I started with a set that 2HKOs a lot of the OU meta game.
Garchomp @ Garchompite
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 64 Atk / 188 SpA / 12 SpD / 244 Spe
Mild Nature
- Iron Head
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake
- Draco Meteor
64 Atk Mega Garchomp Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 220+ Def Sylveon: 186-220 (47.2 - 55.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
0 SpA Pixilate Sylveon Hyper Voice vs. 0 HP / 12 SpD Mega Garchomp: 282-332 (78.9 - 92.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
Live that hyper voice (12 SpD. evs make sure it is not an OHKO after rocks) and hit 'em up with 2 iron heads (64 attack makes sure for a 2HKO), Draco meteor and fire blast 2HKO most of the current meta (on mons that are not 2HKOd by EQ and iron head) and earthquake is a great STAB move.
Draco Meteor 69.8 - 82.6%
Fire Blast 39.4 - 46.5% to a sub toxic glisgor guaranteeing a 2HKO on one on the most trolly mons in the meta even after there protect to get back 12% health.
At this point i know i need a sticky web user to make up for the low speeds of mega-chomp and I liked the idea of hyper offense with hoopa-u so rocks and web suppourt seemed necessary, so my next two mons were born.
Shuckle @ Custap Berry
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Sticky Web
- Stealth Rock
- Infestation
- Knock Off
Shuckle can tank two hits usually but if a move does 75% or more to shuckle then the custap berry will activate will allowing you to get up both hazards, the only problem is if they have a rapid spinner and you try to keep setting up sticky web but the burn/toxic is wearing you down the custap will activate getting your sticky web off before the rapid spin. knock off is there to get rid of items (obviously), and infestation is your only move that can damage anything.
Bisharp @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Pursuit
- Iron Head
- Swords Dance
This bisharp is here to capitalize on defoggers (mainly latias because of pursuit). SD is there to set up in defoggers faces as they may stay in for damage fearing pursuit. Sucker punch is to out-prioritize mons faster than bish. Iron head is to kill mons like t-tar and all the other mons stopping my victory by resisting my main attacking type. you can also get rid of SD for some fighting type move (low kick or brick break) for other bish and stuff you cannot hit with steel and dark.
Tornadus-Therian @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 8 HP / 252 SpA / 248 SpD
Modest Nature
- Heat Wave
- U-turn
- Hurricane
- Knock Off
the assault vest allows torn to eat up almost any special hit and get the regenerator boost after u-turning. hurricane is the main stab as it is just their to spam, unfortunately, hurricane miss chance = scald burn chance and scald always burns therefore hurricane always misses. heat wave hits ferro, skarm, bish, exca, so on and so forth. knock off is there to knock off items and u-turn is a great offensive pivot allowing for the regenerator boost and a free switch into any mon.
Rotom-Wash @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rest
- Will-O-Wisp
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
hydro hits the ground types that volt switch cannot. Volt switch is there to form the volt-turn combo between rotom and torn. will-o is there to have residual damage and to wall physical mons even further than rotom normally does. And rest-o-chesto is there to heal up after being widdle down by hazards and many, many physical attacks.
Victini @ Choice Band
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- V-create
- Bolt Strike
- U-turn
- Zen Headbutt
Banded V-create hits just about everything hard and with sticky web can still run adamant. Bolt strike hits bulky water types for a lot of damage: 252+ Atk Choice Band Victini Bolt Strike vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Mega Slowbro: 182-216 (46.1 - 54.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock, and that is a max defense mega slowbro! U-turn is there to pivot and zen headbutt is there to make sure of hitting the entire meta game neutral and is also STAB, 0 No Effects, 0 Not Very Effectives, 306 Normal Effectives, 494 Super Effectives.
