IT'S A BIRD! (UU RMT)

So this is my new team I have been testing out recently and it has been working pretty well, but not as well as I was hoping. SO I NEED HELP! The title of my team is because its star is Swellow, I love her dearly and don't think she gets the credit that she deserves (I've been playing UU a long time and I think I've seen like 2 other Swellows). This team is offensively based, as 4 out of the 6 pokemon have STAT up moves. The idea is to weaken the opponents team as much as possible and eliminate Swellow's counters to free Swellow up for a sweep. So without further a do, here is my team!

THE LEAD

light-clay.png

Claydol @ Light Clay
Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/80 Def/76 SAtk/100 SDef
Bold (+Def, -Atk)
-Light Screen
-Reflect
-Psychic
-Explosion
---
Overview: This Claydol is more or less the standard lead set, with a little twist on the EVs and Psychic over Stealth Rock. I love the double screens approach, as it allows some of my frailer pokemon (Swellow, Ninetales) to get in on attacks easier. Claydol usually manages to stay in the game for fairly long and comes in repeatedly to set up screens. Psychic is for Roserade (3HKO on standard lead) and Crobat (2HKO on standard lead). Explosion lets me deal with any troubleome pokemon that might threaten my team. Overall a pretty good lead, if there's anything that can do its job better I'd be happy to hear it.

THE CORE
registeel.png
leftovers.png

Registeel @ Leftovers
Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP/6 Atk/ 252 SDef
Careful (+SDef, -SAtk)
-Curse
-Ice Punch
-Earthquake
-Explosion
---
Overview: Registeel is the first part of the core of my team. Registeel counters A LOT of pokemon in UU, and is a solid player. If there aren't any special attackers left on a team, Registeel can freely come in and start Cursing up. If I deam a member of the opponents team trouble for my team, I explode!! Not really too much to say hear, its Registeel, enough said.

62.png
leftovers.png

Poliwrath @ Leftovers
Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/ 6 Def
Adament (+Atk, -SAtk)
-Bulk Up
-Substitute
-Focus Punch
-Rock Slide
---
Overview: Okay, so maybe I think thata Swellow isn't the only UU pokemon that is underappreciated. Poliwrath is a beast! He comes in on basically anything that doesn't have a supereffective move on him, Substitutes on the switch, and then I decide what to do next. If the switch in isn't a strong physical attacker, I Bulk Up. If they are weak to fighting or are frail, I Focus Punch. And if Rock Slide is supereffective against them, I use that. Very solid player of my team, he gets the job done!
---
THE HEAVY HITTER
roserade.png
choice-specs.png

Roserade @ Choice Specs
Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk/6 SDef
Timid (+Spd, -Atk)
-Sleep Powder
-Leaf Storm
-Sludge Bomb
-Hidden Power Fire
---
Overview: This is my teams heavy hitter. Now Roserade itself isn't underestimated, but the Choice Specs set definately is. If an opponent doesn't flat out resist Grass, then they are going to get a lot of damage stripped off. Sludge Bomb is for other grass types and for a strong secondary STAB that doesn't lower my STATS. Sleep Powder is for early game to fool my opponent into thinking that she is a tank instead of Specsed. HP Fire is more or less a filler.
---
THE SWEEPERS
ninetales.png
life-orb.png

Ninetales @ Life Orb
Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk/6 SDef
Timid (+Spd, -Atk)
-Nasty Plot
-Hypnosis
-Fire Blast
-Energy Ball
---
Overview: Ninetales is my special sweeper. The idea is to come in on a weak attack (or fire attack), Hypnosis the switch-in, Nasty Plot, and SWEEP! She works fairly well as a Regirock and Registeel counter, who would otherwise wall Swellow to pieces. She has swept a couple of times and usually KO's atleast 2 pokemon before she goes down. I use Fire Blast because I need her to do as much damage as she possibly can.
---
swellow.png
flame-orb.png

Swellow @ Flame Orb
Guts
EVs: 252 Atk/6 Def/252 Spd
Jolly (+Spd, -SAtk)
-Protect
-Facade
-Brave Bird
-Quick Attack
---
Overview: This is the star of the show! I love Swellow and this team was based around her. She does a fantastic job killing anything that stands in her way. Protect is to get Guts activated. Facade has insane amounts of power coming off Guts, STAB, and a 140 BP attack. Brave Bird is for Ghosts that think they can wall her. Quick Attack is for any sweeper that might be ripping through my team and too damage anything faster than her that is threatening her sweep.

WELL THERE IS MY TEAM! RATE IT!!

Ok well on Poliwrath im thinking ice punch over rock slide, it still gives you the ability to hit fliers for super effective hits but also hit grass types coming in.
As for claydol i think Uxie could do his job better the only thing is Uxie can't explode and if that doesnt bother you i suggest:

Uxie@light clay
Levitate
252 Hp/180 Def/76 Spe
Impish

-Reflect
-Light Screen
-Stealth Rock
-Psychic

This Uxie has higher defence, higher hp, and higher speed
at the cost of explosion and you can set up stealth rock which imo every good team needs.

Overall this is a pretty solid team, i like Roserade but just watch out for the evercommon crobat which it cant touch.

P.S Uxie still gets levitate so it can take ground attacks aimed at Ninetails

OK, at first glance it seems like a solid team on paper, but I have a few nitpicks about it:
Firstly, as you said, 3 of your pokes are stat up sweepers. The problem I see with this is that firstly, you need to waste a turn to stat up and then as soon as your opponent switches in something that walls you and threatens to KO you back, you need to switch, and then waste another turn getting the next sweeper to stat up.
Im not saying that stat up sweepers are bad, just that all your sweepers shouldnt be like that.
Ok, now onto each pokemon:

Claydol: Seems like a good lead, although if you say that Claydol usually stays until lategame, then you might wanna add RS somewhere, seeing that your main sweepers dont like SR, especially Swellow, who takes burn damage as well.
An alternative could be to use Uxie, which is as bulky, if not more, with Dual Screen SR and U-Turn. It works like your Claydol lead in that you can quite reliably set up DS, then set up SR IF feel lucky, you dont have to as Uxie can always come back in later. U-Turn would help scouting and more importantly, allow you to switch Swellow in freely against a faster opponent. The advantage here is that now you can remove Protect on Swellow for U-turn or Pursuit. U-Turn would help get Uxie in and then set up SR whereas Pursuit will be useful hitting troublesome pokemon on the switch out.
Edit: Rain Parade beat me to it, but just try U-Turn for the swellow thing I said

Registeel: Dont see much wrong here

Poliwrath: I think he's alright, but Im worried about Shaymin switching in on you Sub and you failing to KO him as he breaks your sub then goes for the KO. Your only option is to switch, and therefore you have wasted two turns and then the Shaymin will obviously anticipate the switch and Rest up any Focus Punch damage with ease. basically, either use a simple SubPunch or switch Rock Slide for Ice Punch.
Alternatuvely, you could use Technitop with RS or standard RS top, to help with your SR problems.

Roserade: I see nothing really wrong but you say you can trick them into thinking your a tank set, but you will switch out after Sleeping them anyways, so :/.. i think you should just change it to a scarf and modest nature, Roserade hits hard enough as it is.

Swellow and Ninetales seem fine. However over Ninetales you could try the wall breaking LO MixKen set with a 240Atk 252SpA 12Spe and FB/Superpower/Vacuum Wave / HP Grass. It does basically what your Ninetals is meant to do, i.e. take out the Regis AND more. Its considered the best UU wallbreaker by some for a reason, and you should atleast test it over Ninetales, mainly because a) your team needs a mixed sweeper to prevent too much switching and b) Ninetales more or less relies on Hypnosis to get a turn to NP up, and with Hypnosis' shaky accuracy, you micht find yourself in deep waters.

Edit: I just noticed that this team has pretty much NOTHING for crobat apart from Registeel, as Crobat outspeeds and OHKO's everything on your team apart from Claydol and Registeel. Bad News. I suggest you use either a Slowbro or a Weezing, preferably Weezing due to Levitate. Both have great defenses, and both of them can threaten to deal hefty damage back: Slowbro can Ice Beam and Weezing can t-bolt. Slowbro gets a more reliable recovery as well as T-Wave, which Poliwrath/Hitmontop will appreciate, where as Weezing gets W-o-W, which makes it an even better Physical wall. this could go over Registeel or Poliwrath. Slowbro even gets CM, so it can fulfill the role of a statupper if you really want, although its best left as a physical wall. And chansey doesnt even wall your mainly special team thanks to MixKen, whose Superpower is more than enough for the likes of Chansey and Registeel.

So thats my "rate", nothing much to change, just that you might want to test the Uxie, Top and MixKen changes, you can always change it back if you want.

Hope that helped!!

You have quite a solid team, just some suggestions:

Claydol can't counter Crobat leads effectively, even if you hit with a super-effective psychic, it will still taunt you and u-turn out and then come in later in the match (Roserade's leaf storm is a fine example). If you still want to keep a double screener which can actually damage Crobat, I suggest you to use a Mesprit lead:

Mesprit@light clay
nature: modest
EVs: 252 HP / 204 SAtk / 52 Spe
-reflect
-light screen
-psychic
-thunderbolt / stealth rock

With the suggested EVs you have an almost guaranteed OHKO on Corbat - should it be fool enough to taunt you - and you still retain a good bulk. The last slot depends on if you fear more Honckrow or you want SR support (which, by the way, an offensive team like yours shouldn't miss).

About Swellow, although I realize that quick attack has its uses, I believe that u-turn would be a better choice because it allows to scout for your opponent's Swellow counter and severely damage things like Shaymin if they stay in against you. I most cases u-turn will give your Ninetales\Roserade a free switch in when your opponent brings in their flying resist (Registeel-Regirock-Kabutops-Omastar-Rhydon and so on).

On Roserade I would use hidden power ice over fire: You are quite covered against steels by Poliwrath and Ninetales and hp ice allows you to almost ohko an incoming Crobat and ensures the ohko on Honchkrow (which may come in on a predicted sleep powder), hp ice also allows a ohko on Altaria.

Also, be sure to find a palce for stealth rock. Either on your lead (both Mesprit - my suggestion - and Claydol - if you decide to keep it - learn it) or sacrificing a move on Registeel.

That's all, i guess.

Good luck!

Most of what I think has been said already:

-Change the lead to either Uxie or Mesprit WITH SR.
-Use U-turn on Swellow.

However, I think you need to re-think your special sweeper here. Houndoom is arguably just a "better" ninetales to some degree, because it just has a much higher SpA, and pretty good coverage in 2-3 moves.

I'd recommend this set:

Houndoom @ Life Orb
Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk/6 SDef
Timid (+Spd, -Atk)
-Nasty Plot
-Dark Pulse
-Fire Blast
-Hidden Power Rock / Hidden Power Ground
---

It hurts ALOT more than your current sweeper, and Hypnosis is really inaccurate and can cause a lot of trouble for you if it misses (which happens roughly once in 3 uses).

Following up to what HeY said, you could make it a MixDour set with Crunch/Sucker Punch somwhere.

But I still strongly advise some sort of mixed sweeper
