What is the bug?
Just a small visual glitch in which the indicator for Leech Seed stayed longer than it should have.
By turn 2, the Leech Seed indicator should've disappeared because the Orthworm switched out. I did some extra tests to figure out some more info. I found that some things:

Yes, this bug is replicable. You're able to replicate the bug by having a Pokemon use Leech Seed before Orthworm/Cyclizar/Smeargle uses Shed Tail.

This Replay is a replica of the situation (only the Appletun part is exactly the same, but the bug is still shown)
- Both U-Turn (and by extension Flip Turn and Volt Switch) and Parting Shot (and by extension Teleport) clear the Leech Seed effect (already known).
- It doesn't matter if Cyclizar, Orthworm, or Smeargle uses Shed Tail.
- And it doesn't matter what Pokemon uses Leech Seed (Appletun, Tropius, Ferrothorn, etc.)
