Introduction
First off this is my first time here in smogon so please be nice
I wanted to build a team around my favorite mons jirachi and charizard
Teambuilding Process

So to start off i chose jirachi as one of the core pokemon of my team bec of it's great typing steel/psychic which gives it a decent amount of weaknesses and immunities. Plus with the ability serene grace gives it a higher chance of flinching an opponent. Z-Happy hour is the main gimmick for this set as it allows jirachi to boost all its stats up by 1 stage. Iron head and zen headbutt as its main STAB moves coupled with serene grace gives it a higher chance of flinching an opponent. I chose Drain punch for the last slot bec it gives jirachi good sustain and coverage

I wanted to add a decent special attacker and a mon that can be used as an answer to most mon in the current meta so i picked charizard y.
I used the standard *fire blast ;solar beam; roost charizard set for this one but instead of going for focus blast i chose to go for hp ice to catch some of the common mon like lando - t and zygarde for instance

For the third slot seeing as i need someone to set up some hazards and as i still do not have anyone on my team that knows earthquake i added dugtrio. Dugtrio with the ability arena trap allows me to trap grounded pokemon such as heatran xurkitree. I gave dugtrio screech and stealth rocks to for it to be some sort of a support pokemon while still capable of dishing decent damage with earthquake

At this point i figured i needed another special attacker for my team so i picked tapu lele to fill that role. Decent typing and a great ability with psychic terrain are the main reasons why i chose to add lele in my team

For the fifth slot i figured i need a physical wall and a mon able to inflict some statuses on my team so i chose to go with ferrothorn

Lastly looking at my team at this point i have no means of clearing out hazards the opposing team might use so i chose to go with a defensive tapu fini

Tapu fini acts as my main tool to remove hazards placed on my side by the opponent. I chose to give it taunt again to prevent mons with moves like d-dance etc. I chose to go with nature's madness instead of moonblast because it allows me to easily cut down the hp of very bulky mons allowing my sweepers to clean up easily
Conclusion
In conclusion i think the team, well jirachi specifically relies on chance to be able to sweep to it's kind of like a game of luck ( i think) bec if you keep flinching then good! But if it doesn't then it can be pretty bad. Please let me know how this team can be improved while still keeping the theme "happy flinching!" Any help is appreciated thank you
