ORAS OU Mega Gallade wrecking OU

OK guys, I have always loved Mega Gallade and I wanted to make a Mega Gallade team.

Teambuilding process:

Mega Gallade always seemed like a cool Pokemon so I wanted to use it.

Mega Gallade pairs well with Clefable because Clefable beats its biggest counter, Mega Sableye.

Bisharp also pairs well with Gallade because its type resists both of Gallade's weaknesses.

I needed a counter to birdspam, Rotom-Wash was the perfect choice.

I lacked a fast Pokemon that could pick off weakened threats. Talonflame was the most obvious option.

Gallade really appreciates Spikes+Stealth Rock support, and Talonflame needs Defog support.
In Depth:

Gallade @ Galladite
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Knock Off
- Zen Headbutt

Gallade is my Mega Evolution on this team. I run the classic Swords Dance Set. I run Zen Headbutt over Substitute because Psychic-Fighting-Dark coverage is unresisted. The Jolly Nature is to maximize his speed as he can not bolster his speed anymore. Here are some calcs:
+2 252 Atk Mega Gallade Zen Headbutt vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Charizard Y: 382-450 (128.6 - 151.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252 Atk Mega Gallade Close Combat vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Metagross: 330-388 (109.6 - 128.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Clefable @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SpD
Calm Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
- Flamethrower
Clefable is my Mega Sableye Counter on this team, as it is the most common and biggest counter to Gallade. I run the bulky Calm Mind set because Mega Sableye is just setup fodder for it. Soft-Boiled is for recovery, as I need him alive to deal with Mega Sableye. Flamethrower hits many threats hard.

Bisharp @ Assault Vest
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 192 HP / 220 Atk / 96 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch
- Pursuit
Bisharp is my Pursuit Trapper. He deals with a multitude of Pokemon including (sort of actually not really) Mega Slowbro. I run Assault Vest to give him added special bulk. Knock off is my main STAB, then Iron Head is secondary STAB. Sucker Punch is for priority and Pursuit is obvious.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-o-Wisp
- Pain Split
Rotom-Wash is my answer to birdspam, which is common, and Mega Gallade can't deal with. I run the bulky set. Hydro Pump is obvious, there's no point in running Rotom-Wash without Hydro Pump. Volt Switch is to form a decent Volt-Turn core with Talonflame. Will-o-wisp cripples physical walls, and Pain split gains last minute recovery.

Talonflame @ Sharp Beak
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 120 HP / 252 Atk / 136 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- Roost
Gallade is not quite fast enough to outspeed some things, and that's where Talonflame comes in. He comes in and picks off weakened threats. U-turn is to switch after the kill, Brave Bird is priority thanks to Gale Wings, Flare Blitz is used to kill Scizor and Ferrothorn. Roost is to recover after health is lost from Stealth Rock.

Skarmory @ Shed Shell
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 172 Def / 84 SpD
Careful Nature
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Defog
- Brave Bird
Skarmory is my Defogger and my Stealth Rocker and my Spiker. The EVs balance out his bulk a little bit, and the nature is to also balance out his bulk. Stealth Rock, Spikes, and Defog are obvious. Brave Bird is so that he isn't completely destroyed by Taunt. Rocky Helmet damages opponents upon contact.

aaaah.... Do every M-Gallade teams are alike?

Anyways this team looks solid; however, one of the threats that you need to put is LO Thundy as it wrecks 3/6 Pokemons. This is just a wild suggestion, but have you tried replacing Skarm with Scarf Excadrill and use SR on Bisharp instead of Pursuit?
