Manaphy the Monster
Intro:

Hello, this is Gogurtgoat and welcome to my second RMT. If you want to see my first one, here it is: www.smogon.com/forums/threads/the-serperior-squad.3539322/. #shameless
Anyways, this team is based around Tail Glow + 3 attacks Manaphy. I wanted to use Manaphy because it can help kill Charizard X and once it is set up, it OHKOs almost everything in OU. Feel free to make as many suggestions as you want, as long as you don't replace Manaphy.

Team in Depth:

manaphy.png

Manaphy @ Lum Berry
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 96 HP / 252 SpA / 160 Spe
Timid Nature
- Tail Glow
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Energy Ball
And here we are, kicking it off with the star of the show, Manaphy! Manaphy can wall and set up on some Charizard-X's and most steel types. She can also force a lot of Pokemon out and set up Tail Glows. And once she sets up Tail Glows, there are only a couple Pokemon that can stop it. I chose Lum Berry because Manaphy hates being paralyzed and poisoned. 160 Speed EVs with a Timid nature let Manaphy outspeed neutral-natured Pokemon with base 100 Speed, including Mega Charizard Y, Mega Gardevoir, Jolly Excadrill, Pinsir before it Mega Evolves, and Kyurem-B.
charizard-mega-x.png

Charizard (Charizard-Mega-X) @ Charizardite X
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Roost
The second member of my team is none other than the OG dragon himself, Charizard. I wanted to use Charizard-X because he helps out Manaphy by removing Ferrothorn and other grass types. I chose this set (Dragon Dance) because if he gets up one or two DDances, he outspeeds almost everything in the tier and can OHKO them. And the things that don't get OHKOed, often can't kill him. I like using Roost because the recoil from Flare Blitz often comes close to killing Charizard. The EVs and nature max speed and attack for the ultimate killing machine.
ferrothorn.png

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Gyro Ball
- Leech Seed
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave Power Whip thnx to yuruuu for suggestion
Next up is the rocks setter and support Pokemon of my team, Ferrothorn. Manaphy supports Ferro because she gets rid of the Fire types that Ferro hates. Rocky Helmet + Iron Barbs deals massive damage to physical attackers and the SpD EVs allow Ferro to survive two Ice Beams from +3 Manaphy. TWave cripples Pokemon that rely on their speed and Leech Seed whittles away at bulky Pokemon while healing Ferro.
latios.png

Latios @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Defog
- Roost
My boy Lati, droppin Dracos! Latios provides Defog support for Charizard and is one of the faster Pokemon on my team. Draco Meteor can make a huge dent, if not OHKO a lot of Pokemon in OU. I chose to run Roost over HP fire because I wanted to keep him alive longer. I really don't need to say much about Lati. He's just good.
clefable.png

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 172 Def / 84 SpD
Calm Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
- Flamethrower Thunder Wave
Next up is the obligatory Fairy of my team, Clefable. Clefable is a god. Able to wall and then set up on a crapton of Pokemon, Clefable is amazing. Calm Mind boosts her Special Attack and Special Defense to monstrous levels and Soft-Boiled keeps her alive forever. Moonblast is a great STAB move and TWave cripples Pokemon that rely on their speed. Flamethrower helps her take out those pesky Steel types. The given Special Defense and HP investment along with a Calm nature allow Clefable to, most of the time, avoid the 2HKO from Mild Life Orb Kyurem-B's Ice Beam, Thundurus's Thunderbolt, Mega Diancie's Moonblast, and Mega Manectric's Thunderbolt. The given Defense and HP investment allow Clefable to avoid the 2HKO from Jolly Mega Lopunny's Return, Latios's Psyshock, and Jolly Mega Gyarados's Waterfall, as well as the OHKO from Choice Band Scizor's Bullet Punch.

landorus-t.png

Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf Thnx to yuruuu for Landorus-T
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Knock Off
- U-turn
The newest addition to my team is Choice Scarf Landorus-T. I needed a better scarfer and a check to Serperior and Landorus-T is both. The EVs and nature maximize speed and power. Earthquake is his best STAB move and Stone Edge covers Flying types. U-Turn is a great move for pivoting and Knock Off is Knock Off. Intimidate is a great ability for a pivot Pokemon because it will switch in and out a lot and Intimidate works every time you switch in.

Former team member:
tyranitar.png

Tyranitar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Pursuit
- Superpower
- Crunch
Last, but actually maybe least, is the Scarfer and Lati-killer, Tyranitar. ScarfTar is powerful and fast, being the fastest Pokemon on my team. ScarfTar can pursuit trap the Lati twins and Stone Edge is his most powerful STAB move. Crunch is the other STAB move and Superpower kills other TTars and Heatran. The EVs and Nature max it's speed and attack

Importable:
Manaphy @ Lum Berry
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 96 HP / 252 SpA / 160 Spe
Modest Nature
- Tail Glow
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Energy Ball

Charizard (Charizard-Mega-X) @ Charizardite X
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Roost

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Gyro Ball
- Leech Seed
- Stealth Rock
- Power Whip

Latios @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Defog
- Roost

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 172 Def / 84 SpD
Calm Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
- Thunder Wave

Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Knock Off
- U-turn

Hi, nice team!

First off, I noticed a weakness to Serperior, and to sand teams in general. I suggest you replace Tyranitar with Choice Scarf Landorus-T. This gives you a much needed Ground immunity, and a sort-of check to Serperior, after prior damage. I would also suggest you change Latios to offensive Starmie, which is faster than Serperior - It is your only Keldeo check, though, so it might be more prudent to run defensive.

I know you want Thunder Wave on Ferrothorn, but it is your only rain check, and I really believe that Power Whip would be more useful than Thunder Wave here. Spikes would also be pretty helpful, as it helps to wear down things like Hippowdon faster for a Zard-X sweep.

Cool team. Manaphy + Charizard X is really dangerous.
The first thing I notice is that you don't need Flamethrower on Clefable. You can use another move there to support the team, like Thunder Wave. The steel types like Ferrothorn, Scizor, Skamory give Charizard either free turns to set up, or free damage to the opposing team, because they have to switch, they fear the Flare Blitz and usually can't touch you.

Latios is more useful in this team, or even Latias, a more defensive variant, primarily because Thundurus is a threat to his team.

Very nice team!
However, for your Manaphy, I would suggest 208 speed ev and change it to modest nature to maximize its damage; 208 ev passes 81 Jolly speed line:

manaphy.png
Manaphy @ Lum Berry(or leftovers)
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 48 HP / 252 SpA / 208 Spe
Modest Nature
- Tail Glow
- Surf (or scald)
- Ice Beam
- Energy Ball

Hope this helps :P

Charizard-X is a hard stop if it comes down to it, although I see where you are coming from.
