I usally open up with ferrothorn not only can it wall well but it can also deal decent damage because of iron barbs and power whip, i give it a focus sash so i can get at the very least spikes or stealth rocks out. in addition there are very few instances i will switch out ferrothorn if i know the opponent has rock slide or fake-out.

Garchomp is my physical sweep with swords dance to raise attack but iron tail to counter fairys, it usally outspeeds most opponents so i can sweep with iron tail and outrage, at the very least i can take out 1 pokemon if not 4-5, Garchomp is also my only mega.

Now with miltank... lol. After ferrothorn faints i go in for miltank, it may not have an amazing defence or sp. defence but with the right moveset it's a a wall like no other. it has 2 of the same moves as whitney's (milk drink and defence curl) but rest and dizzy punch are just for special measures so can confuse and heal more if need be, my miltank has tanked a bullet punch from mega scizor and still restored up to 67% health thanks to milk drink and leftovers

my sp. sweep is a basic set up, ya know, quiver dance to raise sp, sp.D and sp.AT and the 2 stabs on bug buzz and fiery dance with hurricane there to counter any other pokemon i might have trouble with later in the battle

Golurk is one pokemon i have see on a lot of teams lately due to no guard, big hitting moves like heavy slam and super power i think that golurk will be moved to OU, maybe just maybe, but anyway with this ability i don't have to worry about a large hit missing but first i will go for a power-up punch just to raise stats to pull off the 1 or 2 sweep that i might need

This is also a normal set up for gliscor as a support usally after (or if) miltank gets knocked out i will go into gliscor for hone claws, hone claws and baton pass for the new stats on garchomp him if not then golurk for a big 1HKO
