help with iv calculator

hello im breeding slowpokes, cause i want a good slowbro in my team now i have few questions..

1st.- i was looking for an iv calculator and i check serebii and find one there but when i put the stats of my baby slowpoke lvl 5 (breeding on emerald) there r like 3 rows with info there one showing the average iv and other 2 showing the minimun and the max iv , so i really need help reading this iv calculator, what r the real values of my baby slowpoke

example...

baby slowpoke lvl 5 bold nature

HP ATT DEF SATT SDEF SP
25 10 13 9 10 6

then in the calculator show this on average
25 19 19 9 25 4

on min shows

20 10 10 0 20 0

and in max shows

31 29 29 19 31 9

so my question is what of this ivs i should take as the one to determine i keep the slowpoke for training or just release it...

i don't know what level they're showing, but when min and max are equal then you have your IVs. If you level up your Slowpoke then remember that it will gain EVs.

Min is the least your Pokémon's IV could be. Max is the highest it could be. Avarage is... the avarage. Someone else can give you a link to a, as far as I know, better IV-calculator. I've never used it, so I don't know the url myself. Edit: While I wrote this, someone really DID post the url to that IV calculator, I knew it!

Checking your IVs isn't so much a matter of what level to be at as it is a matter of process of elimination.

You basically figure out the range of IVs at one level, level up and then figure out the range of IVs for that level. You repeat this until you've narrowed down your IV.

For example:

I have a L2 Slakoth whose stats indicate that its HP IV can range from 29 to 0. I then give it a Rare Candy to raise it to L3, at which point the HP stat looks like it can range from 31 to 14. Now we know from its stats at L2 that it cannot have an IV of 30 or 31. So that narrows down the range to 29 to 14.

Repeat this until you've found your IV.
