SM OU Mega Heracross offense

Introduction
Hey, welcome to my second RMT, Heracross is my favourite Pokémon, but since it was released I have struggled to build a team in wich he can shine, so I hope to read any suggestion on how to improve it.

Smeargle (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spore
- Sticky Web
- Stealth Rock
- Magic Coat

First, the team needed a good versatile lead and Smeargle was the chosen Pokémon. It places sticky web wich M-Heracross REALLY needs to fully shine, and the rest of the attacks are just to ease Heracross job and help do his own job.

Heracross (M) @ Heracronite
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 176 HP / 176 Atk / 12 SpD / 144 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Pin Missile
- Rock Blast
- Bullet Seed/Sustitute

The star of the team, a standard moveset, I'm thinking of using bullet seed because personally I prefer coverage and feel substitute held back heracross against water types, disrupting my momentum. The ev are for 2HKO Cleffable, outspeeding Lando-T and Rotom-W while having good bulk for my substitute.

Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Gunk Shot
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Next, a special sweeper and revenge killer. Standard moveset, picked HP fire because without heatran, Celesteela can wall most of the team.

Tapu Bulu @ Leftovers
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Horn Leech
- Zen Headbutt
- Superpower
- Swords Dance

Tapu Bulu main role is to take care of water types, while grassy terrain is a good way to passive heal mega Heracross. It also has a good synergy with the next pokemon. Zen headbutt can put pressure on Toxapex while SP makes a good combo with SD to put pressure con Skarmory.

heatran.gif

Heatran @ Grassium Z
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Solar Beam
- Taunt

Heatran has almost perfect synergy with Heracross, while taking advantage of grassy surge and round my offensive FWG core. Taunt is needed to stop Volcarona, while grassium solar beam helps against water types. This set it's used because Heracross uses substitute and heatran lures Gyarados and toxapex who Heracross and Bulu can struggled, perfect oportunity to fire Bloom Doom.

garchomp.gif

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Rough skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Outrage
- Rock slide
- Poison Jab
- Earthquake

Finally, Charizard-Y was a big concern, specially if SR weren't up. Garchomp can survive solar beam or focus blast and force the switch or outspeed and kill him with Rock slide. Poison Jab because the things i've seen the most are Tapus, and PJ is a nice coverage move. It also helps me nab a poison for walls every now and then.

I think this team is good on paper, but it feels incomplete. I've tried Latias instead of Garchomp for Healing Wish, Tangrowth with knock off instead of Tapu Bulu and Chandelure over Heatran, but none of those changes helped me so this is my last chance to make a real competitive mega Heracross team. Thanks in advance!
