Bisharp serves as an incredible offensive threat on Steel teams thanks to its Dark typing and strong priority in Sucker Punch, which can enable Bisharp to handle threats such as Dragapult and Hoopa-U. Throat Chop pressures Ghost- and Psychic-types such as Gholdengo, Sinistcha, and Galarian Slowking. Low Kick allows Bisharp to deal with opposing Bisharp along with dealing solid damage to Ting-Lu. Alternatively, Iron Head can be used to deal with Fairy-types like Primarina and Galarian Weezing. Life Orb is used to provide Bisharp a crucial boost, enabling it to OHKO Flutter Mane with Sucker Punch, but Black Glasses can be used to enable Bisharp to stick around longer over the course of a game while still maintaining its ability to 2HKO threats like Toxapex with a +2 Throat Chop.

Bisharp greatly appreciates support from Skarmory, which can come in on Ground- and Fighting-types such as Excadrill, Great Tusk, and Zamazenta and can easily take them on with a combination of Iron Defense and Body Press. Skarmory can also set Spikes, enhancing Bisharp's breaking capabilities by allowing it to power through threats such as Archaludon and Hippowdon. Gholdengo can easily take on Fighting-types like Sneasler, Iron Hands, and Breloom thanks to its Ghost typing along with being able to remove Fairy-types like Iron Valiant and Galarian Weezing. In return, Bisharp can remove opposing Ghost-types such as Flutter Mane and opposing Gholdengo. Heatran's Fire immunity lets it handle Fire-types such as Iron Moth, Ninetales, and Gouging Fire, and it is able to remove physically bulky walls such as Archaludon and Skarmory. Archaludon provides Stealth Rock support along with being able to use Thunder Wave, enabling for Bisharp to outspeed targets such as the Ogerpon formes. Iron Treads provides entry hazard removal to give Bisharp safe entry while being able to remove threats such as Raging Bolt, Heatran, and Okidogi. Hisuian Goodra provides a solid special wall that can take on threats such as Hydreigon and Primarina that can handle Bisharp.

You can also mention the Scarf set dealing with Iron Valiant and unboosted Gouging Fire. ]. Iron Treads provides Hazard removal to give Bisharp safe Entry along with being able to remove threats such as non-Air Balloon Raging Bolt, Heatran, and Okidogi. Hisuian Goodra provides a solid special wall that can take on threats such as Greninja and Primarina which can handle Bisharp.

Low Kick allows for Bisharp to deal with opposing Bisharp along with dealing solid damage to Ting-Lu. Alternatively Iron Head can be used to deal with Fairy-types like Primarina and Galarian Weezing. Life Orb is used to provide Bisharp a crucial boost enabling it to OHKO Flutter mane with Sucker Punch, however Black Glasses can be used to enable Bisharp to stick around longer over the course of a game (I think you can still find 2HKOs here that no BG would, which is a nice thing to add).

Ival is iffy without scarf imo, but then chaining Kingambit dealing with FM becomes weird, so you could swap it for special walls instead) Gholdengo can easily take on Fighting-types like Sneasler, Iron Hands, and Breloom thanks to its Ghost typing along with being able to remove Fairy-types like Iron Valiant and Galarian Weezing. In return Bisharp can remove opposing Ghost-types such as Flutter Mane and opposing Gholdengo. Heatran grants a Fire immunity handling Fire-types such as Iron Moth, Ninetales, and (the gouger?)Cinderace as well as being able to remove physically bulky walls such as Toxapex (Archaludon? It also checks ceruledge if using air balloon too methinks) and Skarmory. Archaludon provides Stealth Rock support along with being able to use Thunder Wave enabling for Bisharp to outspeed targets such as the Ogerpon formes. Iron Treads provides Hazard removal to give Bisharp safe Entry along with being able to remove threats such as non-Air Balloon (you beat it regardless) Raging Bolt, Heatran, and Okidogi. Hisuian Goodra provides a solid special wall that can take on threats such as Greninja (pick a different mon that can bear +2 LO Sucker) and Primarina which can handle Bisharp.
