Inteleon has a niche in RU as a wallbreaker and a fast pivot; however, it struggles to find opportunities to come into the battlefield. Inteleon also faces competition from other offensive Water-type Pokemon such as Barraskewda, Sharpedo, and Cloyster, which have greater Speed or sweeping capabilities. Ice Beam enables Inteleon to catch Grass-type switch-ins like Zarude, Roserade, and Vileplume while also hitting Pokemon like Noivern super effectively. Dark Pulse lets Inteleon potentially flinch through Pokemon that are resistant or immune to Water, such as Gastrodon and Milotic. Dark Pulse also can 2HKO Volcanion with minimal chip damage while hitting other targets super effectively such as Metagross, Reuniclus, and Chandelure without having to worry about missing with Hydro Pump. U-turn provides momentum while also chipping Pokemon like Raikou and Zarude, putting them in range of Hydro Pump and Ice Beam. Inteleon can run Snipe Shot with the ability Torrent, since it never misses while having a high chance to get a critical hit, but this reduces its wallbreaking potential. The 28 Special Defense EVs ensure that Inteleon is never OHKOed by Draco Meteor from Noivern and the Speed EVs are to outrun Salazzle.

Inteleon fails to break through many bulky Water-types in the RU like Milotic and Suicune; countermeasures are Grass- and Electric-types like Zarude and Toxtricity. Incineroar, Toxic Metagross, and Toxic Darmanitan are also helpful teammates, since they can wear down Water-type switch-ins, which gives Inteleon more breathing room as a wallbreaker. Spikes support from the likes of Roserade, Golisopod, and Klefki is helpful, since Spikes cripples Inteleon's common switch-ins such as Milotic and Gastrodon; Golisopod also can use Knock Off to remove valuable items like Leftovers and Heavy-Duty Boots from Inteleon's switch-ins like Milotic, Gastrodon, and Suicune. Togekiss and Flygon threaten Choice Scarf users such as Zarude, Xurkitree, and Mienshao. Choice Scarf Flygon also serves as a good Electric-type check because of its Ground typing and forms a great pivot core with Inteleon. Raikou can threaten bulky Water-types with Volt Switch and use Toxic to cripple Gastrodon and Seismitoad for Inteleon. In return, Inteleon can weaken Grass-types like Roserade and Celebi for Raikou. Strong physical attackers like Swords Dance Cobalion, Darmanitan, and Heracross are helpful to threaten special walls like Umbreon, Registeel, and Porygon2.

I'm not a QC member of this forum and I don't know if you've been told otherwise by the team as this could be an exception, but when a move like U-turn is used on a special attacker purely for utility like this, you're not supposed to use a defense-decreasing nature just to avoid decreasing the move's power.

Here specifically I think naive might better for getting this calc which slightly eases prediction. Generally you're right though.

0 Atk Inteleon U-turn vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Zarude: 172-204 (49 - 58.1%) -- 95.3% chance to 2HKO
0- Atk Inteleon U-turn vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Zarude: 156-184 (44.4 - 52.4%) -- 16% chance to 2HKO

Ice Beam enables Inteleon to catch Grass-type switch-ins like Zarude, Roserade, and Vileplume, while also hitting Pokemon like Noivern super effectively. U-turn provides momentum while also chipping Pokemon like Raikou and Zarude, putting them in range of Hydro Pump and Ice Beam. Inteleon is able to run Sniper as an ability and Snipe Shot as a move because it has a chance to OHKO Raikou with a critical hit while being able to 2HKO Assault Vest Reuniclus. The 28 Special Defense EVs ensure that Inteleon is never OHKOed by Draco Meteor from Noivern and the Speed EVs are to outrun Salazzle.

Inteleon fits on both Hyper Offensive and balance teams, that appreciate a fast wallbreaker and pivot.
(Inteleon can also fit on BO so idt it's necessary to name any playstyles it fit on when it can work on anything but stall.)Inteleon fails to break through many bulky Water-types in the RU like Milotic and Suicune, so countermeasures to these bulky Water-types are Grass- and Electric-types like Zarude and Toxtricity Toxtricity and Zarude. (Wrong order.) Spike support from the likes of Roserade, Golisopod and Klefki is helpful since Spikes cripple Inteleon's common switch-ins such as Milotic Toxicroak (Toxicroak isn't particularly common and is 2HKOed by Ice Beam.) and Gastrodon. Golisopod also can Knock Off valuable items from Inteleon's switch-ins like Leftovers and Heavy-Duty Boots from Milotic, Gastrodon, and Suicune. Togekiss and Flygon are both valuable teammates because they are able to threaten Choiced Choice Scarf users such as Zarude, Xurkitree, and Mienshao. Choice Scarf Flygon also servers as a good Electric-type check because it's Ground-typing and forms a great pivot core. (Name some other VoltTurn partners too like Raikou. Raikou appreciates the free switch against bulky Water-types and can Toxic Gastrodon and Seismitoad for Inteleon. Inteleon can also weaken Grass-types like Roserade for Raikou.) Strong physical attackers like Swords Dance Cobalion, Darmanitan, and Heracross are helpful teammates, since they can threaten special walls like Umbreon, Registeel, and Porygon2. Toxicroak can use Inteleon as a setup fodder because it can absorb Hydro Pump because of its ability Dry Skin, while also taking minimal damage from Dark Pulse and Ice beam, countermeasures to Toxicroak are Noivern because it can OHKO Toxicroak with Hurricane. (Toxicroak is 2HKOed by Ice Beam and Noivern doesn't run Hurricane.)

Inteleon has a niche in RU by being a wallbreaker and a fast pivot, however, Inteleon struggles to find opportunities to come into the battlefield. [i'd also mention not having super-effective coverage for water-types and facing competition from other offensive waters like Cloyster and Sharpedo] Ice Beam enables Inteleon to catch Grass-type switch-ins like Zarude, Roserade, and Vileplume, while also hitting Pokemon like Noivern super effectively. Dark Pulse lets Inteleon potentially flinch through Pokemon that are resistant or immune to Water-type moves such as Gastrodon, Milotic, and Volcanion because they automatically wall Inteleon if otherwise. Inteleon is able to run Sniper as an ability and Snipe Shot as a move because it has a chance to OHKO Raikou with a critical hit while being able to 2HKO Assault Vest Reuniclus. [you don't run this move+ability on here -- mention why the set you have in analysis is preferred over sniper + snipe shot]. The 28 Special Defense EVs ensure that Inteleon is never OHKOed by Draco Meteor from Noivern and the Speed EVs are to outrun Salazzle.

Inteleon fails to break through many bulky Water-types in the RU like Milotic and Suicune, so countermeasures to these bulky Water-types are Grass- and Electric-types like Zarude and Toxtricity. [don't just mention Pokemon that force them out - mention mons that can wear them down into range of Inteleon, such as Incineroar, Toxic or CB Metagross, and plenty of others] Spike support from the likes of Roserade, Golisopod, and Klefki is helpful since Spikes cripple Inteleon's common switch-ins such as Milotic and Gastrodon, though you may need to Knock Off their Heavy-Duty Boots first. [or combine this idea with next sentence] Golisopod also can Knock Off valuable items from Inteleon's switch-ins like Leftovers and Heavy-Duty Boots from Milotic, Gastrodon, and Suicune. Togekiss and Flygon are both valuable teammates because they are able to threaten Choice Scarf users such as Zarude, Xurkitree, and Mienshao. Make sure u get the part abt teammates that weaken waters (such as incin+steels), instead of only mentioning teammates that force them out. You need to make their opposing water switch in and take chip so Inteleon can win, and they aren't gonna switch their water into Zarude.

QC 2/2 once this is done, good job.

Inteleon also faces competition from other offensive Water-type Pokemon such as Sharpedo, Cloyster, and Barraskewda because they are able to pressure bulky Water-type switch-ins. The 28 Special Defense EVs ensure that Inteleon is never OHKOed by Draco Meteor from Noivern and the Speed EVs are to outrun Salazzle. (moved this EVs sentence earlier) Inteleon prefers to run the Choice Specs set over the Sniper + Snipe Shot set because it provides more wallbreaking capabilities capability and is less reliant on critical hits. The Sniper (added missing space) + Snipe Shot set requires a lot of team support and often (I imagine it doesnt literally always fail?) fails to set up a Focus Energy due to its frail low defense stats.

Inteleon fails to break through many bulky Water-types in the RU like Milotic and Suicune; (comma -> semicolon) so countermeasures to these bulky Water-types them are Grass- and Electric-types like Zarude and Toxtricity. Inteleon also faces competition from other offensive Water-type Pokemon such as Sharpedo, Cloyster, and Barraskewda because they are able to pressure bulky Water-type switch-ins. [really (@ bolded and underlined part)? the best any of these 3 listed competition do is flinch it down, which Inteleon is also capable of with dark pulse. look at expulso's qc again, i don't think you captured exactly what he was asking of]. Ice Beam enables Inteleon to catch Grass-type switch-ins like Zarude, Roserade, and Vileplume while also hitting Pokemon like Noivern super effectively. Dark Pulse lets Inteleon potentially flinch through Pokemon that are resistant or immune to Water-type moves, such as Gastrodon, Milotic, and Volcanion, because they automatically wall Inteleon otherwise. (not a big fan of the idea that Dark Pulse is on the set just as a move to flinch the bulky Waters, which it can come off as right now, especially since its listed as a main move. add on that you are able to 2HKO Volcanion with minimal chip, as well as have an accurate option against Pokemon such as Reuniclus, Metagross, and Chandelure. i'll leave the ordering of the points up to you and gp). The Sniper + Snipe Shot set requires a lot of team support and often fails to set up a Focus Energy due to its low defense stats. (don't like this bit, seems like an awkward tack on of an OO bit that only has a place in fulls. instead, after discussing with ziza, we think that there should still be a snipe shot mention, but without sniper, and talk about how it's a secondary STAB with less BP, but more accurate and topped off with an increased chance to pull crits)

U-turn provides momentum while also chipping Pokemon like Raikou and Zarude, putting them in range of Hydro Pump and Ice Beam. The 28 Special Defense EVs ensure that Inteleon is never OHKOed by Draco Meteor from Noivern and the Speed EVs are to outrun Salazzle. Inteleon can run Snipe Shot, (AC) since Snip Shot it never misses while having a high chance to get a critical hit, (period -> comma) Although, when running Snipe Shot, Inteleon will have less but this reduces its wallbreaking potential. (specify whether you should change to Sniper, keep Torrent, or whether both are pretty comparable)
