With Focus Energy and Scope Lens as its item, after setup, Inteleon has a 100% critical hit rate coming off a 125 Special Attack. Its Speed makes sure It usually goes first. With Speed Investment, It can take out fellow starter Cinderace which is a protean greninja level threat. It has great speed and Great Special Attack to take out most pokemon that are weak to water and its coverage attacks. Ice Beam can take out Dragon Types such as Dragapult, Garchomp and Dragonite. Its U-turn can make it switch out of weak match-ups. Dark Pulse is there for Flinches and can be replaced with Shadow ball. Inteleon can be viable for UU and RU but should be careful to all the hard hitting pokemon. Only Pokemon that have high speed can take out Inteleon. Without Set-up, Inteleon is still good but It cant deal as much as it can with set-up. Inteleon is Vulnerable to fast electric types such as regieleki and co.
