Done Have the tooltips show the speed boost from tailwind

Its just so weird that it doesn't and I don't really see a reason for it not to.

Having this on the tooltip would be quite helpful, yeah.

Until that gets implemented, I would just do /math (speed)*2 if you're in a Tailwind situation and want to find out your doubled speed.
