Lucario + Keldeo Resolute Team

I have been using this team based around Lucario and Keldeo and it has been doing very well, however the main structure falls to sticky web, and even though other hazards don't affect my team too much, it has affected some of my battles as I don't have a rapid spinner. Note, I am most interested in advice for gaining a rapid spinner in replace for something.

Lucario: Lucarionite
Ability: Justified (Adapdability)
EVs: 252 Att/252 Speed/4 HP
Nature: Jolly (+Speed, - Special Attack)
-Ice Punch
-Close Combat
-Crunch
-Extreme Speed

Mega Lucario is the main pokemon my team is based around, which creates problems with sticky web. Ice Punch is mainly for Landorus and Tornadus as otherwise I would barely be able to touch them. Crunch is purely for the common Psychic and Ghost types. It is a very common and simple set, but it works amazingly.

Keldeo: Expert Belt
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Special Attack/252 Speed/4 Speed
Nature: Timid (+Speed, -Attack)
-Surf
-Sacred Sword
-Icy Wind
-HP Electric

I decided to give Keldeo a +speed nature as it is fast, but not quite fast enough to be able to run a +Special Attack nature. HP Electric seems to be the least used move on my team, and I am thinking of replacing it with HP Fire. I also decided to run Expert Belt over Life Orb as Keldeo has a generally large move pool and I prefer not to take residual damage.

Smeargle: Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 Speed/252 HP/4 Special Defense (though HP and Special Defense don't really matter)
Nature: Timid (+Speed, -Attack)
-Spikes
-Stealth Rock
-Spore
-Sticky Web

Smeargle is just the common set as a suicide lead. Spore seems to be growing more and more useless as people have been starting to just switch in grass types. I honestly want to get rid of Smeargle for a more defensive lead, possibly either Ferrothorn or Forretress. If I don't replace Smeargle, than I will want to get rid of something for Magic Coat, though I'm not sure what.

Goodra: Leftovers
Ability: Gooey
EVs: 252 HP/56 Defense/200 Special Defense
Nature: Calm (+SpeDefense, -Attack)
-Dragon Pulse
-Toxic
-Fire Blast
-Thunderbolt

I always run defense EVs on my specially defensive walls, as well as vise versa for defensive walls. 150 base special defense is already a lot for Goodra, so I don't need it to be maxed. I always run defense EVs like this so that every once in a while I can live weaker physical attacks. Toxic is just to wear down walls like Mandibuzz or Florges, Pokemon I would usually have trouble with. Also a back up for walls that otherwise Lucario and Keldeo would have trouble with.

Azumarill: Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Attack/ 252 HP/ 4 Speed
Nature: Adamant (+Attack, -Special Attack)
-Aqua Jet
-Waterfall
-Play Rough
-Superpower

Azumarill is easily one of the most threatening Pokemon in the metagame right now. Choice Band has been doing wonders for me. Although the Belly Drum set is very scary, I choose to run the Choice Band set so I don't waste a turn on setting up or losing too much HP. Another common set, but it works very well and adds some natural bulk to my team.

Gliscor: Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP/200 Defense/56 Speed
Nature: (+Speed, -Special Attack)
-Earthquake
-Ice Fang
-Substitute
-Protect

Gliscor is meant to be a semi-defensive Pokemon, and it works very well. I added 56 Speed with a + nature just to make sure I can out speed things like Smeargle and other slow Pokemon. It works very well as a substitute-stall set, as I can gain back all of my HP that I lose from substitute, either slowly wearing down the opponents HP with Earthquake and Ice Fang or also with the toxic from Goodra.

Again, for this team I am looking to replace one for a rapid spinner, as otherwise my main core of Lucario and Keldeo-Resolute get killed very easily.

Spikes would be the best bet to replace for magic coat, with the advent of defog, setting up layers of spikes isn't the best idea.

Yeah, that's probably what I'm going to do. A lot of the time I'm not able to set up spikes simply because my smeargle gets killed so easily. The thing is, I don't want to run defog because that would render my smeargle almost completely useless.

Hello.
Your descriptions are too short to fit the RMT rules requirements.
I encourage you to PM me an updated version of this team with beefed up descriptions, and since you're new, to join the Mentor Program. I'll be unlocking this thread after that.

Have a nice day.
