XY OU Mega Charizard X team

Hi guys my name is Jason, I just got into competitive battling in Pokemon X and Y. An want to build a team around one of my favorite megas Charizard X. I have created a decent team but just need a solid sixth member of my team and don't know what to put, so I was hoping to get suggestions from the community. Also I am only using one legend Thundurus I because its available to me on cartridge, so please don't suggest legendary Pokemon thanks!
The Team

Charizard X @ CharizarditeX
Adamant
Blaze
248hp/120atk/140sped
- Dragon dance
-Dragon claw
-Flare Blitz
-Roost

I am running a bulky ddance set with Charizard. I was previously running the all out sweeper set but like this one more because you can get more longevity out of it. The moves are pretty self explanatory ddance to boost his speed and atk. Dragon claw and flare blitz are really good hit a lot of the tier for neutral or super effective damage, and roost is to increase his longevity

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Relaxed
Iron barbs
252hp/168spd/88def
-Gyro ball
-Leech seed
-Stealth rock
-Powerwhip

Ferrothorn is my rock setter and general tank.He is part of the F/W/G core and the D/F/S core. Leech seed is to recover health while also hurting your opponet, gyro ball is their to hurt things that are faster than me or set up dragon dances. Powerwhip is just a real powerful stab move and helps me hurt quagsire ans swampert hard.

Azumaril @ Assualt vest
Adamant
240hp/252atk/16spd
Huge power
-Waterfall
-Play rough
-Superpower
-Aqua jet

I chose Azumaril because of its part of my core with charizard and Ferrothorn, but also cause it breaks down some of Charizards threats like Tyranitar, and Heatran. I chose Assualt vest on him to take fire attacks better for Ferrothorn, and to be more specially bulky in general.

Excadril @ Choice scarf
Adamant
Mold breaker
252atk/96def/160sped
-Earthquake
-Iron head
-rock slide
-rapid spin

Excadril is my rapid spinner I like choice scarf because it allows him to surprise opponents that think they are faster then him. Although being scarfed sometimes bites you in the ass when rocks are up and you have to spin. The given ev spread allows me to out speed Talonflame if it goes for Flare blitz and survive 2 brave birds from it. and kill it with rockslide.

Thundurus Life Orb
Timid
Prankster
4hp/252spa/252sped
-Thunder wave
-Thunderbolt
-Hiddenpower ice
- Focus blast

Thundurus helps me counter ground type moves which no one else on my team resists. Thunderwave helps shut down pokemon that like to set up such as Volcarona and Dragonite. Hidden power ice is their for Landorus and Gliscor. And focus blast is just for coverage. I have been thinking about running superpower over focus blast due to accuracy, but im not sure if thats the best option.
Gengar @ Black sludge
Timid
Levitate
4hp/252spa/252sped
- Wilo-wisp
-Hex
-Sludge bomb
-Substitute

I chose Gengar as another immunity to ground type moves as well as help combat two of my pokemons fighting weaknesses. It also helps with mega Kang in cartriage as you can just sub or burn on a sucker punch also helps against Breloom and other sleep inducers. Problems with it is its frail and have to look for good times to set up with it. This is the pokemon im unsure about so any other suggestions for a sixth pokemon would help.

There you have it thats my team so far! Please let me know what I could improve on my team, and also let me know what you think would be a good sixth slot pokemon to replace Gengar. Thanks again.

Read the RMT Rules.
I think my team is ready to be rated now. I have added a team member that I have used in the past, but not to sure if hes the best fit for the sixth space on my team. I also added some more detailed descriptions about my team. Sorry again for not following the rules, its my first day on the fourms. Thanks for the help.

First of all, take the speed EVs out of HP, not Attack. Charizard needs attack to function well. So run 124 Spe 140 HP and 252 Atk.
Run Sassy on ferrothorn and 0 Spe IVs.
Everything else looks fine, hope it helps. :>

EDIT: Make sure to run 0 Atk IVs on your Specially Oriented Pokemon to take less from Foul Play and Confusion.
