Help me for my balance w/ umbreon !

Hello guys I make this thread for the first time and for facts im not english soo sorry for my "bad" english

So I started playing strategy like 1 years ago and peaked 1500 (i'm proud of this x) but now its time for me to regrind with a new team made by me with my favorite pokemon Umbreon i like so muchhh this pokemon, a lot of spd good bulk but pretty bad actually thats make me pretty sad but i believe in umbreon !

So the team :

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
Tera Type:
Water
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Foul Play
- Wish
- Protect

- Thunder Wave

So, the best at the beginning is Umbreon! I play it because it's my favorite Pokémon from the start, and it's off-meta, which means it's rarely seen. I love playing things that are rarely seen. My goal is to reach the highest possible Elo with an off-meta team, like this team with Umbreon. It allows me to bulk up against special attackers like Galarian Slowking and Hisuian Pyroar, which are the majority of special attackers. Unfortunately, it can't learn Toxic or Will-O-Wisp, which is quite sad. So, I play with Thunder Wave, which is still very interesting. Then, there's Foul Play, the standard move for all Umbreon sets. Followed by Protect and Wish, which allows me to heal but takes two turns. And with its Water Absorb ability, it can tank its only major weakness, Fighting-type moves.

Enamorus @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Contrary
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Superpower
- Play Rough
- Zen Headbutt

- Taunt

Next is Venusaur with the physical set and its special ability. Its role is to sweep the opposing team until it faints. It has a great movepool to hit everyone with Power Whip, Earthquake, Sludge Bomb, and Sleep Powder, which allows me to easily set up on leads, for example. With tera fighting to counter Steel-Type Enamorus is a very good option !

Arcanin_de_Hisui-LPA.png

Arcanine-Hisui @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Rock Head
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Head Smash
- Extreme Speed

- Wild Charge

Then, there's Arcanine (Hisuian form). From here on, the team can be completely changed in terms of Pokémon! I wasn't sure what to include, but Arcanine seems like a great Pokémon for that. It deals massive damage, so for the set, I play what everyone else plays, but I might switch the Choice Scarf for Heavy-Duty Boots, which seem quite good against Stealth Rock, Spikes, etc.And wild charge tokill water-type pokemon but its less effective than i expected. It 2HKOs many Pokémon and surprises opponents, which has helped me win many games!

Lilligant-Hisui (F) @ Wide Lens
Ability: Hustle
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Victory Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Close Combat

- Ice Spinner

After that is Lilligant (Hisuian form), my last offensive Pokémon. I thought it could be interesting to play it with its ability and the Scope Lens item, which boosts attack in exchange for accuracy. However, despite many matches, I'm not convinced by this Pokémon. I can't play it well, I can't position it correctly, and it gets quickly knocked out or my attack misses... So, if you have any Pokémon in mind, I'm open to suggestions!

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 244 Def / 12 Spe
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Protect

- Thunder Wave

Wash Rotom is still a Pokémon with incredible bulk potential for me. I play it defensively with EVs because I don't have a Pokémon to tank with. I've tried it, and it's really great how well it tanks hits and can then use Thunder Wave. This means I have two Thunder Wave users on my team, which isn't great... So, I'm thinking of replacing it.

Iron Treads @ Leftovers
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Knock Off

- Stealth Rock

As for the last Pokémon... Honestly, I had no idea what Pokémon to use, so I thought it wasn't a bad idea because it allows me to remove Stealth Rock and set them up. But it doesn't have great bulk, making it quite frail. I play it a bit like a suicide lead. And I didn't want to use its other form because it's too meta and well-known.

Thank you for reading, and thanks to those who respond to me! Sorry if they're not much information for each pokemon if u have any questions just ask !

Protect, mainly just for lefties, on rotom-w seems inferior to Tera blast, shadow ball, or dark pulse. You could use the ghost/ dark coverage imo, as only Umbreon has dark, and it's based on atk so it may not get the right ghosts.
