SM OU Mega Alakazam/Kyurem B OU

Hi all
i am relatively new to competitive Pokemon and have only started recently. i have tried a few teams on showdown this is the one i like the most as it is more offensive than balanced but isn't hyper offence. i did take this from the ou team dump and made a few sight tweaks. i am open to any suggestions especially move set changes TIA

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 32 Def / 224 SpD
Careful Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed

Ferrothorn is my lead more often than not to set up rocks gyro ball and power whip are great moves in order to keep pressure on some fairy types and pokemon such as quagsire and gastrodon, leech seed is great in order to force a switch or just do some great damage and keep ferrothorn alive in neutral hit warfare. im pretty comfortable in throwing Ferrothorn in the firing line as his bulk is great and unboosted earthquake does just over 1/4 hp the only problem is i need to get him out in the case of a fire attack

Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 244 Atk / 68 Def / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Defog
- Stone Edge
- U-turn

Lando-T is one of my pivots as i hard switch into any ground moves that may arise and u-turn into one of my sweeper, he is my only defogger on the team and is important to keep alive in the case of spikes being present he is my mega zard killer and is helpful at putting pressure on the likes of heatran or other earth weakness mons. maybe an Ev change could be helpful as he is set more as an attacker than the way that i play him. overall a very meta Mon and very useful for its ground resistance

Magearna @ Assault Vest
Ability: Soul-Heart
EVs: 248 HP / 224 SpD / 36 Spe
Sassy Nature
IVs: 30 Atk
- Fleur Cannon
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Iron Head
- Volt Switch

Magearna is one of the most important pokemon on this team being my main pivot with outstanding bulk with AV then being able to tank many hits then volt switch out into a sweeper but this mon still does work being my only fire coverage it does leave my team in an awkward position, Fleur cannon is great being my only fairy attack being responsible for taking out hydreigon and kommo but also a great switch for any draco meteors or z-clangers, i wasnt sure if iron head or flash cannon was the better play i opted for iron head in case there is a point where i cant switch and SpA is still dropped from fleur and the flinching can be situational but its a bonus

Greninja-Ash @ Choice Specs
Ability: Battle Bond
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Dark Pulse
- Water Shuriken
- Ice Beam

Ash Gren there is only so much you can say it is more or less the same set everyone runs, hydro pump great stab water move great for getting KOs and activating battle bond, dark pulse also a great stab move helpful for dealing with psychic and ghost type mon and when specs and transformed does great damage and 2hko many neutral targets, water shuriken is the water move of choice when transformed, many put spikes in last spot which is great if you are protean but ice beam is chomp and gliscor killer as id rather not risk my Kyurem on either ice beam is just great coverage to help to predict switch.

Kyurem-Black @ Icium Z
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Fusion Bolt
- Ice Beam
- Earth Power
- Freeze Shock

When i started using this team i neglected Kyurem big time and ended up just sacking him to switch into Zam or Greninja but i tried using him differently and had luck and has now become very valuable. Fusion bolt is a 100 power 100 accuracy electric move it is my main electric coverage and causes havoc, ice beam is my stab ice move as it is helpful to clean up the likes of lando-t and serperior, Earth power is my only earth coverage besides lando god for predicting switches into heatran or electric mons it was substitute before but i didnt have much luck with that, freeze shock is my z move base turning into a 200 base power physical slammer it great for trying to break walls you also may be able to time it well to use it by itself but i havent come across an opportunity.

Alakazam-Mega (M) @ Alakazite
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Psychic
- Recover

the mega for my team important being my only fighting coverage but it misses all the time so whats the point. Trace is amazing if you get beast boost as you can then gradually sweep. shadow ball is useful against psychic and ghost targets within reason and psychic has its uses against fighting as well as being alakazams only stab move being my choice against neutral targets, recover is still there from when i found the team its a good way to get some recovery when you see a switch coming but im thinking that maybe calm mind is a better choice but i dont know.

i didnt make this team from scratch and that maybe why i dont do as well as i could because of playstyle differences between me and the OC and i didnt do any of the EV spreads or nature. if the OC does see this thanks for the base team i do enjoy it. any suggestions at all being moveset changes Ev spreads etc im open to, any questions let me know TIA

Edit: i forgot to talk about some of my struggles and counters that i know of atm and may list if i find more

Chansey and stall: recently i matched up against a stall team containing the likes of venasaur chansey and slowbro after a while i managed to KO slowbro but chansey was my problem it was a wish set so if i did any significant damage it would wish then protect while doing damage with seismic toss i dont know if its just a team thing or the more likely case of me being inexperienced with tackling stall teams.
