, which should have been impossible due to the banning of Mega Rayquaza in Ubers. Assuming that this rule holds still, I request that the prevent-Evolution-of-Rayquaza mod be added to Doubles Ubers as well.

Doubles Ubers hasn't banned mray. It is separate from regular ubers just like regular doubles is separate from regular ou.
 
Singles and Doubles are not obligated to follow the same banlists and are not administered by the same people.

It is also highly unlikely Mega Rayquaza would be banned in DUbers as well - it doesn't have a huge playerbase and I hear it's more manageable there.

Nonetheless, this subforum is only concerned with the Singles Ubers metagame.
