Competitive Role: Funny HP shenanigans. Innards Out, Counter, Mirror Coat, Metal Burst, Head Smash, etc. Terrible defensive type makes it easy to take lots of damage on Innards Out and reflection moves, and this specific pairing can alternatively let it acquire one decent defensive stat on either Defense or Special Defense with its weather moves, as well as potentially getting access to either double screens or a boosted healing move. Sprinkled in some Vanilluxe, Electric, and Steel moves for flavor.

Time for candidate selection! From the rules: "One election candidate is hand-picked by the previous Supreme Leader. The other two will be picked by me based off of activity in the mod and previous reigns, both quality and quantity." Hm, this poses a problem. There's nothing to go off of besides one submission...

I could pick the candidates with the subs I think are the best. Alternatively, we could get a random sample of candidates from the population... well, I'm in favor of democracy! It's the best way to get the most viable candidates from a pool... right? (Serious note: I thought about rewarding good subs but the good subbers will get plenty of time to rule later when I more tactfully hand-pick them, so let's let the dice decide. Plus it could be funny if it rolled the right people. Spoilers: it could be.)

We had 28 submissions, 24 accepts and 4 vetoes. We'll use the order on the spreadsheet, moving vetoes to the back (so DIB 1, Copen 2, ..., down through oden 28th). Rolling three d28s, which is totally a real dice shape, we get:
