ORAS OU Mega Gallade/Garchomp team

Hey guys, this is my first competitive pokemon team for ORAS. Since this is also my first RTM I hope I put enough detail in it to help you guys out. I did have some help creating this team so if there any faults him and I can both learn from our mistakes. I tried to create a bulky offensive team with Garchomp and Mega-Gallade being built around them with a little dose of a support wall thanks to Chansey

Gallade (Gallade-Mega) @ Galladite
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Zen Headbut
- Knock Off
- Substitute

I find that Mega-Gallade can become a really good wall breaker then turn into a sweeper. So I decided to have these 4 moves on my Mega-Gallade. If I see that Gallade is a better choice to lead with then I think that is when substitute becomes into effect Drain Punch should be able to help keep Gallade on the field while causing damage to the other Pokemon. I believe Knock Off is self explanatory to have on a Gallade

Garchomp (Garchomp) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Fire Fang

My other leader of this team is Garchomp. Man do I love Garchomp. I believe the best type of Garchomp there is is a Choiced Scarf one. It's great speed along with Choice Scarf makes it able to outspend many different types of Pokemon including a Volcarano +1, which will make for a very sweet revenge killer and sweeper due to having Dragon Claw instead of Outrage and possibly getting stuck against a fairy type. Earthquake is a getaway from a dragon move and be able to take down some Azurmarills or Heatran. Rock Slide is where Garchomp can become very scary as a revenge killer. Fire Fang adds some type coverage being able to kill Skarmory trying to set down Stealth Rocks

Magnezone (Magnezone) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Analytic
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
IVs: 31/xx/31/31/31/0
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Flash Cannon

I have Magnezone on my team to add a much needed bulk and be able to help out Gallade and Garchomp since both can be taken down by fairy types pretty easily.

Sylveon (Sylveon) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 244 HP / 252 SpA/ 12 Spe
Modest Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Pyshock

Sylveon I believe is a much needed Pokemon on this team. With the coverage that it adds with hyper voice and adding Choice Specs with it it can tear through opponents. With adding 12 speed EVs it should be able to out speed a no speed EV Tyranitar. It also works well with Garchomp due to Garchomp being able to take out steel type Pokemon that can wipe out Sylveon

Chansey (Chansey) @ Eviolite
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 4 HP / 242 Def/ 252 SpD
Calm Nature
-toxic
-stealth rock
-Softboiled
-heal bell

Chansey is a bit of a change up on this bulky offensive team, but can be just as brutal as every other member on this team. With Chansey's massive HP base stat and adding 252 EVs to Defense and Special Defense it makes out to becoming a wall that no one wants to mess with. While I expect Chansey to not be able to attack like it's other members it can set up the match right off the bat with it running Stealth rocks and Toxic

Infernape (Infernape) @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
-Close Combat
-Flare Blitz
-Thunder Punch
-Mach Punch

I like to believe Infernape can be the sneaky assassin on this team. People expect to see a naive Infernape with choice band or focus sash, but I believe having a jolly nature and dedicating 252 EVs to it can make a game changer. I think running Thunder Punch on this set instead of U-Turn can make all the difference in the early game.

Whyd you post the same team twice?

EDIT: This team is stolen, please read the RMT Rules, copying and putting the exact team is a strictly enforced rule that may resort in a strike.
Oh sorry about that I'm the same person. I just saw the tag was XY OU and not ORAS OU. I deleted the last post

Hi man, your descriptions are still kind of not up to par, but I'll give you a quick rundown of what problems I see at the moment anyway, given that I believe I encouraged you to make a RMT thread in the first place lol.

Gallade:
- Noticed that your description mentions Synchronize as an ability. Gallade doesn't actually get Synchronize, you're probably thinking about Gardevoir. Replace with Justified.
- You'll want to run Jolly Nature over Adamant. With Jolly Mega Gallade hits 350 Speed, which is nice to Speed tie or outspeed a lot of common threats nowadays.
- If you're going to run Substitute, I probably wouldn't run Zen Headbutt as Knock Off and Drain Punch more or less hit everything that you could hit with Zen Headbutt. Swords Dance is probably a better option to boost up while you're behind a Sub.

Garchomp:
- Lol I just noticed a lot of your Pokemon have the wrong abilities, I'm assuming you copied and pasted but forgot to edit. Garchomp doesn't have Synchronize.
- Personally I would suggest Stone Edge over Rock Slide, as the power loss on Rock Slide is very noticeable. I know the accuracy isn't great, but Rock Slide just isn't really that good in Singles.

Magnezone:
- Magnezone is not a good Assault Vest user. I'm assuming you want it to tank Fairy type Special moves, but you already have Chansey which can sponge up those hits way better than an Assault Vest Magnezone ever could. Magnezone is much better as a fast revenge killer with Choice Scarf, or a hard hitting Choice Specs user. I know you already have a Scarf and a Specs user on your team, but Magnezone is basically fodder right now.
- Your spread and nature don't really make too much sense, as you seem to be trying to fit it into a Trick Room mode, which your team doesn't run. If you're trying to fish for the Analytic boost, just know that Magnezone tends to force switches anyway (gives you the boost), or is outsped by a lot of things (which you either don't want to stay in on or you get the boost).
- Also HP Fire might be more viable to allow you to trap Steel types and hit them back hard.

Sylveon:
- Your set looks decent, but I'm a little more questionable on whether or not Sylveon is a good fit on this team. More on that in a little bit.

Chansey:
- Again wrong ability. Also I think you meant 252 Def.
- Use Bold Nature, Chansey's SpDef stat is good enough already. Bold allows it to take physical hits a bit better.

Infernape:
- If you're going to run all those Punch moves, consider Iron Fist as the ability instead. I know this is your actual ingame team as well, so perhaps you weren't able to get your hands on one with a Hidden Ability. However in Showdown where that doesn't matter, Iron Fist is definitely the better choice to boost your Mach Punch and Thunder Punch.

All in all, your team is okay. There are a couple of things that will give it a lot of trouble:
- Mega Sableye in general completely walls this team, other than Sylveon. However, Sylveon doesn't seem to be the best choice for you if you're going to run a Magnezone, as they may end up running overlapping roles.
- Hard hitting water types will probably give you trouble, as you really have no switch in for them barring Chansey, which gets destroyed by common Water Pokemon running around such as Keldeo and Azumarill.
- I'm pretty tired right now and I can't really think of any Pokemon that you can add/replace without changing the makeup/style of the team, so I'll leave you to think about the things I've said. Maybe when I can think straight I can help out more. Hope this helped.

Omg lol. I must of messed up complying and pasting my last thread. I messed up with the tag in my last post so I decided to just copy and paste into a new post with the right tag and deleted the old thread. I will fix the errors right now

Also I was in the middle of new descriptions but Ipad died

Also since I will have a mega Gallade the only ability it has is Inner Focus

Ah lol.

Yeah I know, I meant the ability it has before Mega Evolving.
