Tapu Lele's Psychic Terrain also blocks Kingambit's Sucker Punch, letting Hisuian Zoroark KO it. However, a massive threat for Hisuian Zoroark is Kingambit because of Pursuit trap and Sucker punch combination. This can be covered by Tapu Lele because Psychic Terrain blocks priority Sucker Punch that otherwise would be a threat to OHKO. Similarly, Mega Gyarados offensively checks Kingambit and wallbreaks early-game, letting Hisuian Zoroark sweep late-game. In order to cover this threat, Mega Gyarados can help cover it because it is a good offensive switch in to Kingambit, and can take on walls early on, so that Hisuian Zoroark can sweep late game. Dragapult can form an offensive Ghost-spam core with Hisuian Zoroark and appreciates it KOing Dark-types with Focus Blast. Dragapult can be a good teammate because it and Hisuian Zoroark can spam Shadow Balls together and act as each other and Hisuian Zoroark can bait Steel-Types and Dark-Types with Focus Blast. Entry hazard support from setters like ___ and ___ examples here allow Hisuian Zoroark to sweep more easily, since it struggles to OHKO most Pokemon even at +1. Hazard support is also useful to Hisuian Zoroark because it can help sweep easier, since even at +1 Hisuian Zoroark struggles to OHKO a lot of the metagame.
