Is this a good Moveset?

Jumpluff

"One Step Ahead"

Jolly/Timid Nature, 252 HP, 6 Def, 252 Spe or (if leech seed is used) 188 def, 68 SpD, 252 Spe

Item: Wide Lens, Leftovers

Moveset:
Sleep Powder
Substitute
Toxic, Leech Seed, Stun Spore
Memento

This moveset is designed to give a free turn for a Pokemon that needs to "set up" (sunny day, calm mind, etc.) If used correctly it can also status/sap and scout the other team making it a decent lead. First Sleep Powder. Substitute on the switch. If you are faint of heart you can simply memento on the switch guaranteeing the free turn. After the substitute use your status move of choice if the switch in is a strong attacker slower than jumpluff. When confronted with a defensive Pokemon or a Pokemon faster than Jumpluff (the faster Pokemon will hit the substitute and give you a free switch in) make Jumpluff go poof with memento and switch in your set up Pokemon for little or very modest damage. When your opponent switches his/her Pokemon out to get the fluff out of his eyes from memento, you have a free turn to set up!

The third slot is up to preference: Toxic can cause switches pretty well but is resisted by steels and poisons, leech seed will sap opponents health and is also good at causing switches but is resisted by grass, stun spore hits everything but is slightly inaccurate.

The item choice can be a tough decision. Leftovers is mandatory with leech seed and allows it extra substitutes on any set since most of the time sandstorm and hail are in play. Wide Lens is a good choice since it boosts the accuracy of all status moves and Jumpluff usually can't afford to miss sleep powder. If you use this as a starter you might consider a lum berry to play a mean trick on choice scarf gengars with hypnosis.

The nature isn't a big factor. If Jumpluff is used as a lead sunny day will probably not be in place. However if it is and if you have chlorophyll you will not be outspeeded by anything (which can be problematic) with your speed running at 700 so you might prefer leaf guard.

Anyways I tried posting this in the article editing section but the thread was closed by a moderator. He told me to look at the rules, I did, didn't see anything, when I asked him again he said look at the rules again. So tell me what you think of this moveset, and if you think it's good enough to be mentioned on the smogon article, please let me know how to fix whatever went wrong since the moderator apparently didn't have the time to tell me.

Well, this set of yours seems pretty similar to the jumpluff of the analysis. After looking at the analysis again, I'm surprised it doesn't list Memento as an "other option." Perhaps the moderator was inferring that you should just suggest memento as another Option, rather than try to submit a moveset.

Pretty good although you get totally walled by taunt users and lum berry users because when you try and put them to sleep they are instanty cured and I don't think that Jumpluff can survive too many hits.

Ya I asked the moderator if that was the problem but he must not have had the time to deal with my silly questions. Anyways even if it was mentioned as another option I think that the use of this set would be significantly differently enough from the other one to qualify an explanation.
