[OVERVIEW]

* Incineroar is a fantastic support Pokemon and pivot thanks to its good bulk and typing, which are bolstered by Intimidate, as well as its excellent support movepool, including Fake Out and Parting Shot. These traits have great synergy, allowing for Incineroar to weaken foes and constantly threaten Fake Out pressure as it pivots. Incineroar works as a consistent counter to many offensive threats such as Gholdengo and Ogerpon-H. With its toolkit, Incineroar can neutralize the majority of the metagame even when losing one-on-one.

* Incineroar partners especially well with redirection users like Ogerpon-W and Amoonguss; the former redirects Ground- and the latter Fighting-type moves, while both protect Incineroar from Water-type moves and greatly appreciate Intimidate and Fake Out support in return. Both are also complemented by Incineroar's Flare Blitz, which removes the Grass-types they struggle with. The three of them can also create a strong defensive core that provides many free turns, which are appreciated by set up Pokemon like Gholdengo. Flutter Mane also makes for an outstanding partner, threatening the Fighting-types Incineroar may struggle with while Intimidate patches up its physical bulk.

* Incineroar faces issues against Urshifu-R and Landorus, as they threaten to OHKO it and aren't concerned about Intimidate. Incineroar may also struggle against Kingambit, as Defiant limits how much Incineroar can switch and use Parting Shot. Special attackers like Glimmora, Ursaluna-B, and Flutter Mane also aren't affected by Intimidate, with the former two also threatening an OHKO with their STAB moves.

[SET]
Bulky Support (Incineroar) @ Safety Goggles / Sitrus Berry
Level: 50
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 140 Def / 76 SpD / 36 Spe
Tera Type: Ghost / Grass / Fairy
Careful Nature
- Fake Out
- Flare Blitz
- Parting Shot
- Knock Off

[SET COMMENTS]

* Incineroar utilizes Knock Off to neutralize item-reliant threats like Flutter Mane, Dragonite, and Archaludon and as a way to remove Safety Goggles for its partner in crime, Amoonguss.

* Incineroar uses Safety Goggles to be immune to Amoonguss's Spore and Rage Powder. Incineroar may also opt for Sitrus Berry to almost always survive Urshifu-R's Surging Strikes.

* The EV spread allows Incineroar to comfortably take Ogerpon-W's Ivy Cudgel and avoid the 2HKO from Raging Bolt's Thunderbolt. With Sitrus Berry, Incineroar can survive two Moonblasts from Choice Specs Flutter Mane. The Speed investment lets Incineroar outspeed Landorus when in Tailwind.

* Tera Ghost allows Incineroar to become immune to Fighting-type moves from the Urshifu formes and common priority such as Dragonite's Extreme Speed and opposing Fake Out, while Tera Fairy provides a resistance to Urshifu-S's STAB attacks and is a good neutral defensive typing against the metagame. Incineroar using Sitrus Berry usually opt for Tera Grass thanks to the built-in Safety Goggles and the added resistances to Urshifu-R's and Landorus's otherwise super effective STAB moves.

[SET]
Assault Vest Pivot (Incineroar) @ Assault Vest
Level: 50
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 20 Atk / 156 Def / 44 SpD / 36 Spe
Tera Type: Grass / Fairy
Impish Nature
- Fake Out
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Knock Off

[SET COMMENTS]

* Assault Vest makes Incineroar even bulkier, at the cost of utility in not running Parting Shot or Safety Goggles.

* The given EV spread allows Incineroar to avoid the 2HKO from Choice Specs Flutter Mane's Moonblast and take Landorus's Earth Power, while the Defense EVs let Incineroar survive Close Combat from the Urshifu formes with Sword of Ruin active.

* Tera Grass is preferred because it flips Incineroar's weaknesses and allows it to be a consistent Amoonguss answer, ignoring Spore and Rage Powder. Incineroar can also use Tera Fairy as a more all-round defensive typing and as a way to check Urshifu-S.

[OVERVIEW]

* Incineroar is a fantastic utility Pokemon and pivot thanks to its good bulk, bolstered by Intimidate, as well as its excellent supportive movepool, including Fake Out and Parting Shot. These traits have great synergy, together allowing for Incineroar to hinder the opposing team and pivot the next turn (Doesn't feel right to me, maybe rephrase into "These traits have great synergy, allowing for Incineroar to hinder the opposing team while constantly being able to pivot"). Incineroar works as a consistent counter to Gholdengo and Ogerpon-H, as well as weaken many of the metagame's offensive threats through Intimidate or Parting Shot.

* Incineroar partners especially well with redirectors like Ogerpon-W and Amoonguss, which protect Incineroar from Water- and Ground-type moves (I don't know if you want to mention ground type moves without mentioning Amoonguss's fighting resistance), and greatly benefit from Intimidate. Both are also complimented by Incineroar's Flare Blitz, which removeds the Grass-types they struggle with. Incineroar with these can also create a strong defensive core that provides many free turns, these are appreciated by for set up Pokemon like Gholdengo (Just shortened it a bit). Flutter Mane also makes for an outstanding partner, Incineroar patching up its physical bulk and Flutter Mane threatening the Fighting-types Incineroar may struggle with.

* Incineroar faces issues against Urshifu-R and Landorus, as they threaten to OHKO it and aren't concerned about Intimidate. Incineroar may also struggle against Kingambit, as Defiant limits how much Incineroar can switch and counters (I think you only need one of "limit" and "counter", both feel unnecessary) Parting Shot.

* Incineroar utilizes Knock Off to neutralize threats like Flutter Mane, Urshifu-R, Landorus, and Archaludon, as well as a way to remove Safety Goggles for its partner in crime, Amoonguss.

* Incineroar uses Safety Goggles to be immune to Amoonguss' Spore and Rage Powder, turning it into one of Amoonguss' best checks.

With Sitrus Berry, Incineroar can survive two Choice Specs Flutter Mane Moonblasts. The Speed investment is into speed to outspeed Landorus when in Tailwind.

* Tera Ghost allows Incineroar to become immune to Fighting-type moves from the Urshifu formes and Dragonite's Extreme Speed (Mention Fake Out here, that's another huge thing with Tera Ghost Incineroar), while Tera Poison provides a resistance to Flutter Mane's Moonblast in exchange of keeping its Ground weakness. Sitrus Berry Incineroar usually opts for Tera Grass thanks to the built-in Safety Goggles and the added resistances to Urshifu-R's and Landorus' otherwise super effective STAB moves.

Incineroar can use Tera Fairy as a more neutral type into the metagame, and as a way to chceck check (this could be done in GP but I feel like a simple spelling mistake could be fixed here before then) Urshifu-S.

Might do a re-check after this but most likely should be good for GP, looks good.

[OVERVIEW]

* Incineroar is a fantastic utility support Pokemon and pivot thanks to its good bulk and typing, bolstered by Intimidate, as well as its excellent supportive movepool, including Fake Out and Parting Shot (Still a bit iffy on the sentence, but talked over disc about it. One thing I think is worth mentioning is typing, a big reason why its so good compared to other mons like hitmontop or lando-t). These traits have great synergy, allowing for Incineroar to hinder the opposing team and consistently pivot (Can you add smh on why p-shot and intimidate or its typing and bulk make it good at pivoting? If you think its fine as it is, can you merge this sentence with the above one just to flow a bit better). Incineroar works as a consistent counter to many offensive threats such as Gholdengo and Ogerpon-H, and can function well on almost any team thanks to its great toolkit. as well as weaken many of the metagame's offensive threats through Intimidate or Parting Shot. (I think mentioning it being good on most teams thanks to its toolkit is pretty important, you can phrase it however you like. The red part is just something that was already mentioned earlier with the hinder opposing teams part)

* Incineroar partners especially well with redirectors like Ogerpon-W and Amoonguss, which protect Incineroar from Water--type moves, the former redirecting Ground- and the latter redirecting Fighting-type moves, with Intimidate and Fake Out support is being greatly appreciated in return (Dont have to mention fake out if you dont want, but just making the sentence flow a bit better). Both are also complimented by Incineroar's Flare Blitz, which removes the Grass-types they struggle with. Incineroar with these can also create a strong defensive core that provides many free turns (This reads pretty unclear, does Incineroar make a good defensive core with both wellspring and amoon, what do you mean by providing free turns, like your opponent cant move or your redirecting their attacks? Also, you say "these" twice in a row) these are appreciated by set up Pokemon like Gholdengo. Flutter Mane also makes for an outstanding partner, Incineroar with Intimidate patching up its physical bulk and Flutter Mane threatening the Fighting-types Incineroar may struggle with. (Might be worth mentioning that Flutter removes passivity from an Incin lead)

* Incineroar faces issues against Urshifu-R and Landorus, as they threaten to OHKO it and aren't concerned about Intimidate. Incineroar may also struggle against Kingambit, as Defiant limits how much Incineroar can switch and Parting Shot. (I'll leave this up to you, but I think special attackers like Glimmora, Flutter and BM should be mentioned, Glim proccing spikes with fake out, flutter being immune to it, and bm underspeeding in tr and having fig usually to block fake out. Just in general special attackers arent very fun for incin)

* Incineroar utilizes Knock Off to neutralize item reliant threats like Flutter Mane, Urshifu-R, Landorus, Dragonite and Archaludon, as well as a way to remove Safety Goggles for its partner in crime, Amoonguss. Dragonite can be whatever just first mon that popped into my head)

The EVs on the AV set sum up to 516, so 8 EVs have to be removed somewhere. I'd argue you want them gone from Atk or Spe since the defensive EVs get you certain defensive benchmarks. Having a slower Incin isn't too bad per se, as it allows you to Parting Shot after the opposing Incin moves, which means you have more information to base your switch on.
