[SET COMMENTS]

* Thanks to its ability in Swift Swim, near unresisted STAB combination, and access to Hurricane for Max Airstream, Kingdra is a threatening candidate for Dynamax in the rain. Kingdra matches up well against some of the most common and powerful Pokemon in the format such as Incineroar and Landorus-T. However Kingdra does have a few flaws, such as its reliance on rain due to its average Special Attack and Speed. Additionally, bulkier Grass-types can trouble Kingdra, as they have the bulk to take any of its attacks and pressure it back.

* Muddy Water is often the preferred Water-type STAB option on Kingdra, as it is a powerful spread move in rain with a chance to lower accuracy. Hydro Pump is a stronger single target alternative that also offers a slightly stronger Max Geyser. These also allow Kingdra to set its own rain with Max Geyser in the absence of Politoed.

* Draco Meteor is Kingdra's strongest Dragon-type STAB option. Max Wyrmwind lowering the opposing Pokemon's Attack stat is useful in circumventing Kingdra's mediocre bulk.

* Hurricane hits Grass-types that would otherwise trouble Kingdra like Venusaur, Rillaboom, and Amoonguss. It also lets Kingdra boost its Speed with Max Airstream.

* Life Orb is Kingdra's best item, as it considerably boosts the power of its attacks for a small amount of recoil. Life Orb is essential to pick up KOs on Dynamaxed Dragapult and Venusaur. The given HP EVs are optimized so that Kingdra takes as little damage from Life Orb as possible. Swift Swim is needed for Kingdra to be a viable Pokemon, which makes Politoed a near obligatory teammate. A Timid nature and 172 Speed EVs let Kingdra outspeed Regieleki in rain.

evs: 68 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA / 12 SpD / 172 Spe (fixed capitalisation here on "EVs". Your HP total is also not optimised for Life Orb, which can be easily achieved. We might want to simplify by just fully investing in Speed but up to you.)
(I have fixed the spacing in the set details. Remember to leave a space between the colon and the text after or the submission will shout at us)

[SET COMMENTS]

* Add an overview.

* Swift Swim is needed as Kingdra's ability to be a viable Pokemon. This means Politoed is a near obligatory teammate, as it is the only viable Drizzle user (Work this is as a point at the end), which summons the rain. (This is just dex info).

* Muddy Water is Often often the preferred STAB option on Kingdra, because a STAB Life orb boosted attack in rain hitting both opponents can be very difficult to handle. (I generally dislike this wording. Consider "As it is Kingdra's strongest spread option, with a chance to lower accuracy) Hydro Pump is the alternative much stronger single target STAB option. More Importantly it is a 140BP Max Geyser, 10BP more than Max Geyser based off it's other options. (I would go for a wording like "Hydro Pump is a much stronger alternative that also offers a slightly stronger Max Geyser) Scald is a much weaker single target but perfectly accurate option. (Still not sold on this being mentioned) All of these moves give Kingdra access to Max Geyser to set its own rain and increasing its overall versatility, not needing to come to every match that Politoed does. (This wording is strange to me. I think just saying "These also allow Kingdra to set the Rain via Max Geyser" would be more succinct)

* Draco Meteor is a strong STAB option that pairs very well with its water STAB ,as The combination of Water plus Dragon is resisted by only one common Pokemon in Tapu Fini. (Not big on this wording. Something like "Draco Meteor is Kingdra's strongest Dragon STAB option.." and then expand) Max Wyrmwind lowering the opponents attack stats is useful in circumventing Kingdra's mediocre bulk.

* Hurricane hits grass types Grass-types (add examples here) hard that would otherwise trouble Kingdra. Hurricane grants Kingdra incredibly useful utility in Max Airstream being able to boost its teams speed. It allows Kingdra to boost its Speed with Max Airstream while Dynamaxed.

(Fixed the spacing on the bullets, else it doesn't work with markdown and just looks very strange.)

* Life Orb is used as the item kingdra wants the power boost on all its moves. The extra power of Life Orb allows it to muscle past the grass types with Max Airstream and vs Dragons with Max Wyrmwind. an example of why you want Life orb is not being able to OHKO Venusaur with Max Airstream and Dynamaxed Dragapult with Max Wyrmwind without it. (This needs a good amount of work in the wording. I would look at other analyses as well to see how they talk about their item and spread. Something like "Life Orb is Kingdra's best item as it considerably improves it damage output coming at the cost of recoil. As Kingdra is Timid to outspeed Regieleki in the rain, Life Orb is absolutely essential in securing OHKOs on Venusaur and Dynamaxed Dragapult.") (Now add your point about Swift Swim, and an additional reason for 68 HP)

* 172 Speed Timid is used to outspeed Regieleleki in Rain. (I have worked this into the point above)

Most of what I've said is just wording, and really making the points clear and concise. Tag me when you've implemented these.

Raineko Implimented i hope correctly. Except i think the part about "As Kingdra is Timid to outspeed Regieleki in the rain,Life Orb is absolutely essential in securing OHKOs on Venusaur and Dynamaxed Dragapult. ") Life Orb is essentail to picking up KOs Timid or not.Modest kingdra is a thing though only on builds with stuff like Raichu to mitigate Regieleki from what i have seen. As such i feel i should just have a last point for the EVs. Also i dont understand why i need to restate swift swim on the paragraph with Life Orb but i did anyways.

* Kingdra has established itself as a powerful Swift Swim user. Thanks to Swift Swim in rain, it's near unresisted STAB combination, and access to Hurricane for Max Airstream, Kingdra is very threatening Dynamax Pokemon in the Rain. (These 2 feel like they're saying a very similar team, so shorten this to just one sentence like "Thanks to Swift Swim, a near unresisted STAB combination, and access to Max Airstream, Kingdra is a threatening Dynamax Pokemon" would sum this all up) Despite its low Special attack stat a rain boost and potential Helping Hand boost from Politoed easily fixes this making is a strong threat in the rain. (Not a fan of this, I think we're mentioning the partner more than what Kingdra does here. You can fix this up later on in the paragraph as you remention it) Kingdra matches up well vs against some of the most common and powerful Pokemon in the format a few being such as Incineroar (RC) and Landorus-T (RC) and Metagross (Not fully convinced). However Kingdra does have a quite a few flaws. Kingdra's Specail attack stat is mediocre so non rain boosted attacks aren't that strong, meaning Helping Hand support is greatly appreciated. (Reword this to something like "Due to Kingdra's otherwise average Special Attack and Speed, it is extremely reliant on the rain to be relevant.") Grass types like Venusaur Rillaboom and Amoonguss can all prove problematic to Kingdra all of these Pokemon resist Water and can threaten Kingdra with a 2hko, Sleep Powder, or Spore respectively, and having the bulk to take a Max Airstream. (True, but being neutral to Grass is very helpful so it often gets a couple of chances to do what it wants to do. I might consider removing it, or shorten the point to "Equally, common Grass-types such as Venusaur, Kartana and Rillaboom can cause big problems for Kingdra...") Bukier Pokemon Like Glastrier and Porygon2 can give Kingdra trouble as Kingdra can struggle to KO them. (I would remove this for brevity, as it goes without saying that these things are hard to KO) (This is very long.)

* Swift Swim is needed as Kingdra's ability to be a viable Pokemon. This means Politoed is a near obligatory teammate, as it is the only viable Drizzle user. (Miscommunication on my part there, wanted this point to be moved to the end with the spread and set info, so we remove it here)

* Muddy Water is often the preferred Water STAB option on Kingdra, because it is a powerful spread move in rain with a chance to lower accuracy. Hydro Pump is a stronger single target alternative, that more importantly is a slightly stronger Max Geyser. These also allow Kingdra to set its own rain with Max Geyser increasing its overall versatility not needing to come to every match Politoed does. in the absence of Politoed.

* Draco Meteor is Kingdra's strongest Dragon STAB option. Dragon and Water is a great STAB combination that hits just about everything neutrally except one common pokemon in Tapu fini (Not convinced this is needed here as we've made a mention to it in the overview. I would talk about Draco Meteor exclusively here, even if it's just saying the strongest Dragon STAB option and then mentioning Wyrmwind). Max Wyrmwind lowering the opponents attack Attack stats is useful in circumventing Kingdra's mediocre bulk.

* Hurricane hits grass types Grass-types that could would otherwise trouble Kingdra like Venusaur, Rillaboom, and Amoonguss. Kingdra can boosts it's its team's speed with Max Airstream in Dynamax. It allows Kingdra to boost its Speed with Max Airstream while Dynamaxed. Its also notable that Max Airstream is stronger than Max Wyrmwind in Misty Terrain. (Feels a bit obvious as that is just what Misty Terrain does)

* Life Orb is Kingdra's best item as it considerably boosts the power of Kingdra's its attacks for a small amount of recoil. As Kingdra is Timid Life Orb is essential to pick up KOs on Dynamaxed Dragapult with Max Wyrmwind and Venusaur with Max Airstream (I feel these 2 are fairly obvious, because what other move are you going to use on them bar the super effective ones?). The HP EVs are optimal for Life Orb Rrecoil (I would like to see this worked into a point about why it's optimal "The given HP EVs minimize the amount of recoil taken from Life Orb" or so). Swift Swim is what allows Kingdra to outspeed the aforementioned Pokemon in rain and threaten them. The use of a Timid nature with 172 Speed EVs allows Kingdra to outspeed even Regieleki in the rain.

If you need any further help with anything, make sure to tag me in the Smogon Discord. It's going to be the best place to ask for one of the QC team for real-time feedback.

Raineko Impliminted i hope its good now and if so has minimal mistakes Resists steel hits metagross with strong rain boosted water STAB 2hkos Dynamaxed Metagross while maxed. Kingdra and politoed dont actually threaten to activate its policy meaning they also have to proc it themself. It needs support to actually beat Kingdra in rain which you can offset with your own support.

Kingdra matches up well vs against some of the most common and powerful Pokemon in the format such as Incineroar, Landorus-T, and Metagross. (I still need to be convinced on this point. While I appreciate your calcs, they don't factor in the fact that Quake boosts Metagross' Special Defense) However Kingdra does have a quite a few flaws. Due to Kingdra's such as its reliance on rain due to its average specail Special Attack and Speed its extremely reliant on rain to be relevant. Helping Hand support is also greatly appreciated. (Any Pokemon loves something next to it that can just click Helping Hand) Additionally, Grass-Ttypes like Venusaur, Amoonguss, and Assault Vest Rillaboom can all trouble Kingdra, having the bulk to take Max Airstream and threaten it with Sleep or in Rillaboom's case Dynamax and 2HKO it. (Does it really need to Dynamax is my question)

* Muddy Water is often the preferred Water STAB option on Kingdra, because it is a powerful spread move in rain with a chance to lower accuracy. * Hurricane hits grass types Grass-types that would otherwise trouble Kingdra like Venusaur, Rillaboom, and Amoonguss. It allows also lets (just trying to avoid repeating allow/s a lot) Kingdra to boost its speed with Max Airstream.

* Life Orb is Kingdra's best item as it considerably boosts the power of its attacks for a small amount of recoil. Life Orb is essential to pick up KOs on Dynamaxed Dragapult and Venusaur. The HP EVs are optimal for Life Orb Recoil as having any more HP makes Kingdra take more Life Orb recoil. (This reads a bit weird to me, could be reworded as "The given HP EVs are optimized so that Kingdra takes as little damage from Life Orb as possible.") Swift Swim is needed as Kingdra's ability to be a viable Pokemon., (RP, AC) This means which makes Politoed is a near obligatory teammate, as it is the only viable Drizzle user (I just don't find this necessary). A Timid nature and 172 Speed EVs outspeeds Regieleki in rain.

I think we're getting pretty close. Pretty much implement these changes verbatim and we can get this moving to GP! Give me a ping when things are done, and if you need any help you know where to find us

Raineko Also i missed some of the part of your second post cause i forgot to save changes lol.
252 SpA Life Orb Kingdra Max Geyser vs. +1 252 HP / 4 SpD Dynamax Metagross in Rain: 138-164 (36.8 - 43.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
still does 36% minimum and the first max geyser isnt gonna hit metagross at plus one spdf. and again it needs its weakness policy active to beat you with grimm light screens and sucker punch support it could easily beat you but again it needs support to beat Kingdra in rain which. However since a teammate as common as grimmsnarl can easily neuter Kingdra i will remove mention of it.
Rillaboom could 2hko Kingdra 9% of the time also if rilla doesent max its just 2hkod by Kingdra.
252+ Atk Rillaboom Wood Hammer vs. 68 HP / 4 Def Dynamax Kingdra in Grassy Terrain: 147-174 (46.2 - 54.7%) -- 9% chance to 2HKO after Grassy Terrain recovery
