Here is a fun team that I created because I wanted to use Mega Camerupt - a cool but, let's face it, totally unviable mon. The team features some novel sets and still manages to pick up some wins on the high ladder.

[will add - thought I'd saved more]

This is a fun team and not one that should be taken too seriously.

Here are the sets:

Camerupt-Mega @ Cameruptite
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Stealth Rock
- Ancient Power
- Earth Power

Stealth rocker and powerhouse. Recipient of baton passes from mew - this camel packs a punch. His typing is pretty horrible with weaknesses to water and ground, two of the best attacking types in OU - but at least he can block some electric types.

mew.gif

Mew @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 Spe
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind/ Nasty plot
- Baton Pass
- Flamethrower
- Soft-Boiled

This set can sweep some teams on it's own or pass boosts to Keldeo, Volcanion, or P2. It is a great counter to Mega Medicham, which is a big threat right now. Flamethrower of Fire Blast is the mono attack chosen to hit steels and prevent Skarmory from phasing.

keldeo.gif

Keldeo-Resolute @ Leftovers
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 HP / 204 SpD / 52 Spe
Calm Nature
- Calm Mind
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Substitute

This is a very specially bulky CM set that can set up on Amoonguss and thus wreck stall teams that rely on the mushroom to prevent special sweepers. There are clear disadvantages to using such a slow set against more offensive teams of course.

volcanion.gif

Volcanion @ Air Balloon/ Shuca berry
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
Modest Nature
- Earth Power
- Steam Eruption
- Sludge Wave
- Fire Blast

This second magma pokemon can receive baton passes from mew and proceed to wreak havoc. Air balloon is a bit of a novel item that allows it to lead against Landorus and Chomper safely. It could certainly be changed for a more conventional item.

skarmory.gif

Skarmory @ Shed Shell
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP / 112 Def / 144 SpD
Careful Nature
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
- Defog
- Roost

The iron chicken is to provide a ground immunity and a defogger, as well as lay spikes. Mixed EV spread was picked fairly randomly; I started of with full spdef but wanted a bit more of a handle on Weavile and Mamoswine. Possibly full spdef with lefties would be worth a shot If we aren't worrying about zone.

porygon2.gif

Porygon2 @ Eviolite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SpD
Bold Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Recover
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam

P2 is able to provide a bit of utility with it's yellow magic and boltbeam coverage, and is another potential recipient of Mew's baton passes. Trace allows it to eat Steam eruptions, copy regenerator, and other useful tricks. This is the member of the team I am least happy about and I might change the duck for a Hydregion or something a bit more lively. Suggestions welcome.

This is kind of a strange team... It's fine tho! I think it's pretty neat!

Camerupt: I think you should run 88 speed and 168 hp to outspeed things like slowbro.

Mew + Skarm: I think you should shift your defog possition from skarm to mew because mew just does the job better. It does horrible as a baton pass user TBH. Physically defensive skarmory works like a charm for a physically defensive wall. Here are both of the sets: http://pastebin.com/Z7icsaEu

Keldeo: Keldeo is nice but I think you should run max speed and max special attack because with this spread, it does enough damage without calm mind set-ups. The idea of substitute is to sh*t on stall completely.

Thats all the time for rating I have for now. I would find a replacement for porygon 2 and volcanion but I have to go. Maby i'll come back to it later or someone els will give you the suggested sets. Anyways, have a nice day!

Nice to see a fun team performing well! I suggest replacing Porgyon with Thundurus or Raikou, fast attackers that threaten water types and use CM/NP boosts from Mew. If ground types are a persistent problem, Thundurus might be the better option.

Seeing as your team handles steel types well, Mew's Flamethrower could be replaced by Taunt to deal with other phasers such as Hippowdon, Heatran, and Suicune.

In addition, I agree with intellectual potato: try running Camerupt with 88 Speed EVs to outspeed Slowbro and running Keldeo with 252 Speed EVs if you are having problem with fast, offensive teams.

Thanks for the rates. I will give camerupt those 88 speed evs and probably try some different pokes in the porygon slot including the aforementioned electric types. Also something like seismitoad/gastro would do well.

I haven't had too much trouble with running slow keldeo, and sweeping an amoonguss stall team with it vindicated the set somewhat. However the standard set might be fine.
