Honchkrow is a slow but not useless pokemon since it has great strenght and can survive attacks. It has the ability to use swagger which is a potential threat to any pokemon besides ghost types. Since Foul Play requires your opponent to have more attack to do more damage so you use swagger. Foul Play is also STAB but you still have to give honchkrow either a focus sash or go all out with Life Orb. If they are faster Sucker Punch them after this deadly sweeping combonation.

If down to low health and your faster just go all out Brave Bird and also has a boost from STAB.
