Mega Metagross's high Attack stat backed up by its solid bulk, high Speed, and colorful coverage options make it an offensive juggernaut in the metagame. Moreover, its ability to pivot in on Flying-, Psychic-, and Fairy-type moves from Tornadus-T, Tapu Lele, and Clefable with ease gives it defensive utility as well as plenty of opportunities to start wallbreaking. Meteor Mash's potential chance to raise Attack is useful in brute forcing through checks like Tangrowth, Corviknight, and Slowbro. Thunder Punch is mandatory to pressure Corviknight and Slowbro, which otherwise completely wall Mega Metagross. One of Earthquake or Hammer Arm is preferred in the last slot to hit Steel-types that wall Mega Metagross. Both do sizeable damage to Heatran, Magnezone, and Bisharp, but Earthquake hits Aegislash and opposing Mega Metagross, while Hammer Arm hits Ferrothorn and Kartana. If its team needs the role compression, Mega Metagross can also set Stealth Rock effectively thanks to its good bulk and defensive typing letting it beat Defoggers like Tornadus-T and Tapu Fini. Bullet Punch is an option in the fourth slot to pressure faster Pokemon like Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan, Mega Lopunny, and Weavile. Ice Punch can be used to immediately OHKO Gliscor and Garchomp, which could otherwise survive a hit and retaliate with Earthquake. However, these last two options don’t offer the great utility of Earthquake, Hammer Arm, or Stealth Rock.

Mega Metagross is capable of fitting on the vast majority of balance and bulky offense teams thanks to its good utility, wallbreaking prowess, and ability to set Stealth Rock. Garchomp is a great offensive partner that can heavily damage Mega Metagross's checks, like Tangrowth, Corviknight, and Slowbro with a Z-Move. It can also pivot in on Fire-type attacks from Pokemon like Heatran and Rotom-H. Heatran also makes a good partner thanks to its ability to pressure Corviknight and Tangrowth and KO Slowbro and weakened Garchomp with Bloom Doom or cripple them with Toxic. Clefable can pass Wishes to keep Mega Metagross healthy, allowing it to check Pokemon like Tornadus-T consistently. The aforementioned partners can also set Stealth Rock, freeing a slot on Mega Metagross. Magnezone can eliminate Corviknight, Mega Scizor, and Ferrothorn, which are strong roadblocks to Mega Metagross. Similarly, Rotom-H can use the aforementioned Pokemon as setup fodder. Tapu Lele can set Psychic Terrain to power up Zen Headbutt and protect Mega Metagross from priority should it be chipped. It can also eliminate Steel-types with a Z-Move of choice. Cleaners like Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan appreciate Mega Metagross softening up the opposing team for them to sweep.

A high Attack stat backed up by solid bulk and Speed as well as colorful coverage make Mega Metagross an offensive juggernaut in the tier. Make sure to mention Mega Metagross's defensive utility as a Psychic-, Fairy-, and Flying-resistant Pokemon. Meteor Mash’s potential chance to raise Attack is useful in brute forcing through checks like Tangrowth and Mega Slowbro. You don't really get through Mega Slowbro very easily, even with an Attack raise. Thunder Punch is mandatory to pressure Corviknight and Slowbro, who otherwise completely wall Mega Metagross. Earthquake or Hammer Arm is preferred in the last slot to hit Steel-types that wall Mega Metagross. Both do sizeable damage to Heatran, Magnezone and Bisharp, but Earthquake hits Aegislash and opposing Mega Metagross, while Hammer Arm hits Ferrothorn. Mega Metagross can also set Stealth Rock effectively thanks to its good bulk and defensive typing, letting it beat Defoggers like Tornadus-T and Tapu Fini. I think you really need to mention how Stealth Rock should only be run on Mega Metagross if the role compression is absolutely needed. Bullet Punch is an option in the fourth slot to pressure faster Pokemon like Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan and Mega Lopunny. Weavile is definitely relevant to mention here, as it can Pursuit trap you otherwise. Ice Punch can be used to immediately OHKO Gliscor and Garchomp, who could otherwise survive a hit and retaliate with Earthquake. However, these last two options don’t have too much of a niche and don’t offer the great utility of Earthquake, Hammer Arm, or Stealth Rock.

Mega Metagross is capable of fitting on several balance and bulky offense teams thanks to its good bulk, wallbreaking prowess, and ability to set Stealth Rock. Several is an understatement; Mega Metagross is a viable fit on the vast majority of teams. Rather than saying good bulk, you should focus on its good utility, by the way. Garchomp is a great offensive partner that can wear down Mega Metagross’ checks, like Tangrowth and Slowbro, with a Z-Move. It can also set Stealth Rock and pivot in on Fire-type attacks from Pokemon like Heatran and Rotom-H. Heatran also makes a good partner thanks to its ability to check Corviknight and Tangrowth and cripple Slowbro with Bloom Doom or Toxic. I don't think you just "cripple" Slowbro with Bloom Doom. Wearing down Garchomp is also a very useful perk of Heatran alongside Mega Metagross; having the extra pressure on Garchomp will leave much less room for it to wear you down with Rough Skin. Clefable can also use Stealth Rock and pass Wishes to keep Mega Metagross healthy. Be a little more specific here, why is keeping Mega Metagross healthy useful? Hint: consistently checking Tornadus-T is great. Magnezone can eliminate Corviknight and Ferrothorn, which are strong roadblocks to Mega Metagross. Similarly, Rotom-H can use Corviknight and Ferrothorn as setup fodder. Tapu Lele can set Psychic Terrain to power up Zen Headbutt and protect Mega Metagross from priority should it be chipped. It can also eliminate Steel-types with a Z-Move of choice.

As a more general comment, you mention that a Pokemon can set Stealth Rock multiple times, but never allude to how this is directly relevant to Mega Metagross. Don't mention entry hazards just because. With that said, I think it's fine to mention that, but only if you also mention that it leaves more room for Mega Metagross to run a different move.

Definitely mention late-game cleaners that benefit from Mega Metagross's wallbreaking capabilities, in particular Galarian Darmanitan, since it pressures common Pokemon that may try to pivot into Mega Metagross, such as Slowbro, and Rotom-Heat.
