1. Importable
a. Without nicknames:https://pokepast.es/9ad66c25c52e4a18
b. With nicknames:https://pokepast.es/8d0eeff21d836a0c
Note: I came up with the nicknames myself.

2. Team Description
This is a Tapu Lele + Blacephalon balance team. Tapu Lele and Blacephalon is a good offensive core as they wear down shared checks like Heatran over the course of a game. Landorus-Therian is the team's ground type. It sets rocks and pivots with U-Turn. Eject Button Toxapex provides momentum. It also punishes Ghost Spam offense with Knock Off. Blissey is a blanket check to all special attackers lacking Psyshock or Secret Sword. It also slows down fast threats like Dragapult with Thunder Wave. Corviknight forms a great pivoting core with Landorus-Therian. It also defogs reliably.

Shell Smash when? (Tapu Lele) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psyshock
- Moonblast
- Focus Blast
- Future Sight
Tapu Lele is this team's revenge killer and late game cleaner. Psyshock is STAB that hits Blissey, Moonblast is STAB, Focus Blast hits steels like Heatran and Ferrothorn hard. Future Sight helps it wallbreak. Blacephalon appreciates it blocking priority like Aqua Jet. Lele can easily snowball late game after checks like Heatran are removed. I've been considering replacing Timid nature with Modest nature to hit harder. Beware of bulky steel types like AV Melmetal- it can live two focus blasts. Victini is also an excellent check to Scarf Lele.

Fire Comedy (Blacephalon) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball
- Flamethrower
- Overheat
- Trick/Psyshock

Blacephalon is excellent wallbreaker with specs. It can 2hko most of the special walls in the tier. Shadow Ball is highly spammable due to tier's lack of ghost resists. Flamethrower is reliable STAB. Overheat is an excellent nuke that 0hkos many significant mons like Landorus-Therian, Tornadus-Therian. Trick permanently cripples checks like Blissey. Psychock can be used to chunk Blissey, Gastrodon and other Sp Def walls really hard. It achieves a 3hko on Blissey(2hko in psychic terrain) and has a chance to 2hko Gastrodon. I have been seriously condering putting Psyshock over Trick on this set. appreciates the excellent pivoting and defog support provided by Corviknight, Landorus-Therian and Blissey. Beware of faster mons and potential scarfers like Kartana, Dragapult, Tapu Koko, Tapu Lele, etc.
Here is a list of Calcs to demonstrate it's excellent firepower.
252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 252 SpD Toxapex: 135-160 (44.4 - 52.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Roc
252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Overheat vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Landorus-Therian: 297-349 (77.7 - 91.3%) -- 25% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Overheat vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Tornadus-Therian: 388-457 (107.1 - 126.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Flamethrower vs. 128 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Melmetal: 308-366 (69.5 - 82.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Overheat vs. 128 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Melmetal: 446-528 (100.6 - 119.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Tapu Fini: 175-207 (50.8 - 60.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 265-312 (37.1 - 43.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Gastrodon: 199-235 (46.7 - 55.1%) -- 69.5% chance to 2HKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Overheat vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 118-139 (34.6 - 40.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 56+ SpD Clefable: 204-241 (51.7 - 61.1%) -- 96.1% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Sky Doggo (Landorus-Therian) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Def
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Toxic

Landorus-Therian is a phenomenal mon on almost every team. It serves as this team's ground type. EQ is STAB. Toxic wears down opposing walls. U-Turn is a great pivoting move. It also forms a phenomenal pivoting core with Corviknight. Blissey helps counter special attackers that easily overwhelm it. it run 252 HP and 252 Sp.Def EVs and a Careful nature for maximum special bulk. Blacephalon and Lele strongly appreciate it bringing them in with slow U-Turn.

toxapex.gif

Bulky Water (Toxapex) @ Eject Button/Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 144 Def / 112 SpD
Bold Nature
- Knock Off
- Recover
- Haze
- Toxic / Poison Jab/ Toxic Spikes

Toxapex is the bulky water of the team. It checks Urshifu, provides momentum with Eject Button and stops sweeping attempts with haze. Eject Button also lets it avoid Urshifu+Future Sight at least once. Knock Off cripples ghost type attackers like Dragapult and opposing Blacephalon by removing their choice items. In the last slot, Toxic can be used to wear down walls so that other teammates may overwhelm them. Toxic Spikes may be used to spread status to grounded walls like Tapu Fini,Tyranitar,Garchomp etc. However, it cannot target vital non grounded pokemon like Mandibuzz and is often absorbed by Galarian Slowking and opposing Toxapex. Poison Jab may be used to hit Tapu Fini and stop it from setting freely. I have been considering replacing Eject Button with Rocky Helmet to be a better Urshifu check. The spread was chosen to take hits from Dragapult better, but I feel it may be entirely overkill considering Blissey is on the team. I have been considering going fully Physically Defensive on Toxapex instead. I am unsure whether this is a good decision.

blissey.gif

Blob (Blissey) (F) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Seismic Toss
- Soft-Boiled
- Thunder Wave/Toxic
- Teleport
Blissey is this team's blanket check to special attackers. It counters Specs Dragapult, Nidoking, opposing Blacephalon etc. It checks any and all special attackers lacking Psyshock or Secret Sword. Teleport can be used to gain momentum for the team by slow pivoting. Seismic Toss is a reliable source of damage. Thunder Wave may be used to cripple fast pokemon that may seek to come in on Blissey like Kartana and Urshifu Rapid Strike. Toxic can be used instead to cripple setup sweepers like Volcarona and Garchomp. I am unable to decide which is better for my team. Blissey forms an excellent pivoting core with Landorus-Therian and Corviknight.

corviknight.gif

Mega Skarmory (Corviknight) @ Leftovers/Shed Shell
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 SpD
Impish Nature
- Body Press /Brave Bird
- U-turn
- Defog
- Roost

Corviknight is the steel type of the team. It also offers defog support and slow pivoting. It serves as a backup check to Tapu Lele(scarf variants). Body Press lets it damage steel types like Heatran on the switch. Brave Bird may be used to stop Galarian Zapdos and Volcarona coming in for free. Roost is reliable recovery. Shed Shell may be used to stop Magnezone from trapping it. It appreciates Landorus switching in on electric attacks and Blissey checking special attackers.

Note: I have been thinking of replacing Toxapex with Colbur Berry slowbro. It provides future sight support and pivoting with Teleport. It also remains a Weavile check. However, this slighly worsens the matchup vs certain ghost types.

Is there anyone reading this? The rules said I was allowed to bump the post once, so I'm making this comment so people may see it.

Hey Cdijk16, I read your RMT, and it's honestly a solid team. You seem to know the tier decently well and I think this team can work as it is.

You've already suggested it but trying Slowbro (with Colbur + Body Press) over Toxapex is an option and I don't think your matchup against ghost types would be worse as you have a Blissey (unless you're facing the very niche offensive Aegislash with Shadow Ball + Close Combat). Teleport + Specs Blacephalon is super strong and Blissey + Slowbro is a strong defensive core, and yes Future Sight + Teleport would (if you run Slowbro you can remove Future Sight on Lele and run something like Tbolt instead) help as, even if Specs Blacephalon is good at forcing KOs, you may struggle in matchups where it can’t easily get kills.

Another change you can try is removing Blissey for an offensive slot. Lando + Pex + Corvi is an alright defensive core and with Spd Lando and Mixed Pex you're actually fine against most special breakers (+ with another mon in your offensive core you can play more aggressively against rarer breakers like Nidoking who threaten this defensive core). Urshifu-R or Weavile (or any other good physical wallbreaker) could be considered here.

Thank you very much for the rate. I still have a few questions about movesets.
They are as follows:
1. If I keep Pex, do i run eject button or rocky helmet?
2. On Blissey, should i run Toxic or Thunder Wave?
3. Should i run Trick or Psyshock on Blacephalon?
4. What do you think of adding Choice Band or Swords Dance Kartana instead of Blissey?
5. If I replace Blissey, the team will struggle vs Zapdos. What do you think of adding Band Tyrantitar to deal with this?

I made the following teams on the basis of your rates:
Slowbro version: https://pokepast.es/6b82b51701acc50d
Urshifu version: https://pokepast.es/3fc62fe342088653
Weavile version: https://pokepast.es/79abf01271df36b1

No problem! Here is my answer to your questions:

1. Both can work, but Eject Button is a bit cooler when you have a Specs Blacephalon able to come in and claim one in a lot of matchups.
2. I would run Thunder Wave on Blissey, you already have Toxic on Landorus and I've always preferred having Twave on Blissey (except in stall teams) as slowing down opposing threats is always super valuable for your breakers. Toxic allows it to beat some slot setup sweepers, but as most of the time you can just come in and Teleport into something else, I don't think it's that much useful.
3. I would run Trick, Psyshock is cool with Psychic Terrain (as you get the 2HKO on Blissey, which you can't have without the terrain), but as Blissey is not super common and Trick can annoy more things I would go Trick.
4. Kartana could work too as a physical breaker, most of the good physical breakers in the tier could work to be fair, and you can test with several of them.
5. Tyranitar is a very cool one tho, this Lando + Pex + Corvi structure is indeed super weak to Zapdos and Tyranitar can help with that while also helping against things like Choice Specs Blacephalon (who beats Pex). It also loves the support of Lele's Future Sight (or Slowbro's one if you go Slowbro over Pex).
