Fast Weakness Policy (Iron Crown) @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Quark Drive
EVs: 240 HP / 12 Def / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Tachyon Cutter
- Iron Defense
- Calm Mind
- Stored Power / Psyshock / Psychic Noise

[SET COMMENTS]
* Fast Weakness Policy Iron Crown aims to switch up otherwise disadvantageous matchups such as Haxorus as well as Choice Band Ground-types such as Landorus-T by boosting itself with Iron Defense, then obtaining a Weakness Policy boost to threaten an OHKO on the next turn with Stored Power.
* Tachyon Cutter is Iron Crown's best Steel-type STAB move, being able to immediately pressure Fairy-Type Pokemon such as Iron Valiant and Sylveon. Tachyon Cutter has other niches in breaking foes' Substitute, such as against SubSeed Ogerpon-W and Serperior.
* Upon activation of Weakness Policy, Stored Power's Base Power increases by 80. Combined with any prior boosts Iron Crown may have obtained, this makes Stored Power its strongest Psychic-type STAB option.
* Psyshock can be used to disrupt the matchup versus other Calm Mind users that resist Stored Power such as opposing Iron Crown and Cresselia, albeit using Psyshock may miss out on important KOs that Stored Power would otherwise obtain.
* Psychic Noise may be used to prevent recovery moves from Pokemon such as Cresselia that would otherwise be able to deal with Iron Crown. Psychic Noise also deals additional damage to Iron Valiant and Alolan Ninetales compared to Iron Crown's other Psychic-type options.
* Calm Mind is used in matchups versus special attacking Pokemon such as Primarina and Cresselia in order to boost up Iron Crown's Special Attack and Special Defense to a point where it does not take much damage from their attacks while threatening KOs with Tachyon Cutter and Stored Power.
* The EVs are used to outspeed maximum Speed Haxorus and to tie the mirror matchup versus opposing Iron Crown. The bulk is meant to tank an Adamant Choice Band Great Tusk Headlong Rush after one Iron Defense.
* An alternative EV spread of 96 HP / 112 Def / 48 SpA / 252 Spe with a Timid Nature can be used to have a slightly better chance against Donphan with Tachyon Cutter after a Weakness Policy boost while still surviving Choice Band Great Tusk's Headlong Rush.

EVs: Speed for Haxorus and the mirror, bulks Adamant Choice Band Great Tusk Headlong Rush after Iron Defense while optimizing Special Defense. (Remove this line.)
switch up otherwise disadvantageous matchups such as max Speed Gouging Fire (+1 252 Atk Protosynthesis Gouging Fire Flare Blitz vs. +2 240 HP / 12 Def Iron Crown: 348-410 (91.3 - 107.6%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO, search for a different example.) and Haxorus as well as Choice Banded Ground Types such as Donphan (Donphan is running spdef now, +2 0 SpA Iron Crown Tachyon Cutter (2 hits) vs. 0 HP / 232 SpD Donphan: 282-332 (87.8 - 103.4%) -- approx. 18.8% chance to OHKO, I recommend adding Great Tusk here.) and Ursaluna (+2 0 SpA Iron Crown Stored Power (140 BP) vs. 152 HP / 164 SpD Ursaluna: 355-418 (80.8 - 95.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO while eq 2hkos back. Check non-AV Landorus-T.)
Tachyon Cutter has other niches in breaking Substitutes used by opposing Pokemon. (Include examples on Pokemon that you'd break the sub on, like Whimsicott and Serperior.)
* Psychic Noise may be used to prevent opposing recovery moves from Pokemon such as Registeel and Corviknight (they don't. Both of them are easily capable of boosting up their Defense and KO you with Body Press before you can KO them, what Psychic Noise is actually useful for is for Cresselia, as Psyshock is only a 3HKO so it can spam moonlight and attack you with Stored Power every time it gets a chance, also helps against Ninetales-A and Iron Valiant as Psyshock doesn't do nearly as much damage due to the snow boost on the former and high defense on the latter.)
* The EVs are used to outspeed max Speed Haxorus and to tie the mirror matchup versus opposing Iron Crown. The bulk is meant to bulk a Adamant Choice Banded Great Tusk Headlong Rush after one Iron Defense, while maximizing Special Defense. (Here I'd like to propose an alternative spread, this one prioritizes maximizing special attack over special defense: EVs: 96 HP / 112 Def / 48 SpA / 252 Spe Timid Nature. This still lives AdaBand Tusk Headlong but it gives you better odds against Donphan (+2 48 SpA Iron Crown Tachyon Cutter (2 hits) vs. 0 HP / 232 SpD Donphan: 294-348 (91.5 - 108.4%) -- approx. 43.8% chance to OHKO) and Assault Vest Ursaluna-B (+3 48 SpA Iron Crown Stored Power (140 BP) vs. 248 HP / 128 SpD Assault Vest Ursaluna-Bloodmoon: 370-436 (86.2 - 101.6%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO) but yeah that's about it.)
tell me when you implement these changes and i'll give another look.

EVs: 96 HP / 112 Def / 48 SpA / 252 Spe (When I meant alternative EV spread it's when you put two EV spreads and explain them separately, so in this case you'd do: EVs: 240 HP / 12 Def / 4 SpD / 252 Spe or 96 HP / 112 Def / 48 SpA / 252 Spe.)
looks good!

* Tachyon Cutter is Iron Crown's best Steel-Type STAB, being able to threaten OHKOs on Fairy-Type Pokemon such as Iron Valiant. Tachyon Cutter has other niches in breaking Substitutes used by opposing Pokemon, such as SubSeed Ogerpon-Wellspring and Serperior.
while not an OHKO, Sylveon should be mentioned in Tachyon Cutter

* Psychic Noise may be used to prevent opposing recovery moves from Pokemon such as Cresselia that would otherwise be able to deal with Iron Crown.
as mentioned by bern, Psychic Noise helps in having increased damage against Iron Valiant

qc 2/2, nice work
