Solution: Dusk Mane Necrozma Ability: Full Metal Body + Prism Armor ( Shadow Shield instead Full Metal Body if Dawn Wings) and when holding Ultra Necrozium Z and using Photon Geyser transforms into Ultra Necrozma giving Ultra Necrozma a +1 to its highest stat. Still has Light that Burns the Sky! Ultra Necrozma´s ability combines Prism Armor and Neuroforce.

Actual good ideas, like mega xerneas would be beaten by necrozma dm which can also transform into ultra necrozma, mega yveltal would counter necrozma, mega xerneas would counter mega yveltal.

19 speed seems pretty low for a mega evaluation

Xerneas wouldn't have 19 Speed we would just be changing Dusk Mane Necrozma and Ultra Necrozma´s stats a bit not giving them a mega evolution! But thank you Chimp for your more more sensible advice.
