<p>Thanks to Platinum, Kingdra not only has access to Dragon Dance but also to Outrage. Since Sleep Talk neither locks you into Outrage no confuse you, it makes for almost the perfect set. With Kingdra's bulk, you can almost be certain that you will gain a Dragon Dance or two before finally having to use Rest to restore your health. From there it gets almost elementary. Sleep Talk will either choose Dragon Dance or Outrage, both of which will prove to be dangerous to any opponent.</p>

<p>Although Kingdra has access to Waterfall, there isn't room for it on this set that it could fit. Kingdra is an unfortunate victim of having too little slots for so many moves. If you don't want the extra power given from Dragon Dance, Waterfall can fit itself in. However, with this change, you may want to use Life Orb to make up for the lost power.</p>

<p>152 Speed EVs will outspeed Jolly Tyranitar as well as the standard Gyarados.</p>

Now is a bit redudant imo. I'd change to "Thanks to Platinum, Kingdra not only has access to Dragon Dance but also to Outrage..."

Sleep Talk does not force you into Outrage and will not confuse

This osunds a bit awkward. I'd change it to something like "Sleep Talk neiher locks you into Outrage nor confuses you..." Not sure though, even what I wrote sounds a bit off imo :/ I think lock > force though.

I'd change the last part to "there isn't room for it on this set." Just makes the sentence a litle more succint.

Lum Berry is to wake you up from the first sleep or if you use outrage while not under sleep. I agree though and I will remove it from the set.

well, it is a rest / sleep talk set so it would help survivability. Kingdra's HP is pretty mediocre but its defenses are solid, so any extra HP investment goes a long way to increasing its bulk.
