how do i post a Paint picture? [also mountain dewgong posts an INSANE gif]

hey spent a little while making a pic and wanted to share it on here but how do i post a pic i made in MS paint to here?
funny in my opinion
 
Upload it using photobucket or something and then click the picture icon and paste the url.

I'd think long and hard about it before posting it here though.
 
i'd lock this thread but its totally something someone's grandpa would make and i Respect My Elders
