Mega Gardevoir Based Doubles Team Help

Hello! As you probably noticed in the title, i have a team revolving around mega gardevoir for doubles battles. I have multiple team ideas so i would LOVE full criticism. So without further ado,

Mega Gardevoir (F)@ Gardevoirite
Trait: Pixelate
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Nature: Timid
~ Hyper Voice
~ Wish
~ Protect/WoW
~ Psychic/Psyshock

OR

~ Hyper Voice
~ Thunderbolt
~ Reflect
~ Psychic/Psyshock

I am using Mega Gardy cause
1) She's my main and favorite
2) I ADORE her bulk and Special Offence
3) Pixelated Hypervoice is the best thing ever.
I think she is a great Pokemon and has always been an asset to my team. Shes my special hitter too.

Togekiss (F)@ King's Rock
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 SpA / 200 Def / 56 Spe
Nature: Timid
~ Extrasensory
~ Air Slash
~ Dazzling Gleam
~ Light Screen/ Flamethrower/ Heal Bell

The point of Togekiss is obvious. It's the typical flinch set, but with fairy power! XD
Its perfect to help out gardevoir by stopping annoying threats like most steel types that flamethrower could potentially burn AND flinch. I love having the immunity to dragon AND ground type attacks so Garchomp won't stand a chance. I was still debating whether to add light screen to make special hitters pretty much useless on togekiss and gardevoir, but then heal bell would also come in handy for dark void Darkrai and Spore Smeargle.

Lilligant (F)@ Lum Berry
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Nature: Timid
~ Quiver Spam
~ Sleep Powder
~ Giga Drain/ Petal Blizzard
~ HP Fire
My sun sweeper Lilligant has proven useful many times with a 3x boosted quiver dance. But, i still long for the HP restoring giga drain. I like using Petal Blizzard because Togekiss and ninetails (i will get to him in a bit) have resistances on it, and it's quite a threat to water and ground types. the maiin problem i am having with her though is Ice Shard and blizzard. Incinerate is also annoying as it kills my lum berry, but I've only seen it used twice.

Ninetails (M)@ Rocky Helmet/ Lum Berry
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 Def
Nature: Timid
~ Solar Beam
~ Heat Wave
~ WoW/ Toxic
~ Disable/ safeguard
Ninetails is the perfect sunny day set up for Lilligant. It can take out ground and water types with solar beam, and disable pesky moves to cripple the team, but safeguard is an option too. Heat wave is helpful for those Ice types that could KO Togekiss and Lilligant and for Steel Types that might hurt Gardevoir. I was considering extrasensory but i thought that i needed a status effecting move, so wow or toxic could fit there.

Empoleon (M)@ rock Helmet
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 248 Def / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Nature: Calm
~ Earthquake
~ Surf
~ Flash Canon
~ Stealth Rock
Here is my ultra Defensive Tank- empoleon. He is here to ruin Heatran and other fire/ steel types that could harm the team. Flash canon is for those fairies that don't need to stick around. Stealth Rock is to help take out flying and rock types, or just for the bonus damage. Surf with hyper voice or dazzling gleam can give hell to Houndour and Charizard while earthquake can help knock out weak steel types.

Greninja (M)@ leftovers
Ability: Protein
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 HP
Nature: Timid
~ Surf
~ Dark Pulse
~ Ice Beam
~ Rock Slide
This is my speed wonder Greninja. He his fast and make to take care of any leftover threats. I can Take out talonflame and other fire types with rock slide. He is mainly just so i can take out speedy threats on my team.

What do yall think?

I'm not an expert, but I can definitely offer some comments.

I don't know if it's a good idea to run Sun on this team. Generally, I've found it's usually best to either focus your team entirely around your Weather condition, or not include it at all. You have two Water types who suffer in Sun-- your Greninja's damage is weakened, which means he sweeps less effectively, and your Empoleon's damage suffers as well and would end up taking additional damage from Fire in return (I know it becomes neutral due to his Water typing, but still). I'd personally either replace Liligant and Ninetails with different Pokemon and not bother with Sun, or replace Empoleon and Greninja and embrace the heat. That being said, I have other suggestions too.

Why Rock Slide on Greninja? You have a Water STAB that would do more in every way to Fire types (higher BP, STAB, and still AoE like Rock Slide), and Ice Beam to take care of non-Talonflame Flying types. Plus it's working off his weaker, non-EV'd Attack. I'd replace it with Grass Knot for coverage. Also, IMO, I prefer Expert Belt on my Greninja, since with his Protean ability and wide range of type coverage he can usually score a Super-Effective move for the boost.

As for Togekiss, if you want to keep it, I think you should replace Extrasensory with Flamethrower and try running that Heal Bell you wanted. I know Extrasensory has a flinch chance so it works with Serene Grace, but it's only 10% (20% boosted!) Gardevoir is already carrying a Psychic move for coverage, and a Fire move for threatening Steel-types seems much more important to me.

Sup. There are many things that have to be fixed on your team. Lets start with the first problem:

1. First of all, WHY DO YOU HAVE ALL SPECIAL ATTACKERS?! Without any physical attackers, you easily get walled by Blissey, Chansey, etc. To fix your poeblem, I suggest assault vest Conkeldurr over Greninja. Conkeldurr has access to bulk up and can switch in on Blissey's status move increase Conkeldurr's attack further.
2. The EV's are just messed up. For Togekiss, replace 200 Defense with 200 Health as it allows you to take hits from both special attacks and physical attacks easier.
For Empoleon, replace 252 Special Defense with 252 Health.

I think I will stop there. There are things too that your team could be helped with, but I would be changing your team to much. Like Triskdancer said, it might not be a good idea to run sun on this team considering that not all of your pokemon benefit.
