I'm looking for replacement items for the following pokemon:

Role: Support
Vaporeon @ Leftovers

- Acid Armor
- Ice Beam
- Wish
- Baton Pass

Can I replace Leftovers on one of them?
 
I think leftovers works the best on those two..

Other items that might work are; Focus Sash, Shell Bell?, One of the Damage Reducing Berries.
 
Shell Bell / Expert Belt / Focus Sash / Focus Band / Iron Ball / Yache Berry maybe on Donphan.

For Vaporeon, for guaranteed wish passing you could have lagging tail. Or maybe with hax items Brightpowder, I'm not really too sure.

Lum Berry / Sitrus Berry could work on both.
 
If you want Donphan to have a chance against Grass types with Ice Shard, give it a Rindo berry. If you want it to have a chance against Ice types with Stone Edge, give it a Yache berry. Alternately, you could just give it a Sitrus Berry.

Anyway, Donphan's the one I'd take Leftovers off of, between the two.

Donphan's not going to have a chance against Grass types anyway; it's a piss-poor attacker with those EVs and Ice Shard is pathetically weak anyway. I wouldn't give it a Yache berry either, the point of Donphan is to be able to switch in to a lot of stuff, not sweep.

For that reason I would go with Sitrus Berry on Donphan. Physical attacks generally won't 2HKO unless they are from CB Heracross or something similar, and you would be switching Donphan in for coverage, so it should get good chances to use it. I wouldn't put Sitrus Berry over Leftovers on Vaporeon, but I would on Donphan.
