Koraidon @ Loaded Dice / Lum Berry
Level: 50
Ability: Orichalcum Pulse
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
Tera Type: Fire
- Swords Dance
- Flare Blitz
- Collision Course / Drain Punch
- Scale Shot / Flame Charge

Koraidon is here to dance on your grave! The list of Pokemon that can withstand its attacks after a Swords Dance essentially consists of Unaware users, like Dondozo and Skeledirge, and Tera Fairy Heatran and Ceruledge. Collision Course lets Koridon maintain its surprisingly-adequate bulk against revenge killers, even taking Choice Band Chien-Pao's Ice Shard without resorting to Tera; Drain Punch can even recover damage taken during setup. Koraidon loves to boost Speed with its last attack to outpace the crowded base 135 Speed tier, Calyrex-S, and common Choice Scarf users like Landorus-T; Scale Shot offers substantially more power and breaks through Focus Sash, while Flame Charge can set up against Fairy-types, preserves Koraidon's Defense, and keeps the item slot free for Lum Berry to allow for setup against Thunder Wave. Tera Fire lets Koraidon dodge burn attempts, resist Ice and Fairy, and of course fire off a sun-scorching Flare Blitz, but it's plenty threatening without it if a teammate needs it more. Orichalcum Pulse is fantastic for enabling teammates like Protosythesis Flutter Mane and Ogerpon-H, which can both burst through Unaware Dondozo.

The most common unaware user is actually Dondozo so I’d mention that along with Skeledirge. If there’s enough room to do so I would also make a quick mention of Drain Punch, as thanks to Koraidon’s surprisingly good defensive profile it can actually utilize it quite well despite the lower power. Lastly, a small correction to the last bit is that for the most part both flutter mane and ogerpon are more than capable of busting right through Dondozo, since it very often invests almost entirely in physical defense to stave off Koraidon and Zacian, so flutter mane’s special attacks put quite a charge in it regardless, and if I’m reading the last part right you imply that Ogerpon prefer power whip. This is not true, in bss Ogerpon almost always prefers horn leech as it allows it to keep itself healthy to make use of its good defensive profile.

Checking this now! Though more for nitpicks, derpy got to this before me lol

- Unexpected Tera Fairy is maybe a bit misleading, because most Tera Fairy stuff is gonna get fried by Flare Blitz. I think either mentioning Flash Fire or Tera Fairy Fire resists (think stuff like, Koraidon probably won't Flare Blitz an Urshifu). For the Flash Fire mons if you want to get more specific, its basically Heatran and Ceruledge that can pull that stunt.

- I think its worth mentioning that Flame Charge lets you set-up against Fairies. Really handy when using Lum against Flutter Mane!

That's all I got tho, QC Approved 2/1!
