Glastrier is for breaking heatrans and many other things but lacks fighting counters. Though it sucks having to rely on quick claw to kill most of the time. It doesn’t survive more than like 5 turns due to the typing but it’s a great wall breaker.
Sword mrk2 (Kartana) @ Focus Sash

Kartana is a great revenge killer or setup sweeper. It really shines when no other pkmn are left that are faster. If you set up a swords dance and it doesn’t attack it’s probably going to sweep the other team or at least take out 2 pkmn and chip a third. I managed to make a stall team forfeit with kartana.
God mrk2 (Volcarona) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flame Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fiery Dance
- Quiver Dance
- Bug Buzz
- Giga Drain
This is the other setup sweeper that can almost take out everything. Send it in on a death and force them to swap and get a free quiver dance off allowing you to deal a lot of damage with giga drain (which is just like 75 pwr). The heavy duty boots are their for vulcarona doesn’t almost die when swapping in with stealth rocks on your side.
Bart (Crobat) @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

- Cross Poison
- Poison Fang
Crowbat is the cleaner of the team allowing it to kill the other remaining Pokémon with high speed and good attack. I wouldn’t band it for the reason the could have a steel type and any poison move is stuck. I’m kinda on the fence for keeping this on the team but I dunno.
Ded (Excadrill) @ Occa Berry
Ability: Sand Rush
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Rock Slide
- Rapid Spin
Exadrill is the lead that mostly you just want to kill of for a safe swap but you may want to save it so you can rapid spin away stealth rocks so kartana doesn’t have its focus sash break. If they don’t place stealth rocks let it die. It almost always gets out speed so I dunno if it’s the best steath rocks lead.
Zeraora @ Choice Band
Ability: Volt Absorb
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Plasma Fists
- Play Rough
- Blaze Kick
Zeraora is the wall breaker and does a good job at killing frerothorns. And other tanky pkmn like blissy. It dies real quick but if it killed something it did a good job.

Firstly, what's the core, idea, and goal for this team?
This is one of the main problems of this team: It has little to no synergy between Pokemon.
What's the core, or the main building idea of the team?
This team for example, is built around Rillaboom :rillaboom:, Kartana :kartana:, and Magnezone :magnezone: (the core); they synergize very well with each other.

Secondly, please reconsider the choice of Pokemon, items, and sets.
This is the second problem of the team: The choice of Pokemon, items, and sets are all over the place.
For example,
Pokemon like Glastrier :glastrier: and Crobat :crobat: are just not viable in the OU tier.
Choice Band Zeraora is inferior to all of its other common sets.
Excadrill's set is also inferior and suboptimal to all of its other sets.
There are also no counters/checks to common OU Pokemon like Heatran.

So how do we fix the team?
Is this a good team? Well, not really, but with some changes, it can become competitively viable and can get you a lot of dubs (a mediocre player should be able to get up to 1300)

Rillaboom :rillaboom: > Glastrier :glastrier:
Replace Glastrier :glastrier: with Rillaboom :rillaboom:. Rillaboom :rillaboom: is far more better and viable in the OU tier, and it synergizes well with Kartana, forming a strong Grass spam core. It also provides this team priority in Grassy Glide.

:ss/kartana:
Life Orb > Focus Sash
Knock Off > Psycho Cut

Life Orb makes Kartana a very threatening sweeper and improves its overall damage output. Without Knock Off, Kartana gets walled by Corviknight :corviknight: and Skarmory :skarmory:.

:ss/slowking:
Slowking > Crobat
Slowking :slowking: provides Future Sight support and a check to Heatran :heatran: and other special attackers.

:ss/excadrill:
Leftovers > Occa Berry
EV spread
Mold Breaker > Sand Rush
High Horsepower > Earthquake

Leftovers allow Excadrill :excadrill: to passively recover HP.
SpDef EVs allow Excadrill :excadrill: to take advantage of Pokemon like Tapu Koko :tapu koko: and Clefable :clefable: (without Flamethrower).
Why Sand Rush? This isn't a sand team.
Grassy Terrain weakens the power of Earthquake, so I suggest changing Earthquake to High Horsepower.

:ss/zeraora:
Heavy Duty Boosts > Choice Band
Volt Switch > Play Rough
Knock Off > Blaze Kick
Heavy Duty Boots and Volt Switch allow Zeraora :zeraora: to be a very good pivot
. Knock Off is preferred over Blaze Kick to hit Dragapult :dragapult: for supereffective damage.

There are actually 3 main types of teams in the builder. Hyper Offense, Bulky Offense, and Stall.
Hyper Offense
has multiple of powerful, destructive, and hard-hitting Pokemon who can 6-0 any unprepared opponent. Most Hyper Offense teams include Rillaboom+Hawlucha, where Hawlucha uses Grassy Seed to gain the Unburden boost.
On the other hand, stall teams have multiple defensive Pokemon that absorb hits very well and try to PP stall or make you forfeit on turn 100.
Bulky Offense, a combination of both Stall and Hyper Offense, mainly includes a few stall Pokemon like a Slowtwin + hard hitting Pokemon (not Hawlucha) that can easily pivot out into the bulky Pokemon. This imho, is the best and most successful team archetype.'
So I swapped slowking for specs kurem as well as sash over life orb. And mold breaker was meant to be the first ability
yea Focus Sash could work too
