Competitive Role: Status Support
Flavor / Description: Based around the saying "In the wink of an eye", which means something happening very quickly, Nihilink serves as the disaster control of the Diamond Hand, as well as it's first female member. Her main role is to put the beasts of the Iron Fist arena to sleep with her special powder so that they can be transported to much safer pastures or be experimented upon, though most of the time, most Pokémon never wake up from her powder. Rumor has it that she used to be the guardian of a massive forest, before a titan of the Iron Fist arena teared it down to the ground.
Note: This Pokémon is female only.

Competitive Role: Stall
Flavor / Description: This Pokémon is the Fire member of the Diamond Hand, who is based off the phrase "I'm a monkey's uncle", meaning in complete shock. The real Pokémon is the small monkey on it's chest those flaming tail serves a powerful shield, said to be a Chimchar mutilated by the titans of the Iron Fist arena. (And also, rumour has it that it only ate cement!) His role is to tire out the titans by stalling them with his burning shield, and when they lose all energy, they are helpless against Mutinuncle's flames, which can melt even solid diamond to goo in seconds.
Note: This Pokémon is male only.

Captain's Rule: When this Pokémon is sent out, it sets up either Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, or Remnant Flotsam on the enemy side. Each hazard has an equal 25% chance of being chosen.
Competitive Role: Hazard Setter
Flavor / Description: Themed around the meaning "Inside out", Upvybones is a Pirate Captain Pokémon who was conned into joining the Diamond Hand after it lost it's best pirate ship to a titan of the Iron Fist arena. It serves as the trap setter of the orginization, making sure that no-one can ever make it into their secret base, due to having been weakened by the entry hazards it laid out beforehand. Surprisingly, despite being made of bones, it is not a Ghost-type at all!
Note: This Pokémon is male only.

Oh, and by the way, Imgur is going crazy on Forums at the moment, so here's Anarlvet's sprite again just in case the imgur images don't come back:

No Fighting-type here? Time for me to try resolve this oversight.

Behold…
:sawk:
a Sawk evolution.
Pokemon: Traike (corruption of strike; pronounced as strike without the “s”)
Typing: Fighting / Electric
Base Stats: 75 / 130 / 50 / 115 / 50 / 95 (515 BST)
Abilities: Sturdy / No Guard | Mold Breaker
Movepool: Sawk’s Natdex Movepool + Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thunder Shock, Shock Wave, Thunder Wave, Volt Switch, Discharge, Charge Beam, Supercell Slam, Volt Tackle, Calm Mind, Earth Power, Energy Ball, Surf, Psychic, Air Cutter, Hurricane, Air Slash, Acrobatics, Mach Punch, Vacuum Wave

Weight: 71.4 kg
Custom Elements: None
Competitive Role: Revenge Killer, Physical wallbreaker, Special wallbreaker, set-up sweeper
Flavor / Description: The “clothes” that Sawk wears have turned into elemental electricity that surround it upon evolving, and have a much taller, slender and sleeker appearance. Traike’s Speed is average by standard of this Pet Mod and is frail, but it makes up for if with Fighting / Electric and powerful STABs, priority in Mach Punch or Vacuum Wave, and a selection of three helpful Ability depedning on what the player needs.
  • Sturdy is already unique for Sawk given that this Pokémon is neither bulky nor a Rock or Steel-type. Traike can use this as a revenge killing Ability that can stop a sweeper from going out of control, provided that adequate hazard control is done.
  • No Guard grants perfect accuracy for it’s inaccurate moves such as Stone Edge and Toxic, but more importantly for it’s special sets, Thunder, Focus Blast and Hurricane, making it’s base Special Attack more dangerous than it seems.
  • Mold Breaker is for when you could get trouble with defensive Abilities. This includes Alpha Sigma Rizz and Just a Little Guy. Sturdy or No Guard would be preferable, but if more great defensive Abilties gets in, Mold Breaker might be more appealing over time.
:throh:
Alongside a Throh evolution. Both don’t have to be accepted together; it’s up to the dictator’s choice.
Pokemon: Pidown (corruption of pinning down; pronounced as p-down)
Typing: Fighting / Poison
Base Stats: 130 / 120 / 110 / 35 / 85 / 35 (515 BST)
Abilities: Guts / Regenerator | Mold Breaker
Movepool: Throh’s Natdex Movepool + Gunk Shot, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Belch, Clear Smog, Cross Poison, Mortal Spin, Recover, Sludge, Acid Spray, Venom Drench, Venoshock, Acid, Acid Armor, Body Press, Ice Hammer, Hammer Arm, Bind, Constrict, Icicle Crash, Icicle Spear, Triple Axel

Weight: 102.9 kg
Custom Elements: None
Competitive Role: Physical wall, mixed wall, set-up sweeper, physical wallbreaker
Flavor / Description: The “clothes” that Throh wears have turned into poisonous liquid that surround it upon evolving, and have a much wider, fatter and sturdier appearance, with longer arms. Although Pidown cannot tank a Psychic-type attack and prefers to avoid a Ground-type and Flying-type move, the combination of high physical bulk, Recover and Regenerator makes it a tough one to break through, less so physically. Mortal Spin is there as both hazard control and spread regular Poison. Like Traike, Pidown’s three Abilites have their own uses depending on the player’s need.
  • Guts serves as the wallbreaker Ability, helped by Recover to offset the burn damage.
  • Regenerator is the defensive Ability, recovering some lost health from both direct and indirect damage.
  • Mold Breaker is for opposing bulky Pokémon wifh a similarly defensive Ability. This have already been stated in Traike’s overview regarding this Ability.
Finally, an item. Specifically for Feebas.
Item Name: Rainbow Scale
Effect: If held by Feebas, it transforms into the opponent on switch-in, but retain Feebas’ appearance, increase Feebas’ Speed by one and changes Feebas’ newly obtained Ability into Adaptabiltiy. Consumed upon use. Doesn’t work on other Pokémon.
Description: Gives Feebas an use akin to Ditto; your emergency revenge killer and reverse sweeper. Do note that it retains it’s horrible HP upon transforming, meaning that, if activated at wrong time, it can be easily revenge killed or is dead weight if transformed into a wall. It’s also always vulnerable to priority moves if it didn’t transformed into a Pokémon with a priority move in their moveset.

Competitive Role: Introduces Pressure + Defog into the meta. Also a nice deterrent against Melmetal with Flame Body.
Flavour: The chicken ate a weird looking mushroom and now it's making things float with its mind.

Pokemon: Regieleki
Type:

Ability: Magic Guard
Stats: 80 / 90 / 50 / 90 / 50 / 170
Movepool: regielekisexactmovepool + Ice Shard, Icy Wind, Psychic
Weight: 145kg
Competitive Role: I like Regieleki. Doubles into stuff it beats, clears hazards as the foe switches out, clicks Volt Switch. Also an offensive mon that isn't afraid of the multiple Innards Out guys.
Flavour: The chicken Regieleki ate a weird looking mushroom and now it's making things float with its mind.

:sv/ohmyrod:
Movepool: - Knock Off
Reasoning: What few things switch into its STABs reliably get messed up real bad by Knock Off. This change should make Ohmyrod significantly more reasonable to deal with defensively.

(Yep, that's the sprite)
Pokemon: Kurayami
Typing: Dark
Base Stats: 85/100/95/110/95/95
Abilities: Magic Guard (Dark Aura)
Movepool: Crunch, Knock Off, Dark Pulse, Sucker Punch, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Swords Dance, Recover, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Stealth Rock, Taunt, Earthquake, Earth Power, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Tera Blast | Protect, Substitute, Foul Play, Assurance, Attract, Bite, Body Slam, Double Team, Endure, Facade, Fling, Giga Impact, Helping Hand, Hyper Beam, Light Screen, Reflect, Rest, Round, Sleep Talk, Snarl, Snore, Swift, Thief
Weight: 999.7 kg
Competitive Role: A well-rounded Mon that has good bulk, Magic Guard, some nice utility options, and good setup moves.
Flavor / Description: Pokedex Entries:
1: "It is a mysterious mass of darkness. It is unknown what is hidden in the void, or if there even is anything."
2: "It drops the temperature of its surrounding area by a few degrees. Because of this, it is very popular in hot areas."

Move: Glitzer Popping
Type: Stellar
Category: Status
PP: 10 (16)
Base Power: ——
Effect: Uses 2-5 random moves. If any move misses or is blocked, the move ends. If a recharge move or a multi-turn move is used, the move also ends.
Distribution: Universal Move
Competitive Use: Do you like Metronome Battles? Do you like gambling? Do you like using RNG to get past Mons that would otherwise answer yours? Well, then this is the move for you! Metronome is a bad move in competitive, but you know how to make it better? By making it more RNG! Have fun!
:sv/hitmontop:
Pokemon: Hitmontop
Typing: Fighting
Base Stats: 65/115/65/35/145/50
Abilities: Intimidate/Technician (Steadfast)
Movepool: Natdex Movepool+Mortal Spin, Tripler Kick
Weight: 48 kg
Custom Elements: Tripler Kick: Fighting type Triple Axel clone
Competitive Role: Adds a Fighting type to the meta. It's more defensive than a usual Fighting type, and even more uniquely acts as a special wall. It also has two good, very different options for abilities. Intimidate allows it to be a more well-rounded wall, while Technician allows it to hit quite hard with Tripler Kick and Triple Axel, and puts a bit of extra damage behind options like Rapid Spin and Fake Out.

PP: 10
Category: Status
Type:
Effect: The user is protected from most attacks made by other Pokemon during this turn. X resets to 1 if this move fails, if the user's last move used is not Baneful Bunker, Burning Bulwark, Detect, Endure, King's Shield, Max Guard, Obstruct, Protect, Quick Guard, Silk Trap, Spiky Shield, or Wide Guard, or if it was one of those moves and the user's protection was broken. Applies Focus Energy boost to the user. Adds a Fishing Token to the field.
Priority: 4
Flags: Protect flags (no assist, no copycat)
Distribution: Toxapex, Zacian, Kingler, Lytlegai, Strawmoth, Ohmyrod, Big Crammer, Crabominable, Samurott-Sinnoh

Can Be Knocked Off: Yes
Ignored by Klutz: Yes
Fling Power & Effect: 10, target cannot switch out.

Justification: Fish. Rock paper scissors go brr

Name: Go Fish
Power: -
Accuracy: -
PP: 5 (8)

Pokemon: Phish
Typing: Ghost/Electric
Base Stats: 52/54/104/123/111/80 (BST: 524)
Abilities: Illusion/Imposter/Matchup Fish (If the Dictator approves this sub but not Matchup Fish, replace the hidden ability with Good As Gold)
Movepool: Magikarp's movepool + Pay Day, Make It Rain, Transform, Reflect Type, Mimic, Copycat, Electroweb, Surf, Shadow Ball, Hex, Scald, Toxic, Go Fish, Sucker Punch, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Thunder, Nasty Plot, Poltergeist, Astonish, Confuse Ray, Substitute, Psyshock, Mind Blown, Thunderclap, Volt Switch, Spectral Thief, Bitter Malice, Fishious Rend, Withdraw, Will-o-Wisp, Conversion, Conversion 2, Covet, Fake Out, Feint, Feint Attack, Taunt, Encore, Baddy Bad, Fake Tears, False Surrender, Flatter, Foul Play, Snatch, Thief, Switcheroo, Trick, Torment, Power Trick

Weight: 69 kg
Custom Elements: Only the other subs.
Competitive Role: Funny mon. Illusion Ghost lets it bait Fighting moves to set up Nasty Plot or spread status with Discharge, Scald, or Will-o-Wisp. Mediocre speed tier inherited from Magikarp prevents it from getting too out of hand (as if the blatantly broken meme mons didn't already take care of that). Lots of really fun utility moves that fit at least tangentially flavor-wise and don't usually see play (and probably still won't, since there's too many actual useful options here). HP is also only 4 points higher than Ditto so it shouldn't be an issue.
Flavor / Description: Phish. Also a Fish.
