Keen Eye/Run Away quick questions.

Keen Eye, as far as I know, prevents loss of accuracy, but is irrelevant to evasiveness (a Pokemon with Keen Eye can still miss a double-teaming opponent), but what about fog? Does fog "lower the accuracy" of all Pokemon on the field or does it "raise the evasiveness" of all Pokemon on the field? And would Keen Eye negate the effects of the fog?

Run Away... It would seem that it is entirely useless in battle, but will it allow me to switch out of a Wob with Shadow Tag/Dug with Arena Trap? If not, Gamefreak are idiots for not giving the trait that feature.

Keen Eye only prevents accuracy stat drops (eg. Sand-attack, Mud-slap, Kinesis). They can still miss when attacking a Pokemon in fog and Pokemon with Sand Veil and Snow Cloak in Sandstorm and Hail respectively.

Run Away only allows the Pokemon to escape wild Pokemon battles only.
