Instead of having 4+ different threads for LGPE speed tiers, I figured it'd be better to store them all in one thread to prevent needless clutter and because speed tier threads aren't the most active. The format for each speed tier will be different, so they will be clarified at the top of each post. If there is a Pokemon/Speed checkpoint not on here that you believe should be on here, post explaining why.

- Unless otherwise specified, all Speed stats are assumed to have 31 IVs unless otherwise stated.
- In Candy formats, all Speed stats are assumed to have 200 AVs unless otherwise stated.
- All stats are using the default in-game happiness value of 70 (for an approximate multiplier of 1.02), which is enforced on WiFi battles.
- In Candy formats, all levels are assumed to be 100 unless otherwise specified.
- In Candyless formats (except for LC), all levels are set to 50. For LC, it's set to level 5.
