A form of orgination for categories tiers and along with a tier that could be placed between uu and ou called commonly used (cu). The idea is to have a place for the lower used higher tier in ou to have a place of there own. This can offer two type of high tier pokemon usage, one being the highest usage or upper high tier(ou), and a lower high tier(Cu). I know underused has already filled this slot but seeing how ru is the only mid tier section, and nu, pu has two low usage tiers(unless you count zu being low) making uu a high mid tier section could fill the role for a second mid usage tier. At the same time cu could be play tge role as a low high usage tier. This can help with the powercreep from gen9 ,last gen8's and natdax counterparts as solution organisation to pokemon.

Sorry for the late reply, Im not really accustomed with forums. Anyway is there place where I can make a post for tiering suggestion? If not then thanks for the heads up.

That aside, I don't see the point of CU. UU already fulfills the role of a lower high tier.
