Jirachi (OU analysis)

Well,i have been looking for a jirachi set that works for me. Well,the only i found was scarfrachi. Sadly its banned on the tourney i was with rachi.
Then,looking at its moveset,i found something very unique.It was the move Cosmic Power.
I just loved it.And i won the tournament :naughty:
This is his set,i nicknamed it Cosmicrachi:

Set comments:
Boosting your stats with Cosmic Power is the main point of this set. Once Jirachi has good bulk,you can even Wish on the first turn,and Cosmic Power in the second,because if you don´t get Cosmic powered,i don´t know why you will use this set.
Toxic is the stalling point of this set.If you boost your defences,you need to damage the opponnent pokemon or PP stall.Well,damaging the opponent pokemon is with Toxic and Iron head.Iron head mainly benefits from jirachi´s good attack and STAB bonus,but if you want to at least touch steel types,use fire punch
Wish can heal you and other pokemon in the party,so its recomended to wish in the first turn.Because if not,you lose all boosts when doing Wish support,but it can be a healing move for yourself.

Possible threats:
Versus steel types you cant do much,and Heatran will most probably kill you.Also, do anything to get away from Gliscor/Flygon in the setup turns,you will not want to spoil the Cosmic Power boosts.

Team Options
Levitate Bronzong really helps to check possible threats.Also,Gyarados is a really good pair because it resists Fire and is immune to Ground and can possibly get a free turn of setup.

Other Options
Theres not many options,maybe you can make a Substitute predicting well the opponent to get free setup,but thats all.

To put it concisely, Jirachi already has an OU Analysis in Smogon, and Choice Scarf Jirachi is not banned in the normal metagame. Just because this Jirachi is banned in another kind of tournament doesn't mean it is in OU. CosmicRachi is not on the analysis for good reasons as well, like having so much specific support (you have to get rid of all the steel-types as possible, which you can't determine without scouting the entire team, which by itself is very hard. (check the rejected sets collection).

Overall, this set is just...walled. And it requires too much support on its own part.
 
To much hax needed for stalling here at somepoint your going to get hit and just die. You need 2 free moves here too to cosmic power and then toxic. When are you going to get 2 free moves, even a predicted switch just gives you one? Not only that but you can't touch steel types at all here, which are very common in OU.

What I was going to say. Also, if a set is rejected, don't re-post it; it was rejected for a reason and posting it again won't change anything, you just run the risk of being infracted.

Well,i relooked the set that was rejected,and it was because the owner didnt had logs to approve it.

1. If the set was rejected because the person before didn't provide logs, don't you think you should have then?

2. Please, for the love of God, put a space in-between your punctuation and the next word. We already have Curtains who doesn't, and that's more than enough. You're not cool by being stupid.

3. Please look at the link here when trying to prove a set.

4. You're currently breaking about 3 rules, just an fyi, so unless you conform to them real quick you will end up being infracted.
