On first glance this is the original Tusk set without stealth rock. But actually there are a few variations. The speed factor has been totally removed from Mamoswine: it is now very slow. But for all the effort it now has 405 hp. Enough to make 4 substitutes with 101 hp. Ice shard is a stab move that makes up for the little speed, also alows it to revenge kill a few pokemon weak to ice upon the switch-in. Avalanche is also an option, being that Mamoswine won't be outrunning a lot of pokemon and with a boost it becomes as strong as blizzard.
The unique aspect of this set is the use of amnesia. The best way to make this Mamoswine work is to switch into something he can take such as thunderbolt or when your pokemon faints. Then fire off an amnesia as your opponent switches or hits you. It is difficult to OHKO a mamoswine even without stat boosting. After that Earthquake and your ice move begin to sweep. The last move slot seems filer but those four options are all useable and probably the most useable ones. Avalanche and Stone edge are in case you want another attacking move if you distrust Earthquake and Ice shard. Reflect combined with the defencive stats of mamoswine allow it to survive Infernape's Flare Blitz and Close Combat.

This Mamoswine with exact evs, 31 special defencive ivs, and a single amnesia will always survive Infernape's Fire Blast. Substitute will help people who are worried about getting Amnesia off, but beware as your mamoswine may take a hit upon usage of substitue anyway if you're slower which will often happen. Scizor's BP will not OHKO it with Reflect up.
Trick Room support for this set isn't necesary but would help. Avalanche would have to be gotten rid of however and Brave nature selected along with 0 speed ivs. Baton Passing an agility will make him faster than the 130 base speed elite, but 4 evs must be sacrificed from defence and 4 from Special defence to create a speed of 396. Choice Scarfed pokemon will be able to outspeed Mamoswine, however they are move-locked and often have to switch, allowing you to fire off the amnesia.
