[SET COMMENTS]
Choice Specs Inteleon is a fast offensive pivot that outspeeds the majority of the metagame and poses a serious threat to offensive teams with its immense cleaning potential. Ice Beam deals heavy damage to Grass- and Dragon-types like Vileplume, Dhelmise, Dragalge, and Goodra. Dark Pulse gives Inteleon a way to hit Pokemon that are immune to Water-type moves such as Mantine, Vaporeon, and Jellicent. Air Slash is an alternative that can be used to OHKO Virizion and Toxicroak, as Ice Beam only 2HKOes both, but it has slightly less power than Dark Pulse as well as a chance to miss. U-turn generates momentum after forcing Pokemon like Rhyperior and Golurk to switch out.

Inteleon fits best on offensive or balance teams that appreciate its ability to clean teams and generate momentum as an offensive pivot. Inteleon has a difficult time breaking through bulky Water-types like Mantine and Milotic. These can be broken by Virizion and Dhelmise, which can also soften up the enemy team to allow Inteleon to clean later on. Heliolisk makes for a great partner, freely switching in on Scald to pressure bulky Water-types like Mantine and Milotic while also forming a powerful VoltTurn core with Inteleon. Toxicroak can set up on many of Inteleon's checks thanks to Dry Skin. Steelix and Charizard can run Toxic to put Water-type switch-ins on a timer. Dragalge can pressure special walls like Umbreon, Mantine, and Milotic for Inteleon while also generating momentum to bring it in with a slow Flip Turn against Pokemon like Steelix. Finally, Klefki can provide Spikes support to wear down many of Inteleon's checks while also threatening faster Pokemon with a priority Thunder Wave, which renders them unable to revenge kill Inteleon.

[SET COMMENTS]
Focus Energy and Sniper are a potent combo that turns Inteleon into a powerful, hard-to-wall sweeper. Focus Energy in addition to Scope Lens guarantees Sniper-boosted critical hits on every single attack, letting Inteleon potentially break through answers to Choice Specs sets like Mantine, Milotic, and Umbreon. Surf is an alternative to Hydro Pump, trading immediate power for accuracy and PP, but it makes it more difficult for Inteleon to revenge kill certain threats like Bewear and Exploud. Ice Beam on a critical hit cleanly OHKOes Dragalge, Goodra, Virizion, and Dhelmise after Stealth Rock damage. Dark Pulse works exceptionally well on this set, forcing Pokemon that are either immune or resistant to Hydro Pump to constantly recover, and it is likely to eventually cause the target to flinch and net a KO.

Focus Energy Inteleon works well on teams that need a strong answer to slower defensive teams. Inteleon is easily forced out by Choice Scarf users like Passimian and Gardevoir due to its abysmal bulk, so forms of speed control like Klefki's Prankster-boosted Thunder Wave and Vikavolt's Sticky Web are appreciated. In addition, Klefki can use Spikes to help wear down faster grounded threats and make any soft answers to Focus Energy Inteleon like Milotic even more shaky. Toxic Spikes from Dragalge accomplishes the same, and Dragalge can also poison Mantine with Sludge Bomb to make its matchup against Inteleon even tougher. Indeedee-F's Psychic Terrain can block priority moves like Golisopod's First Imperssion, Lycanroc's Accelerock, and Klefki's Thunder Wave, which Inteleon must otherwise be cautious of.

Choice Specs Inteleon is a fast offensive pivot that outspeeds the majority of the metagame and poses a serious threat to offensive teams with its immense cleaning potential. Torrent is chosen on this set over Sniper as Inteleon is likely to be switching in and out, taking hazards damage and getting worn down naturally to trigger Torrent. moved this to later as the ability should be after the moves. Ice Beam is coverage to allow Inteleon to deal heavy heavy damage to Grass- and Dragon-types like Vileplume, Dhelmise, Dragalge, and Goodra which resist Hydro Pump. Dark Pulse gives Inteleon a way to hit Pokemon with Water Absorb or Storm Drain (give specific examples i.e. mantine and gastro. also gastro is the only relevant storm drain mon so you should probably just reword this to say that.) and potentially flinch past them, while also hitting Jellicent super effectively. Air Slash is an alternative that can be used to OHKO Virizion and Toxicroak, as Ice Beam only 2HKOes both. U-Turn is the final move on this set and allows Inteleon to generate momentum after forcing a switch with its threatening speed tier and power. Torrent is chosen on this set over Sniper as Inteleon is likely to be switching in and out, taking hazards damage and getting worn down naturally to trigger Torrent.

Inteleon fits best on offensive or balanced teams that appreciate its ability to clean teams that have been worn down by a wallbreaker, and its ability to generate momentum as an offensive pivot. Inteleon has a difficult time breaking through bulky Water-types like Mantine and Milotic. Virizion and Dhelmise can help Inteleon break past its checks, and can soften up the enemy team to allow Inteleon to clean later on. viriz also appreciates intel being able to threaten glowbro. Heliolisk makes for a great partner, pressuring bulky waters and forming a powerful VoltTurn core with it. Pokemon who can lure in Mantine and hit it with Toxic, such as Steelix and Charizard, or Knock Off its Heavy-Duty Boots, such as Passimian and Escavalier, make for good partners to wear down Inteleon's checks. Dragalge can pressure special walls like Umbreon, Mantine, and Milotic for Inteleon while also generating momentum to bring it in with a slow Flip Turn.

just a few things i think should be mentioned: entry hazard support is also useful for intel so that it can get the kills that it needs. stuff like raj / rhyp / lix fits here. keys can set spikes and threaten faster mons like barra. this is already mentioned in the next set but i feel its especially important here. dd scrafty can also set up on waters for intel to clean later on.

Focus Energy in addition to Sniper turns Inteleon into a powerful, hard to wall sweeper. Focus Energy in addition to Scope Lens guarantees Inteleon Sniper boosted critical hits on every single attack, letting it power through most defensive answers to Choice Specs Inteleon. like what? Ice Beam is coverage to allow Inteleon to deal heavy heavy damage to Grass- and Dragon-types like Vileplume, Dhelmise Dragalge, and Goodra which resist Hydro Pump. this is repeated from the previous set's sentence on ice beam. Dark Pulse hits Water Absorb and Storm Drain users for neutral damage, (this is also repeated) and can potentially flinch past a pokemon like Mantine or Milotic that must constantly recover against Inteleon's critical hits. Air slash is still an option with Focus Energy, but it fails to OHKO Virizion without a critical hit unlike Choice Specs.

Focus Energy Inteleon works well on teams that need a strong answer to slower defensive teams. Focus Energy Inteleon is highly vulnerable to revenge killing by Choice Scarf users like Passimian and Gardevoir due to its abysmal bulk. However, these can be worn down by Spikes from Klefki, or Toxic Spikes from Dragalge. Klefki also provides speed control against these Choice Scarf users with Prankster Thunder Wave. Inteleon is also vulnerable to powerful priority like Golisopod's First Impression or Lycanroc's Accelrock (accelerock from lycanroc needs 53% chip min, chip that intel probably shouldn't be taking in the first place. there's not many better examples though so this can probably stay), so it must be cautious of these, as well as Klefki's Prankster Thunder Wave. Indeedee-F can help prevent these with Psychic Terrain support, otherwise Inteleon must switch out. Sticky Webs is extremely powerful support for Focus Energy inteleon, preventing it from being revenge killed by Choice Scarf users and ensuring it outspeeds almost everything in the tier. Vikavolt is a great webs setter which can also pressure bulky Water-types and bring Inteleon in with a slow Volt Switch.

U-Turn is the final move on this set and generates momentum after forcing a switch. On mons like? Give some examples. Torrent is chosen on this set over Sniper as Inteleon is likely to be pivoting in and out, taking hazards damage and getting worn down naturally to activate it. This part feels like fluff, the reader will likely know why Torrent is superior to Sniper on a Choiced set.

Inteleon fits best on offensive or balanced teams that appreciate its ability to clean teams and generate momentum as an offensive pivot. Toxicroak can set up on many of Inteleon's checks thanks to Dry Skin and its typing to break through the enemy team. though it must be wary of Mantine's Hurricane. Considering that Hurricane isn't even a main slash to begin with on Mantine and its rather uncommon, I think that you can remove this part. Steelix and Charizard can run Toxic to lure in Water-types then put them on a timer. Dragalge can pressure special walls like Umbreon, Mantine, and Milotic for Inteleon while also generating momentum to bring it in with a slow Flip Turn against Pokemon like Steelix. Curious what QC thinks about slashing Surf with Hydro Pump on Focus Energy. odr used it in snake recently and Focus Energy doesnt necessarily need the full power of Hydro to get kills and Surf also doesnt miss; however, it still loses some immediate power.

A few relevant calcs:
252 SpA Inteleon Hydro Pump vs. 252 HP / 240 SpD Steelix: 366-432 (103.3 - 122%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Inteleon Surf vs. 252 HP / 240 SpD Steelix: 300-354 (84.7 - 100%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

252 SpA Inteleon Hydro Pump vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Slowbro-Galar: 234-276 (59.3 - 70%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Black Sludge recovery
252 SpA Inteleon Surf vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Slowbro-Galar: 192-226 (48.7 - 57.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Black Sludge recovery

252 SpA Inteleon Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Indeedee-F: 169-199 (60.1 - 70.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Inteleon Surf vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Indeedee-F: 138-163 (49.1 - 58%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

252 SpA Inteleon Hydro Pump vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Bewear: 264-312 (69.1 - 81.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Inteleon Surf vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Bewear: 217-256 (56.8 - 67%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

That sounds good to me (and the few other QC people I asked), it can be a slash. Good suggestion
